The Universal War was a war that began between all the planets in neighboring solar systems including Earth. Though, like in every war, there are the main powers, the planets with the most weapons and strongest armies. It had been going on for so long, that most planets have forgotten why it had even started in the first place. Finally, the universe agreed to enter a standstill, not really a truce, but more of a volatile peace.

All the people of their respective planets have retreated into them, and isolated themselves off from everyone else. There is no more space travel between them, no more trades or immigration.

But of course, after years of this hostile environment, the main planets once again decided to come together. They knew that they would never be able to fix the mistakes of the past generation, but maybe they could start anew with the younger one.

And thus,
{ the U n i t e d G e n e r a t i o n
| u o ı ʇ ɐ ɹ ǝ u ǝ ƃ p ǝ ʇ ı u ∩ the }
program was born.

From each of the main planets, a young adult would be chosen to represent their planet. Each summer, the representatives would all gather on Earth to execute the United Generation program.

T h e i r g o a l ?

To overcome the cultural barriers, make friendships, and reunite the planets and galaxies, without causing another intergalactic incident.

So far, for the three years that it has been going on, there has only been tension and no progress, but this summer, the fourth year, and everything is going to -change-. Tempers will flare, friendships will be forged, rivalries will start, and progress will either be made, or fade.

What happens next is all up to us.

Pronunciation: DAY-ran
Age: 25 years old
Human age: 802 years old
Gender: Male
Personality: + ||Dauntless, Cunning, Charismatic, Protective||, - ||Hot Tempered, Unmotivated, Detached, Irritable||

While exuding a confident and arrogant demeanor, Daerhan remains detached and apathetic to those he meets and is acquainted with. It’s very rare for him to divulge in feelings or interests as he often tries to have minimal contact as possible unless he deems them worthy of his time. For those who has the resolve to crack the solid walls, Daerhan proves to be somewhat more tolerable. His smiles, while rare, are seen when one piques his interest. He likes to get things done immediately, hating to wait around or plan for things.

An undeniably terrible liar, he's honest as one can get. When he does try to tell while lies, it's not very hard to catch the male flustering and fumbling with his words and digging a hole for himself. While his physical strength is spoken for, his memory is terribly sad and thus he would associate people, naming them from what they do or what kind of person they are. He doesn't understand jokes or sarcasm, tending to be super confused and has a problem using the wrong idioms when it comes to the English language. A curser at heart, he swears quite a bit in his language and while he may call you "Verrah" with an endearing tone, it's an Earth equivalent of "Fucker".

While he might not have the heart of gold, his "Ralyse" or family, tends to be completely spoiled by him. Oddly enough, the closer one gets to him, the more physical he gets regardless of gender.

Planet: Obistrael is a planet of the sky that defines majestic and angelic. Floating crystal capsules serve as houses for individuals and there is no such thing as poverty. Vast grasslands are unlimited with barely any pollution. Their air is crisp and clean and nature is abundant. Instead of clouds and water vapors, rivers run along the sky, at the base of the capsules. There are no animals in Obistrael, only endless rows of trees with fruits hanging enticingly to be picked. Deeming itself as a utopian, there is no hunger, no sadness, no tears, and no harms. Yet the lack of these emotions mean the absence of true happiness, understanding, and most of all, love.

One is born for procreation but for the sake of reproduction, they are able to experience their love signaled by their heart finally beating only once and very rarely do they experience their heart beat again by another person in a life time. If their love dies, so will their heart and eventually, so do their emotions. Their brain slowly cuts it off and they become the living dead, waiting for the end of time. Obistraelis (a term meaning people of Obistrael) are loyal to the core and protective to a fault. A species of fighters, they are ruthless warriors, known to fight until their dying breath without understanding a need for treaties or the concept of peace outside of their kingdom. At times they are considered the most hot-headed species of the six yet their undying need to protect themselves and their xenophobia are the only reasons for their aggression. If not practicing to defend or for war, the Obistraelis are usually found sleeping, lounging, reading, music, drawing, or doing things that require absolutely no large physical movements.

There are many clans in the Obistrael world but only one clan rules them all. The royalty have one curse yet it’s almost a blessing in disguise (unknown to many but themselves). They are able to revive the dying just before they take their last breath. Once they do, their appearance changes drastically as it shifts from their heavenly white to demonic black. Their wings and furry ears shrinks into harden bones, losing all of its lusters making them resemble more of an zombified ox. Their hair grow raven black and their skin darken just a slight. They can never revert back to their old self and are usually ostracized from their family.

Misc: In the human world, Daerhan is a vegetarian but only because there are no animals in Obistrael. Daerhan enjoys the cold and thus winter on Earth is his favorite season. A kiss on a cheek by an Obistraelisl is a marking ritual and it means, "You're mine. Now & Forever" and is only used when they find a person that makes their heart beat.

Pronounced: See-ks
Human Age : 21
Alien Age: 153
Gender : Female

Personality: Seks despretly wishes to learn all there is to know about...everything. Highly intelligent she notices the littlest things in a persons attire, quirks, mannerisms. She can catch the littlest showing of emotion even if they seem to not even be there. While very smart she is very shy unless something catches her interest. Having a habit of asking to many questions and perhaps touching objects or body parts she shouldn't. When realizing she has stepped over some kind of boundary she retreats apologizing over and over again in her native language. In her world asking to many questions and stepping on peoples toes is highly frowned upon. The phrase, 'Paentit' can be heard repeatedly uttered from her mouth.

Language is her job on her planet. Her job being to moniter the radio waves, picking up on transimitions and listening to the conversations of the whole universe. She can understand every laungaue at least to a degree. She struggles with a few but still can pick up most of the meetings.

Seks is a kind little creature, trying her best to help anyone she can. Even to those who have wronged her more then once. She hates to have people being cross with her, and will grovel or hide. In the midst of any kind of danger she will more then likely hide. She fears death, she fears what happens to her people. A child of the ground, the sky is evil. Nothing good comes from dying to young.

Planet : The world of Monaus, a small deary world if seen from afar. Pitch black in colour blending into the the never ending world of space, but if one was to take a closer look, slightly glowing specs of light can be seen. The upper world of the planet is inhabitable, with no sun, no heat it is a dark world thick with black ice. Nothing grows, nothing survives. But beneath the crust? What courses right through the very veins of the planet?

That is a completely other matter.

The people of Minarida have adapted. Become one with the darkness. There bodies dark in colour but glowing, pupil-less eyes seeing in all directions help them to gather the mushrooms and fungus that grow. Here they have an advanced civilization, one built on hard work of the brawn's and the intelligence of the brains.

The thing to understand about Minarida culture is that everything is down to keep the small world they have in tip top shape. No person has time for leisure, you have a job and you do it from the moment you awake till the moment you go to sleep. While some of the leaders have gotten a little more relaxed and allowed each person to have one relaxing day a week, it is still frowned upon for people to use the day.

With the planet being no bigger then a moon, only one clan resides on the planet. Procreation is a must. Females and males are chosen for one another. Love is hardly a factor, all that matters is that the child is born healthy and skilled for the job they are needed. Children do not grow up with a mother or a father though. Once born they are taken to special areas where it is the job of the 'Nannies' (the earth term for it) where they are watched and evaluated to be brought to there place of life in the society. Children never now with whom there families are. In the culture of the Minarida, everyone is family.

Minarida are probably the most peaceful of the six races, but for sure the ones that are the most taken advantage of. There people are very smart and can read and understand any language within moments of looking at it, as well as being able to mix components that can make highly explosive weapons. Its planet is a trickled with sought after liquid, fungus and planets that have high healing properties. If you have them on your side they are a great asset.

They have no want to fight a war for someone other then themselves. Unfortunately, they have been used time and time again for the warriors and brains of the race.

Misc: There is no water on this planet, instead it is a glowing liquid that, over time has modified the peoples shift giving them there glowing bodies. On earth though, Seks can drink the water though she finds it oddly bitter with an odd texture. She also wears a mask over her eyes being highly sensitive to the light having never seen light before in her life. Her mask helps darken the world around her allowing her to be able to see, though she is prone to walk into things from time to time.
Seks has birthing one healthy child while also loosing two.

Pronunciation: Er-WYN-is
Age: 22 years old
Human age: 528 years old
Gender: Female
Personality: + ||Sociable, Humble, Sympathetic, Accommodating||, - ||Lazy, Vain, Manipulative, Posessive||

A social butterfly, Erwynis charms her way into people’s life with stories, laughter, and lots of painful death-gripped hugs. A great friend and a perfect person to confide in, your secret is safe with Erwynis as long as she promised. A promise to this female is sacred and every promise made will be kept and any broken is considered a betrayal. While she’s known as one of the “sages” of Aurayr due to her the split in hair color, Erwynis will never say so, stating herself as just another individual who happens to get the role of meeting new people. “Oh what fun!” She tends to put others first hating to be an inconvenience and has no problem offering her share of food or lodging if needed. While many views her as a motherly type, she is nowhere near it. What you see on the outside is nothing but a smiling mask of charm.

She maintains the perfect facade of love for others yet she herself is jaded inside. She trusts no one, believes in no one, and thinks very highly of affluence. The rich gets it all, and only the wealthiest will be protected in her realm. She’s only motivated to do work if she’s paid and is often seen doing the minimal effort to get things done. Being completely vain, Erwynis only really befriends beautiful people yet will make an effort to be nice to everyone if she needs them later. She is also easily bribe by gorgeous things be it pearls or crystals, anything shiny will get her attention. It’s hard to know where she stance or where her loyalty lies since all of that can be bought.

Since Erwynis has a hard time trusting, when she does find the few, she can get rather possessive of them fearing that they’ll eventually leave her or die before her. Her close friends are small but she loves them dearly and enough to offer herself as a tribute because all of Aurayr knows that United Generation is nothing but a ticking bomb waiting for someone to initiate the Second Intergalactic War.

Planet: Aurayr (pronounced: A-RAY), a world of blue, is the realm of the sea. Aurayris, a term of people of Aurayr, are born with the ability to live and breath underwater. They have gills on their ribs and lungs allowing them to step on land if needed. Innately fast swimmers, it’s incredibly hard to ever find an Aurayris on the surface unless they’re either adventurous or an emergency is called upon. Fishes, turtles, sea creatures run rampant as they swim along the coast. Aurayris are not mermaids and while they can be similar to one to an Earthling, they are known to be greedy and vain. Beauty is above all and only the most stunning gets to rule as king and queen. Pearls and jewelries are adorn and adored and are the only thing of value to them. Monetary paper bills are considered silly and useless. They are one of the most sociable creatures, mostly friendly and easy to get along with but also the ones with the longest of grudges if betrayed.

Aurayr children are born from corals thus they have no concept of family. Their idea of love can be rather twisted, confusing love with lust or even greed. While only a few practice monogamy, due to their lack of familial upbringing, many are used to polygamy. All of Aurayris citizens have long deer like antlers that are perceptive to their emotions. It shrinks when they’re embarrassed or shy but increase in size when they’re happy or angry. Their ears are the most sensitive part of their body and allows them to hear the lowest or highest of sounds. While they aren’t the strongest physically, Aurayr specializes in agility believing that being fast the best offense and defense. They are known for their impeccable aim and their ability to charm their way through fights.

The most interesting thing about Aurayris is their hair reflects their most dominant personality. Fiery red represents passion and love, the ones that have the most lovers and also the ones that gets burn most. Golden hair portrays those who are bright and loving almost if they are the sun itself. White hair Aurayris are the most idealistic, hopeful, and naive, believing good in everyone. Charcoal-colored hair are for those who have been jaded by the world, only piqued and driven by money, closing themselves off to the world yet these are considered the intellectuals of the nation. Their hair could possibly change as they grow up indicating the difference in their character and only rarely do Aurayris hair are split between colors.

Misc: Erwynis enjoys seafood (much to the dismay of her fellow friends) and considers them a delicacy. Being an Auraryris, she’s a chronic sleeper and is often drowsy during meetings or can be seen nodding off. It’s not hard to wake the female up, just yell, “Food!” and you’ll immediately grasp her attention.

"I'm not a hero. I'm just a man."

Age: 24 years old

Gender: Male

Appearance:
"What you see is what you get."

Born and raised in Spain, he maintain much of his looks from his father’s side. The only resemblance to his mother is their rich coffee brown eyes. His tallest height stands at 6’2 weighing a good solid 189 pounds. He has a muscular build liking to keep tone and work out to keep his figure. His jet black hair is usually on the messier side, sometimes covering his face when he’s in a rush or gelled up to keep away from his eyes. (FYI: He used to have shoulder length hair at the beginning of the United Generation program until recently.) He likes to keep a clean shave although can get rather lazy and will leave a shadow behind every now and then. Due to his lack of sleep and insane need for coffee, his dark circles are prominent especially he’s high on caffeine. His smiles are often sought for since the male is almost broody at all time (not because of a dark deep past) but it’s due to his need to assess situations calmly every couple of minutes thus unintentionally giving him a serious face at all times. Ruben has serpent tattoos running from his shoulder blade down his arm.

Personality: + ||Hardworking, Easygoing, Intellectual Acuity, Cautious||, - ||Sarcastic, Ambitious, Temperamental, Disinterested||

“So we done here or are you going to keep talking cause we both know 'm not listening.”

Ruben is known for his rustic ways in dealing with others, liking to keep things short and simple. An observer at heart, he likes to wait things out in order to cut his lost and come out on top in dire situations. His ability to assess any situation and act as a mediator is his strongest point. The male dislikes conflicts and likes to settle them with words or a game of chess. At worst, he’ll pretend like he’s listening when he isn’t and at best, he is listening with sarcastic comments dying to spill out. Things easily capture his attention and sadly falls out of his favor as well. He doesn’t keep interest for too long, liking to jump from jobs to jobs (lovers to lovers) until he applied to be in the military when he was eighteen years old. If one inquires about his past, they would know he used to be a firefighter, an EMT, a barista, a bartender, a chef, a breakdancer, and oddly enough, a nanny (those were the dark poor days).

Ruben is easy to befriend as long as one doesn’t ask him too many questions. If so, they might be completely shut down or given a limit. “I’ll answer one questions a day and hell yeah, can I ask you a question counts. Try again tomorrow.” His drive to be the best at everything he does makes him a competitor to many and thus he lost quite a lot of friends along the way. His innate tongue for sarcastic remarks or eye rolls didn’t help his cause either. He sighs rather often whenever he deals aggravating individuals but has the patience to tolerate them. His temper should not taken lightly as it changes depending on how much sleep. Always bother him at night, you’ll find a much more pleasant Ruben. The male is quick on his feet but many would think of him as slow because he likes to draw out all the possibilities and going with the path that provides the best outcome.

During arguments, Ruben doesn’t listen to emotions and only can be appealed to by reason. Tears hardly work on the man and thanks to his five older brothers and his mother passing away when he was three, Ruben is not a female-friendly person.

Misc: Ruben is one of the youngest Commanders in the army and is selected to be a part of the United Generation host because of his gift for negotiation. He's a secret-not-so-secretive alcoholic to numb the pain of losing his friends in the battlefield.

Pronounced: Door-am
Human Age :27
Alien Age: 902
Gender : Male
Personality : Doram has a level head, looking to keep his mind and body in perfect balance. Looking towards the more logical and the reality of every kind of situation that he finds himself in. He thinks before he speaks all the time knowing full well one misspoken word could result in someone getting irritated, mad or even hurt in some unknown way. His people are very much run by the emotions that burn very close to the surface, thus his anger when provoked can be disastrous. When his long fuse has reached it's end Doram will get violent, more then likely throw a punch or break an object nearby. Perhaps on the person that caused him to break his normally peaceful outer self.

Because he has such an angry beast lurking inside him, Doram sometimes feels like he is trapped to be the monsters that his people are known for. But he wants to change, thus he has become good at calming himself down and almost no one can get under his rough skin.

Doram is also very...intimidating. Just his presence gives off that of a man who has seen many battles, seen the blood that drips from the corpses that come from war. His people stand start at 8'ft tall and those are the females. Doram stands 9'5 striking the fear into the little people below. He has a habit of watching where he steps and making sure to duck and not hit his head on anything (though this happens still more often then he would like to admit).

Before being chosen for the little peace arrangement, Doram had been a merchant and craftsmen. In his younger years he was in many wars battling his own people, fighting drawn out wars with almost every race you can imagine. Now though he enjoys creating jewelry, beautiful swords and other things he can sell from planet to planet bringing home much needed gold to his world. Anything to keep his mind and hands busy.

Planet : A highly populated planet, Vraulomt are divided into 6 clans. All of which have a slightly different way of living and controlling there resources. The world is much like that of Earth, with many different terrains spread out across the surface of the world. Thus why the world is so highly populated. But while the world has many Vraulomt people, the creatures and harsh living keeps them on there toes.

Not to mention they fight among themselves almost more then they do with the world that doesn't belong to them. There people can be anxious, ready to take down anything that seems to be a threat. peace is something that no one seems to understand. There is always a fight going on somewhere, emotion drips from every person. Sadness, anger, and love burn bright and are never half-assed.

A race of people that are warriors to the bone, every child, women has seen there share fighting. When life finally got more peaceful, at least enough to start and try and branch out from there world, traveling merchants and explorers. Getting mixed up in even more fighting. Intergalactic fighting was even worse then that on there own planet but the Vraulomt enjoyed it more then anything else.

The Vraulomt people believe that true love happens but once. Thus choosing someone you want to spend your life with is a highly important task that isn't taken lightly. Though when the population was become smaller and smaller this was type of thinking was pushed aside and made nothing but traditional, and many males and females started to do there own thing.

Misc: Human alcohol does nothing to him, he cannot get drunk. Often jokes about how 'watered down' it is. Will drink it anyways though.

Pronounced: Lex-iss
Human Age : 22
Alien Age: 250
Gender :Female
Personality : Large, goofy grin is never far off when Lexiss is in the room or anywhere near. She will find a way to make you smile or at least try too. Her happiness and love to be the center of attention can light up a dull room. She has energy that never stops and doesn't need to sleep as often as most species. Able to run off as little of 3 hours of sleep, she is the best at getting jobs down efficiently. That is when she can focus on the task at hand.

Somewhat, if possible, she is lazy. She would much rather be doing something that was fun and enjoyable then sitting in boring meetings about galactic peace. She grew up being a soldier, in fact she is the daughter of the high command. Her responsibilities are of the highest order. Does she care? Not really. She would much rather go off, have a few drinks, get someones panties in a bunch and enjoy her life while she can.

While her happy go lucky attitude is her normal facade. She hides a lot of pain deep down, and when things get to serious that shows or if her father is in the room. She gets quiet and will follow rules; eyes averted to her higher up. Lexiss knows how to give respect when it is needed. She's smart and knows how to play people when she needs too. Fighting in hand to hand combat is her specialty as well as firing a gun. Fast, able to climb nearly anything she can slink in the shadows like an assassin if her duties called upon her.

Loyal to a fault, likes almost everyone though if you think to highly of yourself she may target you for one of her many practical jokes. Just to bring you back down to the ground a bit.

Planet : Gigantic trees spread there leaves to sky, there leaves never seeming to touch its destination. A mixture of greens, browns as far as the eye can see. Kandra, is the world that elves would want to be. Forests cover the entire planet, every tree is thousands of years old housing life beyond imagining. In clusters of parts of the forests little pods can be found dangling from the branches. These are the little areas the Keli people not only survive but thrive.

Highly advanced technology the world running and a very secure ladder of importance of people. Everything is structured for a reason, the people themselves are normally pretty serious. They have high advanced soldiers that are trained from earlier children to hold a gun, while also doing advanced physical training. Not all people are soldiers but all residents know how to protect themselves in case of an attack.

Though the world is so structured they still are able to have fun. Parties and gatherings are well placed and at least once a week music and dancing can be found in one of the bars or halls. They believe there is a time and place for everything.

The whole planet is ruled by a family with the most powers. The family is different in colour and is easy to tell just by looking at them. They don't get the joy f fun and games, (unless you sneak away much like Lexiss always did as a younger, rebels teenager). The royal family have a special ability only gifted once every few thousand years. They can shape shift, there bodies are able to take another form for a certain amount of time. With training they can keep the form for day before having to rest.

Misc: Ability to shape shift, mostly used to mock and play tricks on people. Large scar across her throat, doesn't like to talk about it. Normally will lie through her teeth where she got it, the story changes. Gets more exciting or just won't answer and will shove a drink into your hand or face.
Extra flirty when drunk regardless of gender.

It was time to go home.

Seks looked at the small bag of items that she had brought with her from her HomeWorld. It wasn't to many items. Just an assortment of items to clothing, a mushroom to remind her of the dark world she grew up in and lastly a picture she had gotten from the humans on this world. it was framed and had the group that she had spent the last few years getting to know.

Though for being on the Planet Earth, trying to find a peaceful way to live with the other people of this Universe she didn't know them very well. Most didn't want to be there. Avoided the meetings all together. Perhaps there would never be peace. Summers came and went and even know, it was the middle of July, normally they would have another 2 months of trying to figure things out but the Human Ambassadors decided it was a lost cause and they were flying out earlier.

Gently she touched the wooden frame with a dark black hand, a small smile appeared on her lips but was hidden behind the mask she wore.

Even after 3 Summers of being on Earth she had not gotten used to the light that emitted from the Sun. It baffled her to think that this was the norm for people. It had been a hope that she could have taken her mask off see the world around her instead of just the shadows but her eyes nearly went blind the last time she tried to do such a thing.

A heavy sigh left her lungs, with one last glance closed the bag looking up at the sudden glance of her appearance in the mirror. What stared back was just what always looked back. At home she never thought she looked strange but around the humans, she felt like she stood out. Standing around 5'5, not including her horns, she felt pretty short and her shape was petite but hidden under her large dull grey parka that she hardly ever took off. From being on this new planet she had a red scarf that she had claimed as her own. Perhaps she stole it, it wasn't completely an important fact. All Seks knew was that she loved the thing, soft bright--colours that didn't glow fascinated her to no end.

"Has my skin gotten lighter?" Seks said quietly to herself looking at her hand a moment tilting her head to the side. Normally her skin was mostly black but she could have sworn her skin looked an off black colour. Perhaps a dark grey. Shrugging her shoulders she shook her head. More then likely that was just in her head.

"Enough staring. Time to go home." she whispered. With bag in hand she started down the stairs from her room hoping to catch the glimpse of her other housemates.

3 Summers wasted.

Why did Doram think this Summer would be any different?

A grumble left his throat as he leaned against the counter drinking one last cup of human coffee. Not at all bitter and nothing like the stuff he was used to but over the past few years he had grown to enjoy it. At least it was better then some of the food that was on this planet. But he accepted the tastes he had lived, fought and seen so many different places that he wasn't to picky about what he stuck in his mouth. As long as it wasn't some kind of poison he wasn't about to become some annoyed teenager.

Missing meetings, not giving a care about what was really on the line. Perhaps they all just wanted another war. More blood of innocent women and children. It was all just slightly infuiriating. But you can't force anyone to do anything. Perhaps bribing should have been done.

Well, it was to late for thoughts like that. The Summer wasn't even over and it was called off. What did it all mean? They hadn't been breifed all he knew a ship was waiting outside to take them back to the respectable planets. What was he to tell his higher ups?

'The damn fish people wouldn't give anyone a second glance'

Like that would be taken well.

Another irritated growl slipped past his lips before he drank the last drips of his coffee like he would take a shot roughly placing the cup in the sink before turning to head out of the room.

"If you people don't get up soon I will throw you over my shoulder and drag you there!" He bellowed up to the bedrooms in a harsh tone. Seks made her way down the stairs flinching slightly as his bellow. "Sorry Seks." he said as the small, timid girl looked up at him.

"It is alright, I am all packed." she spoke a head tilt before hurrying out the door nearly tripping over his tail that swung back and forth in an annoyed fashion.

"I'm already outside you big kangaroo!" Lexiss high voice cut in.

"I look nothing like a Kangaroo..Whatever a kangaroo is." Doram frowned looking at a reflection. Sure he had rather large ears and a bushy white coat but he had a face like a human just with a bit more hair. Strong arms, strong legs--he was a warrior. Where Kangaroos warriors?

Lexiss sat high in a branch watching the ship prepare for departure. Humans rushed around along with androids following commands to a tee. She puffed her blue cheeks sticking her tongue out at the ship. It wasn't time to leave yet, and she wasn't ready to go.

While she hated Earth, it had a weird feeling on her skin and breathing could be a pain from time to time but it was better then trying to please her father. Here she was doing something meaningful, training everyday fighting--preparing for a war she had hopped wouldn't return. But with the end of the sessions perhaps that was exactly what was going to happen.

More war.

Wrapping her tail around the branch she swung down looking around the world from upside down, much like a pouting child. She heard the bellow of Doram who wasn't happy about the new predicaments. He wanted peace but so did she. Perhaps going home was the best though. The thought crossed of her own bed and friends--it wouldn't be all bad she supposed.

"I'm already outside you big kangaroo!" She cried wishing she could see the confused look on the giant who hit his head on everything. "I should remember that for next time. Big Kangaroo." she wiped a tear from her golden eyes. "Hey Where are the others, if we are leaving get the others! I want to see the milky way at its brightest!" another call before she saw the other tall guy in the house.

"Hey Birdbrain, you must be happy to be leaving? You can sulk back at home." a smirk on her face. "To bad just think of all the drinks we could have had!"

"Tch. What a waste of time."

“Three years. Nothing. We got nowhere. What do you have to say for yourself Guerrero?”

“I have no excuses sir.” Ruben answered, his eyes looking directly at his supervisor. The old man with his slick back hair was not amused at his lack of excuses. The superior answered to the President and Guerrero was making it difficult. “All I have to say is in my report.”

An audible sigh followed by a wave of hand, Guerrero was excused but not before the few last words. “Pack up. Take them back home. Make sure they get back safely.”

Ruben frowned, the wrinkles on his forehead deepened in frustration but he said nothing of that sort. “Of course, sir.” He made his leave.

————

Everyone was already notified about their departure and packed with the exception of Ruben who was hazardously throwing things into his duffel bag. Clothes came second in comparison to weapons like guns, knives, bullets just in case. The male wasn’t used to traveling to another planet for war. It’s been way too long since he had to do that. The memories of his comrades were immediately pushed down and he huffed in irritation. “The best way to commit to peace is to send the kids home,” he rolled his eyes just as he finished packing up. With a loud zip, he then flung his bag over his shoulder and made his way out only to hear a loud roar coming from Damon.

“What’s the problem now? Who ate your lizards tail?” Ruben commented, walking down the stairs, passing Seks who made a dash outside as if she was on fire. There were four of them outside including Daerhan which meant only Damon and Erwynis were still doing their weird mating rituat inside.

“Hurry up. We don’t have all day,” he hollered before heading inside the spaceship first. If anything, Ruben wanted the bed closest to the door. If he had to jump off the ship, at least he wouldn’t have to see them for the last time.

He was probably the only one elated when it was announced that they were going home. Daerhan wasn’t interested in this fake make believe peace bull. He was the first one packed, already out waiting in front of the spaceship while everyone decided to take forever. He was getting sick of waiting summer after summer to see if anything was going to happen but he knew it as well as anyone. Tension hasn’t died down. Not a bit. Not at all.

It didn’t matter to him, he wanted to go back home. Sure. Home. The thought of home was comforting, somewhat. The isolated place with those who used to surround him with smiles were now avoiding him like the plaque. At least he knew his people and where their loyalty and stance lies. With him because he was their prince. Daerhan didn’t trust anyone on Earth especially not with an Aurayris around. Lexiss soon joined him and he did well, ignoring her presence and finally Seks. His eyes lifted skyward, looking as if the male was thinking of something but he just wanted to stretch his wings. How far could he fly?

His thoughts were interrupted by the loud, “You big kangaroo!”

“Try baboon. He might be more offended compared to something less physically pleasing,” Daerhan offered just as Ruben decided to join their company and rushed inside the ship. The ashen hair male immediately regretted his words when Lexiss took it as an opportunity for a conversation. “And you wonder why Erwynis never talks to you,” he muttered with a shrug. “Nothing productive was done this summer.” Well except for getting productively drunk, courtesy of Lexiss.

Daerhan grabbed his luggage, lifting it up and heading inside with the other male, ignoring whatever chaos is about to evoke outside.

“You’re coming along too?”

“Surprise?”

“No kidding.”

Silence. Daerhan’s tail swished to the side as he decided on the closest bed to him. His luggage was then shoved underneath the bed. The male plopped onto the bed, ignoring the shuffling of Lexiss and Seks heading in. He closed his eyes, wishing this trip would be brief as their summer has been so far.

The happy-go-lucky female was probably the hardest person to please and the most difficult for anyone to order around. She was self assured and her antlers stood high and proud. An Aurayris doesn’t attend dumb meetings hearing Ruben talk about well whatever he talks about. She doesn’t attend the meeting, so she wouldn’t know. The female was all done packing but being extremely lazy, she also has been laying supine on her head with her eyes closed. Well, it was peaceful for the next hour until Damon roared startled the female.

“What a brute,” she sneered, rolling on the bed. She didn’t want to get up. It was too much work for such a lovely afternoon. She just wanted some tea, maybe cake, and then go back to take a nap. The thought made her all warm and fuzzy inside until Damon interrupted her peace once more.

"If you people don't get up soon I will throw you over my shoulder and drag you there!"

She huffed, a sigh before the female finally decided to get up. It wasn’t because he told her to. She just wanted to go home too. Lucky him. Doesn’t have to go around throwing anyone over his shoulder. Erwynis dragged her luggage down the stairs, passing by Damon but stopped as she looked upward to match the male who disrupted her slumber. “You don’t scare me big guy. Don’t be so grouchy. This is good. We’re going home,” she patted his high. The female was almost skipping, excited to get out of this Earth and be back in the water. She was the second to last to head in. Putting her luggage to the side, she suppose there were only two two bunks left. Everyone one decided to have the bottom bunk bed.

“Wow Ruben. You’re here too,” Erwynis commented and could hear his sigh.

She climbed up onto her bed, admitting it wasn’t as comfortable as the one back at their living provision. Once Damon headed inside, the rocket ship began to shoot off from the ground. “Which planet are we stopping by first?” she questioned.

“I haven’t heard any directions,” Ruben answered. “But it might be Seks, hers is closest to Earth.”

Seks gave a polite smile towards Ruben when she hurried out of the house they had been staying in for the past 2 months. Like a few of the others, she really was sad that things didn't go well. There was a high chance that once they got back, heard the news that there could be talk of war again. or travel between the six nations would be cancelled until further notice.

hat seemed the most probably until the faithful day that the rebels of each of the colonies decided they didn't want to follow the rules. Once that line was crossed all matters of hell would start right back up.

Seks sighed shaking her head in disbelieving. They had gotten there chance and it was all for nothing. perhaps they had chosen the wrong people to talk, the personalities here did clash after all.

Over hearing the conversation between Lexiss and Daerhan she tilted her head, why would a baboon be an insult? "But he resembles more of a human kangaroo then a baboon. Course he has arms like a baboon, strong too. But a more handsome face." Seks spoke earning an eye roll from Lexiss and no indication from the winged man. He seemed dead set on getting inside the ship.

"It's an insult it's not supposed to make sense glow stick. Come on before everyone throws there panties at us." Lexiss spoke hurrying onto the ship. Seks followed behind taking a bed close to the back it was out of the way and it had a window seat. Just like she always liked when traveling. Seeing the world from this area was the best after all.

Apparently the only person Damon was really trying to get down from her cozy little corner of heaven was Erwynis, a rather attractive women with large antlers, a pretty face and a look any man would kill to have. But Damon was more irritated with her then the rest of them. She was the one who wouldn't do anything that didn't benefit her in some manner or speaking. her best excuse was that she didn't want too, to hot today. her laziness ruined this whole gathering.

Growling he was about to go up and get the girl before he heard rummaging followed by footsteps and. luggage being pulled behind her. He sighed crossing his arms over his chest. At least she was coming now.

"I'm not trying to be frightening. You would know when I was trying to be scary." he huffed looking down at her, and watching her leave out the door. Finally. They where going home and while that was just not what he wanted out of these meetings he was glad to get away from most of the people on this little spot of hell.

With his own belongings in hand Damon was the last on the ship. He chose to ignore the baboon and kangaroo insults that Lexiss and Daerhan decided to throw his way and instead got the last bunk on top. Why they would put the tallest guy on the top bunk he would never know but he guessed it was because they where inconsiderate little children.

That was what he was going for.

With his suitcase on the top he dunked his head to find a seat that was a bit more comfortable ignoring the rest of his crew mates for the time being.

"I wouldn't say closest. It's just in the other direction while the rest of your guys planets are in the other direction." Seks pointed out. "It's the inconvenient planet that interrupts the flow." she trailed off before clearing her throat. Damon watched the little masked women a moment before looking out the window.

Snagging a top bunk, which oddly people seemed to not want Lexiss threw her belongings into the compartment on the top taking out a bottle of a human alcohol before closing it tightly. She grinned looking to her crew mates only a moment as the others got comfy. Ruben was on the ship, which she thought was a little odd. He never rode with them when they went home all the other summers. But perhaps since this was a 'failed mission' he had to explain to the higher ups of each people. Kinda like 'The United Generation' was a bust and war is right around the corner kind of deal.

Well, either way he wasn't happy about it. Even Lexiss could see that.

Uncorking the bottle she brought it to her lips sipping it down.

"Are you drinking already?" Seks asked tilting her head to the side watching the skinny blue women down her drink.

"Yeah, you got a problem with that? Air travel makes me sick. This soothes me."

"And gets you hungover." Damon muttered earning nothing but a roll of Lexiss eyes.

"You just wish you had some."

"Not really. Human alcohol tastes like water, hardly even feel the intoxication in my blood stream." He admitted.

The little conversations went on, the ship took off with a start hardly anyone seeming to notice the breaking of the atmosphere or the direction they where going. All that mattered was that they where going home away from a planet that they knew next to nothing about.

It was a few hours that passed when Seks took a moment to look out the window. "That is not my home. It is to bright for one, but has some kind of water on its surface. It is roughly the right size by the dimensions but clearing the wrong planet." Seks sat up looking to Ruben, the leader of this little expedition. "Are we making a stop? Something isn't' wrong with ship?"

"Tch. What a waste of time."

Flowers to a butterfly was alcohol to Ruben. Just the scent of it got his blood running, his eyes immediately finding the source of all desire. He glanced up at Lexiss who got the top bunk. He watched the exchange between Damon, Seks, and Lexiss, resisting the urge to roll his eyes. “It’s because you’re fucking 9 feet. You’re going to need to be injecting alcohol if you want anything to work on you, buddy,” Ruben grinned, unzipping his own pack of alcohol. If he was going to be around these people, he needed to be hammered as possible. Good reasons to pull out his own stack of alcohol except he needed to be not smell like a drunk when he escorted these people to their hometown. He rubbed his temple. Oh this was going to be a long trip.

Ruben kicked off his shoes, making himself comfortable on the cram bed that wasn’t made for giant people like him. He slightly felt bad for the two other males especially the one who took too long and got the top bunk. He ignored most of the conversations, keeping his eyes closed resting his head on his left arm. The eyes fluttered open after what seemed to be hours when Seks started talking to him. The male sat up slowly before walking over Seas, towering the female just slightly. He looked over her shoulders with narrowed eyes. “I didn’t receive any orders about making other stops. But this rocket ship is automatic. I have no control over its directions….”

That looked nothing like where they were suppose to go. His frown deepened when he realized that what was happening and went into the control room to call his superiors.

He waited for the static to crumble as he heard their rough voice on the line. He could make most of their words as anger bubbled inside of him.

“Sir, I don’t mean to question your orders but how would staying on an isolated planet help us create an undying bond?” he question, his voice placid. Do not break the mic, do not break the mic.

“You have a new mission now Guerrero. You are to come into terms with one another this summer. Nothing has been happening and we will not let this be another wasted summer. Anything else?” The cold voice came just as they landed on the planet. Their connection was fading away as Ruben’s irritation was now coming at full force.

“We have no preparations. We were not told about this. Would this not cause another intergalactic incident sir? With all due respect, I don’t —“

“I have notified all the other planets and they agreed to the terms. Find a common point. Find a common enemy. Do whatever you must. We have to restore friendships and it starts with you, son. We’ll pick you up at the end of summer. Good luck Guerrero.”

The line was cut off just as he slammed his fists down. Daerhan made himself appeared just in the right moment, overhearing the entire conversation. The aloof male with his arms crossed said nothing as the sound of breathing filled up the silent room.

c558358a70469a7d4355e0e21fd4ae12.png

Daerhan barely slept, sure he spent his time lounging and playing hooky when he wasn’t training, but sleeping meant weakness for your opponent to kill you. And weakness was not something a Obistraelis could afford. To him, everyone here were still enemies. They were trained to kill, they were trained to fight, and they were trained to know their enemies. Not to befriend them. This was ridiculous. Their flimsy attempt to get him involve just made it worse every time Erwynis didn’t show up to a meeting. If the deer wasn’t going to participate, then he too wouldn’t consider making himself available. He had better things to do. A master of weapons, Daerhan was swirling daggers on his arm, swinging it straight at the wall as target practice. Every time he went to retrieve it, the male was more than occupied with his task than he should have been. Daerhan should have known better but it took Seks to speak up for him to stop playing darts on the wall.

“What do you mean, Ignis?” he asked, worries fill the crease of his forehead. “Why would we not be anywhere near your hometown? Where are we?” He directed the last question to Ruben who ignored him and went straight into the control room. Daerhan followed, listening to the exchange before placing a hand over his eyes. He could feel the sudden descend and finally snapped at the silence.

“Override the control. Can’t you do that?”

Ruben paused before shaking his head. “No, if we override the control, it’s made to blow up. This is a battle rocket. Overriding the control meant an enemy took over the ship so it was made to be a bomb in case of that situation.”

The moment they landed, rather peacefully he should add, that was when the two males knew that there was no way out of this. He couldn’t fly back to his home planet. The distance would take him centuries if not decades. He groaned, “Do you at least know where we are?”

“No. You might have to ask Seks for her knowledge,” Ruben said, leaving the room with Daerhan following him close behind. Ruben debriefed the situation before sighing.

“And that’s that. There’s nothing I could do,” he ended the conversation.

“Do you know which planet we landed in, Ignis?” Daerhan asked.

Leave it to the humans to be dumb. Erwynis was seething in fury, she could kill them all at this moment and freaking figure a way out of here if it wasn’t for her contract with her King and Queen. She was to be courteous and act weak instead of the assassin she was raised up to be. Her smiles and hugs were all a ploy to weaken her enemies’ guard but Daerhan never bought it. Then again, he was born to be suspicious of everyone. She was busy admiring her nails when Ruben walked out of the control room after a little session with Seks. Erwynis minded her own business, didn’t really hear what the problem was about until it was announced. Silence was their only answer in the wake of the surprising situation.

“You’re kidding?” she finally spoke up. She climbed down from her bunk bed before opening the windows, revealing the tropical nature looking more of a forest than anything. There was no water. Nothing. This was not her planet and it was none of theirs either.

“How are we going to get gold or silver?”

“Is that your priority?” Daerhan asked. “Gold and silver? What about nourishment? We’re not savages.”

“No need to be so feisty big boy, food shouldn’t be a problem in a tropical forest as long as you have an extensive knowledge on what can be eaten and what can not,” Erwynis was taking this on a lot calmer than she thought. Go me!

“Let’s leave the ship, we need to explore before night time hits. We don’t really have time for you to brood and moan,” she said, opening her luggage and grabbing her emergency backpack. It mostly had survival tools like ropes and a knife but she never thought she would need to use it.

Daerhan wanted to throttle her. Break her neck. Really just shut her up but he did none of that. She was reasonable. They had to live and there was barely enough water or food to last more than a couple of days on the rocket. He turned to Damon and Lexiss. “We’ll have to map the area and build a base for our summer.”

The phrase “work together” was left in the air but no one wanted to admit that each other was all they had to rely on.

4gjepx.jpg

2i03ok8.png

Seks flinched a moment looking over to Daerhan who questioned her a little more strictly then the others. His voice lowered and he huffed after Ruben who seemed to be just as upset about her observation. A worried look crossed her face, moving to look out the window once more, her eyes calculating the distance from which they had traveled and the taking into account all the planets that surrounded her planet she decided she knew the small planet they where coming up too.

"Well we are approximately 4,500 kil, in human terms, away from my planet. This planet that we are coming up to is a small one. No life, has the properties to have life but the air quality is a little worse for most species but could be gotten used to if breed and stayed on for a number of years.Water covers about 70% along with a number of animal species." Seks explained before realizing that no one was listening anymore. At least she thought no one was leaving, out of the corner of her eye she saw Damon nod to her but said little. He seemed to be a little worse for the information too.

Was it that big a deal? Well, if it was they would be alerted as quickly as possible. That she knew for a fact.

"Don't look so worried. I'm sure it's nothing we can't handle. Out of all the people on this ship, over half of us are soldiers or ex soldiers." Damon admitted stretching his arms over his head in a stretch that resembled that of a cat before jumping slightly, hearing the new news.

"Well this is just great." Lexiss growled swinging her legs over her bed jumping down just as the plan came to land.

104gg1i.jpg
mta7g3.png

They came to a landing and Damon was already hearing the complaining rising from the little water girl. She new how to ruin everything, and the more she complained the more he wanted to throw her off and try to talk some sense into her. He didn't know her people well. She was nice enough, but he had a feeling the niceness wasn't skin deep. A facade to allow one to put your guard down. he waited for her to stab him in the back for some time, but it never happened.

Probably since she was to busy having naps or drinking something less then appetizing.

"Dearhan is right. We are going to need to find food before anything else. To create weapons and live on the land we will need to find something to make tools out of, but that will be after we make temporary shelter." Damon spoke walking off the plane to join the group. Seks looked around gripping her eyes and lungs.

"Are you alright?" Damon asked.

"The air is low quality here...the sun is very close to this planet I feel like my eyes are burning." she whispered taking shelter in the closest shadow, it hardly helped but she had no other choice. "But to answer your question, which I did on the plane but no one was listening, we are on a small side planet that is located about 4500 kil from my planet. It houses no intelligent life forms but does house some life in the forms of plants and animals. We will want to be cautious until we are prepared." Seks finally explained.

"Erwyins, as much as I also hate to admit it, is right." Damon sighed looking to the women. "If we split up we can map the island or at least the main area, if we get a good view of the land we can choose the best place for the base."

"I won't be much help." Seks suddenly interjected. "I am unable to see past my hand at the moment, once night time falls I will be able to aid more but for know I will do my best and gather as much information I know about the island and unload the ship. If that is deemed reasonable?" Seks asked looking to Ruben for confirmation, he seemed to be the leader of this place. his ship, his world that got them all into this mess.

"I'll start chopping the trees to make a base." Damon sighed rolling up his sleeves and starting to walk towards a group of trees. They where average sized trees but he could easily pick them up. At least one kind of the numerous array of trees. They seemed sturdy. "I'll keep my eyes open for any good stones and minerals. I can make tolls for us." He added in.

"Ugh this all sounds so dull." Lexiss groaned like a child throwing her head back and sighing loudly. "I'll go and wander the Island, mapping it. I'm a good scout and I can climb up trees and mountains then most of you." her eyes fell on Daerhan before smirking a bit. "Well, at least other then you." she added before shrugging. "Wanna come 'partner' we will be spending a lot of time together. Getting to e friends its going to be so fun!" The sarcasm dripped from her mouth, she knew that Daehan wasn't exactly thrilled with her or anyone elses presence but there was only one way the group wasn't going to die on this miserable planet.

Teamwork.

"By the stars! What if I run out of alcohol! I won't survive. Damon..Ruben if I run out of alcohol I will melt." Lexiss exclaimed dramatically clutching her gut. She had downed her bottle and only had probably a good 6 more in her bag.

What was she going to do?

"We can make our own, it is not that hrad." Damon rolled his eyes. "Don't be so dramatic. Go and start your scouting." he grumbled looking to Ruben. "Would you give me a hand?" he asked trying to get into the thick of the new plan.

"Hey fish girl help Seks make sure s,he doesn't pass out on us or something!" Lexiss spoke smirking before starting off deeper into the Island in a dead sprint. While she hated the fact that she wasn't at home it was nice to run and jump. her muscles needed it for sure.
