Biography: Darius Saltcliffe was born in the year of 210 years after Aegon's conqest and 14 years after House Blackfyre established themselves as the rulers of Westeros, to Lord Ralf Saltcliffe and Lady Rina Saltcliffe née Merlyn at Saltcliffe, where the seat of House Saltcliffe is which is located in eastern part of the Saltcliffe island. Apparently, Darius have two siblings; Drax and Dianne. Being the eldest have advantages and disadvantages. An advantage is that you can command while disadvantage is that you have a brighter future with a risky path. Darius grew up at Saltcliffe. The young Darius always see the daily loves of the ironborn. The ironborn of Saltcliffe always train to fight daily to make them strong and the pirate culture is very strong in Saltcliffe which Darius dreamed to become a pirate someday. His father, Lord Ralf said that he can be both noble and a pirate. The young Darius would never forget what his father said. Because of the ironborn culture, the young Darius is always trained to fight daily by his father and sometimes the commanders and that's where he got fond of sword fighting and hand-to-hand combat techniques. In nighttime, his father always tell Darius about war stories, especially the famous Blackfyre rebellion where House Blackfyre won their rebellion which led the House Targaryen and its allies defeated. Darius grew fascinated about war stories.

In his late teens, Darius Saltcliffe, an heir to House Saltcliffe, became the Captain of the Black Fang as his father sees him a very trained pirate which gives him a ship. Darius was happy. Before Darius became the Lord of Saltcliffe. He raided many settlements in the Westerlands together with his father, Lord Ralf Saltcliffe, mainly from House Reyne during the war between the Iron Islands and the Westerlands. Lord Karlon Greyjoy calls his banners which his father said that "this will our opportunity to show to the other ironborn that we are strong." which House Saltcliffe joined House Greyjoy in their war against House Reyne. During the Ironborn raids in the Westerlands, Lord Karlon Greyjoy ordered Lord Ralf Saltcliffe to attack Feastfires which the Saltcliffe fleet went to Feastfires and attacked it. During the Saltcliffe attack of Feastfires, Darius murdered many innocent civilians and Reyne soldiers which grants him the title of the "Iron Serpent" due to the fact that the Reyne soldiers couldn't even defeat him. The raid continued for several hours until the Saltcliffes burned Feastfires, they would went straight ahead to Kayce to support their ironborn allies although the Ironborn got actually defeated by the Westerlands force. When the war ended, the Saltcliffes left the Westerlands together with the other Ironborn houses, and becoming one of the strongest Ironborn house in the Iron Islands.

Back in Saltcliffe, nine good years have been at peace for the Ironborn. Darius and his crew are always going to the Arbor to drink wine only, there he met Alyce Tyrell who fells in love with her, Darius approached her and that's where love life of Darius starts but back at Saltcliffe, there was a rising heat between House Saltcliffe and House Sunderly. The drowned man trying to provoke the nine-headed serpent and then when the Sunderlys wants to become the only Ironborn house in Saltcliffe. House Saltcliffe feels threatened to their neighbor and starts to rally their army however House Sunderly stormed Saltcliffe at night and murdered Lord Ralf and Lady Rina, and they were able to capture Dianne Saltcliffe however Drax was able to rally the garrison and attacked the remaining Sunderlys which started the Saltcliffe-Sunderly war. When Darius comes back from the Arbor, he was emotionally shocked that his parents were murdered by the Sunderlys and his sister held captive by the Sunderlys. He vows for vengeance against the Sunderlys and he thanked his brother for being a brave Saltcliffe. After what happen, the people of Saltcliffe were mad at the Sunderlys and Darius Saltcliffe became the Lord of Saltcliffe and married Alyce Tyrell as her wife, becoming Lady Saltcliffe. He sent his ravens to the other Ironborn houses that he is now the new Lord of Saltcliffe with the exception of House Sunderly. The Iron Serpent is hungry for vengeance against the drowned man.

Pirate captain - With his experience, he is a ruthless pirate who have attacked ships that isn't an Ironborn.

Leadership - Because of the influence of his father, he learnt how to lead his ironborn men to battle, especially the attack of Feastfires ten years ago.

- Swordfighting - He is expert at sword fighting due to the fact that he was trained to fight with sword ever since he was a child.

Hand-to-hand combat - He is expert ar hand-to-hand combat due to the fact that he was trained to fight with this kind of technique ever since he was a child.

- Military strategist: Having learnt from his father and experienced at war, he knows how to plan the battle very well especially planning an attack of Feastfires which was a success ten years ago.

Biography: Ryden Bolton was born in the year of 216 after Aegon's conquest & 20 years after House Blackfyre established themselves as the rulers of Westeros, at the Dreadfort with Lord Royce Bolton and Lady Melisa Bolton née Glover, where the seat of House Bolton is located. Ryden is the eldest child in the Bolton family, becoming the heir of House Bolton. He have four siblings and one bastard sibling. The one he has a close to his sibling is Lyanna Bolton, who was now married to the King in the North, King Trenten Stark and he disliked his one bastard sibling whom he haves the same age as him. In his childhood, Ryden observes how the men fights at the training camp, its about sword fighting and archery. His father, Lord Royce Bolton said to him that he'll be like them someday, leading them into battle in the wars to come, Ryden never forget what his father said. In that, he begin to have an interest in swordfighting and archery and his father and officers trained him how to fight for the wars to come. Meanwhile, when young Ryder noticed a theatre that is located near the Dreadfort which is about singing, music, and jokes, he immediately goes there and already got an interest of these things. Also, Ryden's mother, Melisa, taught him how to respect to girls and his father taught him to be charismatic and manipulative which the young Ryden learned it from his parents. The young Ryden was raised very well by his parents and have a good connection to his siblings including to the bastard sibling although he somehow dislikes him.

As he reached in the late teens, the good-looking Ryden Bolton witnessed the Bolton soldiers captured a man who was stealing people's gold and he was confronted by Lord Royce Bolton, the man was sent to the torturing chambers and his father motions Ryden to come with him. At the torturing chambers, the man who is now naked was put in "X" and begins to torture him, the Bolton officer was interrogating him about why he stole golds from the people, the thief was screaming helplessly and after that the thief was flayed alive by the Boltons. Ryden was shocked and asked his father, "Why burn him alive father?" Ryden asked. His father said, "It's in our tradition, son, our ancestors flay those who have wronged us and our people, those who are considered as enemies. We follow the tradition of our ancestors." his father continued, "A naked man has few secrets, but the flayed man has none." his father said, "Our blades are sharp, son, don't you forget our motto." The father and the son would look at the lifeless.. flayed body. Ryden at that night, he would never forget that scene about what his father said to him and what he witnessed that night. During his time in the late teens, many girls would fall in love due to the fact that he have a good voice of singing and he always jokes and laughs, making him known as "The Charm of the Dreadfort".

As he reached in his late twenties, his father makes him as the commander of the Bolton army because his father knows that he raised Ryden into a good strong man and his father believed that he is now capable to fight his enemies. At this time, House Bolton invaded House Hornwood by Lord Royce Bolton with his heir Ryden Bolton. When the Boltons captured the seat of House Hornwood, his father ordered him to flay all of the Hornwoods alive. Ryden disagree at first but he was convinced by his father because his father said "Remember what I said to you long ago, son." and then Ryden would flay the Hornwoods alive with no mercy which the people in the North grant him as the "Flaying Charm" due to the fact that he is a good-looking man and has a good appearance but in the inside, he was a ruthless man that follows the tradition of his family, he kill those who wronged his family, that was his belief and the purpose of his life here in this world..
