Personality: Aurora is a very intelligent and proud woman. As a mother she hold a lot of guilt and love for her child. She tries to do right by her child even though she gave them to be an experiment. As a scientist she is a demanding leader as rarely shows weakness. Being the very first scientist under Xander she has been in change of directing the other scientists
History: Despite growing up in the slums she prospers as a engineer in the factories due to her natural intelligence. Despite her own success she watched her family and those around her suffer. One day she was approached by Xander, inspiring her with his words and he enchanted her with his passion. Not only did they start Project R together they had fallen for each other but neither would admit it.
One day she became pregnant with his child, feeling it would be safer she lied to him, saying it was a synthetic baby she created to be used as an experiment. With this she was able to have special permission to be responsible for the child since she was carrying it. With that she got the chance to raise them and make their life as comfortable as possible. But then they experimented on her child and it didn't go as planned. With her child no longer remembering her she struggled with even more guilt and has never told them they're her child. Despite this she desperately tries to make their life as painless and cushy as possible.

Personality: Ryliegh is much colder than her twin brother. Unlike him she has willingly given her whole body to be changed. Part of her role is she is forced to fight the other experiments in order for them to test their powers. Unlike him she always goes all out. She resents the government for forcing children like her to grow up here and never having the chance better their lives. Fueled by anger and a thirst for power she continues to allow her humanity to slip further away. Despite this she still cares for her brother and feels angry at him for being weak.
History: At a young age Ryliegh and her brother were abandoned by their family, presumably because they couldn't afford to take care of twin down here in the slums. Alone in the slums they were found by Xander and brought in as some the first children to be experimented on. Both undergoing cybernetic enhancements. All her life she's only known pain, but she's excepted it as just a part of her, using it to strengthen her.

Powers/Mutation: Cybernetic Enhancement and body replacement. From the neck down her body has been mostly replaced with cybernetic limbs, built in armor, and nano technology. Despite the obvious addition to her weight she powerful and quick movements. In order to keep weight down the materials are lighter and slightly weaker that her twin's arm. On the plus side she has more nano bots stored allowing to repair herself much longer. Her weaponization includes: flamethrowers on both arms. A miniturized rpg launcher on her right arm. Off of her shoulders she has a basic energy canons. Her nanobots can form throwing knives, she can also lock down her entire body interlocking all her cybernetics to form a virtually indestructible shell for a short amount of time this also consumes a great amount of power and takes time to charge up and use her other weapons include a Electro net launcher, a railgun. She can also use a high-energy pulse to push back enemies a great distance from her. The last weapon she uses is Twin blades that extend from her wrists (as depicted above).

Personality: Milo is a scared child in an unkind world. The scientists who are nice to, he desperately clings to. He doesn't respond well to being yelled and often breaks down into crying fits.
History: Milo never knew his mother, being give up to the orphanage at birth. Weir was the one who brought him in. Because of this he has trouble trusting Weir and the other scientist. One moment he thought he was getting a home, the next he was being experimented on.

Powers/Mutation: Has been made to store static electricity within his body. The original reasoning was to give him electric capabilities but had a few other unexpected results. He has little to know control over his electrical abilities. Currently he only seems to emit electrical busts during fits, which always results in bruising. He does seem to be able to accumulate a fair amount of static energy within him. He also has a weak electromagnetic pull.

Personality: Valery mind has been entirely rest due to the fact the experiments.. melted their previous brain, meaning there an about as childish as they look, comfortable living conditions have made her not at concerned about what exactly is going on, and their normally friendly and rather loving little thing.

History: Valery was apparently a synthetic child, to be used in experiments by head scientist Aurora, at the age of eight, Valery was subject to experimental processing thusly erasing their memories prior to the processing, that being a rather nice bonus by the other scientists, and due to its... nature as a shapeshifter Aurora has taken full command of experiments conducted on them since.. well there abilities, if it worked them out correctly, could cause a lot more problems, so far Valery's been fine

Powers/Mutation: Valery is classified as a shapeshifter, their cellular consistency is incredibly malleable the cells can become any other sort of cell or material by manipulating its DNA and structure to copy others, currently Valery is able to copy living being and articles of clothing, however non-living organic objects and non-organic objects are still being tested and attempting to rectify this deal in abilities, due to the bodies cellular malleability it could be considered a "slime" in structure reforming and morphing itself as needed

Personality: Titus is extremely caring and compassionate given his situation. Valuing the lives of those around him more than his own, he often allows himself to get hurt to protect them.
History: Titus and his twin sister were abandoned within the slums. It wasn't long till Xander found them and took them in to be experiments. Both being enhanced through cybernetics as some of the first child experiments that occurred. Since then he and his twin have been used for security and being pit against the other experiments for combat testing. Seeing the the pain of all the children through the years he wants to help save them. However with every purposeful loss he takes to protect the ones he cares about a piece of him is replaced and made to be better and the more he slips away from keeping his humanity....

Powers/Mutation: Cybernetic enhanced torso and arm intergrated with nano and hologram technology. Crafted out of the toughest metals available the upgrades to Titus are nearly indestructible. Titus has also has been outfiited with nanobot technology, the nanobots are housed in a special shock proof and heavily armored compartment just below his neck area, the nanobots can be summoned via nueral implant and can rapidly repair any damage titus sustains, biological or technological, he can also summon them to make weapons, his choice being a sword. His cybernetic arm has multiple weapon functions along with a grapple and electro darts for stunning opponents at range, The weapon features include a flamethrower, High Burst Projectile weapon,high pitched sound wave emmiter, an arc lightning ray and standard laser burst shot, The Hologram technology intergrated into his armor can form shields that can dampen melee blows or deflect energy based attacks, His cybernetic eye grants him Thermal, Night, and infared sight on demand, along with a complete readout of his bodys systems and status.

Wearing a suit, lab coat, and a reserved smile. He is Always carrying a pen, a notebook and a bag of candy somewhere on his person.

Personality:

Harold Weir wears the face of a kind and caring man, leading others around him to believe that he means well. He uses this facade to gain trust among the different test subjects but drops it around fellow scientists.

In reality, Harold is a cold and unfeeling man, holding no empathy towards anyone.
He only cares about results and regrets failure.
He is also dangerously smart and calculating, often perceiving small changes before everyone else and leading others down a path of no return. Literally.

History:

Harold Weir was once a highly renowned and respected scientist in the upper cities. He spearheaded cybernetics- and biological enhancements research and won several awards. With his kind and calm demeanor, he was well-liked and not many questioned why people went „missing“ around him.

And they wouldn't have found out what is in his secret basement, if it wasn't for one mistake. He kidnapped the daughter of a politician. With everyone searching for her, he couldn't keep it a secret for long and fled into the slums. Once there, he vowed revenge against the city. With this hatred and his expertise, it wasn't long before Xander hired him.

Harold is sometimes sent out by Xander to gather new test subjects from the streets and orphanages. With a friendly face and a bag of sweets, he never returns with empty hands.

Cybernetic enhancements: Nanochip on his brainstem, allowing him to potentially enhance himself further.

Other:

Studied Cybernetics and Evolution, eventually became an expert and forerunner in these fields.

Appearance: Dr. Cross is unusually tall and thin, a feature he has been made well aware of in his life (being called lanky, a stick, etc.). He is Caucasian with palish skin due to his lack of time outside. He has black wavy hair swept to the side and routinely cut so it doesn't look too dishevelled, and a stubble that he keeps out of laziness rather than choice. Dr. Cross also suffers from astigmatism and so wears round black glasses to correct his vision. His clothing is relatively plain but comfortable.

Personality: Dr. Cross is... blunt. Often standoffish and irritable, Dr. Cross isn't a people person. Despite his grumpy disposition he tries to make an effort to contain his annoyance with the experiments in the Project as underneath his cold exterior he genuinely cares for the children and those he works with (but he'd never admit it.) As a philosophy professor as well as doctor, Cross often delves into ethical and moral tangents at any opportunity and is always visibly jubilant when discussing ethics with experiments or co-workers.
History: Cross, unlike a lot of his colleagues, didn't grow up in the slums and has spent most of his life living within the ranks of the wealthy middle class. He was afforded all the luxuries that life offered; a good education, a safe home, and many job opportunities. Cross was considered a savant and easily obtained a doctorate in medicine and philosophy. It's in his time in university that Cross became an activist and began protesting against the governments lack of support to the impoverished in the core. This quickly put him on the governments black list and his medical license was revoked and was forced to relocate to the slums.
Dr. Cross used his medical training and expertise to start up a small medical practice and after making his presence known at multiple political rallies protesting the government was offered a position in the Program, to which he gladly accepted. He now works as the head medical personnel on the project and conducts all routine medical procedures on experiments and operates on them when necessary (usually after life threatening tests).

Other: Is constantly questioning the actions of the Program and tries to serve as its moral compass, not afraid to point out when something is blatantly unethical. Of course these criticisms can be and are ignored very easily.

His features are defined, with a strong jawline and sharp eyes, a shade of deep mocha. He overall looks rather normal, if you disregard the paleness and consistant scarring around his body

Personality: He finds it hard to trust others, and is often wary, though is not afraid to speak out, coming up with witty responses frequently. He can come off as guarded, though it's apparent he does care for others around him, often showing this in small gestures instead of words, his defensive attitude a sort of sheild.

History: Eden was born to a woman who had not expected him, saw no upside to motherhood, and felt trapped by his presence. She did take care of him, for the first years of his life, until she saw no future for herself, and when he was eight, he was sold to the project, through a properly shady transaction.

Powers/Mutation: After a few years of testing, puting different combinations of chemicls together and into the boys body, they got results. The blood cells in his body are mutated, and cells that had been artificially placed and grown will surround any wound and be able to pick at it and transfer, project, upon somebody else aswell. Due to the mutations, he also has faster clotting, and an accelerated healing time.(by a bit)

Personality: Ivan In incredibly cold-hearted individual to the point where it’s almost as if he lacks emotions or somehow managed to cut them out along with whatever humanity he might of had speaking only in a uncaring monotone all subject are simply a number to him even the staff mean little unless their heads of research those are his peers. His simple inhuman presence and uncaringly brutal nature means that Ivan causes unease and or fear in almost every subject and even some of the staff.
History: Ivan always lacked any sort of emotion of empathy as a child it was discovered a deal too late that there was some brain damage caused while he was in the womb, his parents did bother doing anything since lacking any of that the child was practically a genius and an amazing multi-tasker as he got older this trend continued, eventually developing the "spider" as many call it that he wears almost constantly, xander picked the man up after hearing about how him made a manufacturing like 300% more efficient by removing certain human components

Powers/Mutation: multiple spinal mounted mechanical limbs and manipulators attached to an onboard computer and sensor suite mounted on skull. Envokes a feeling of unease and fear, the attachments also have superhuman reflexes and nanite pods within each of the limbs that restructured themselves into a verity of tools, and his worst features are the sedative injectors in the limbs, a cocktail of his own making that usually knocks out most people in a few seconds

Personality: he has been tested on for so long he is basically used to what happens. He does his best to look out for others more than himself since he hasn't much more to lose.
History: His long time of being tested on has made him used to this process. His whole experiment was "what could adrenaline do to a body in huge bursts?" Thus resulting in his arms being taken off for being broken most of the times he got tested on. Soon his legs gave out too. Now he has mechanical arms of which have the ability to let out a sudden surge of strength. The components for the converter are extremely hard to find making his experiment probably the last of his kind of experiment

Powers/Mutation: He has the ability to create huge surges of adrenaline and adrenaline like electrical surges in his limbs that can cause super strength and speed for a limited time. The adrenaline in his body surges due to a a modification a neurologist made. The arms and legs convert the adrenaline from his body into a very powerful source of energy and allow his limbs to move fast and make his limbs become strong enough to possibly lift a tank.

Sebastian is an extremely serious person and is easily aggravated. He likes getting things done and will do about anything to achieve his ‘personal’ goal. When being tested or experimented on, he is very compliant and obedient, due to his early years of being 'disciplined' by them.

[History]
Sebastian only remembers his mother’s sweet lullabies and knows nothing of his father. Sebastian is born in the slums where his mother works as a prostitute. He never knew who his father was, however, he does have a suspicion that his father might’ve been a famous politician due to his mother’s hatred towards the society’s corrupted system. At the age of 5, Sebastian was made fully aware of this fact by his own mother. At first, he was confused, but he soon gained that understanding, when his own mother sold him to a man named Xander Wright. Sebastian could still remember his mother’s twisted smile as he watched the man give his so-called ‘mother’ the promised money. Due to this, Sebastian grew to have a serious personality, he thinks it's his own weakness that got him to where he is now, being experimented on like lab rats. However, he has mixed feelings with his situation as an experimentee, he is conflicted about whether his situation is good or bad. He thinks that the cruel treatment that he receives is godly awful and he wanted it to stop and go back to his family, but then he realized that he has no family to return to, his own mother was pushed to the limit and sold her only son. He has no home to return to, all because of their corrupt environment. He was told that through him and the kids like him, that they are the key to a better society… A far better future. A chance to rewrite history.
(To be honest, I’m still conflicted myself if I should have my character stay loyal to the cause or just ditch it, so I guess I’ll just be in the middle and just decide as the RP goes on.)

Psychokinesis/Mind Control - Due to the doctor’s careful and great use of LSD drugs through Sebastian’s mind, they managed to successfully have him crush a simple soda can with only his mind. And through that single success, little by little, Sebastian managed to lift heavy objects and toss them however he likes. However, due to the extensive use of his brain, he constantly feels tired and out of breath. If Seb couldn't get enough food, then he will just sleep on it. The LSD drugs that was implemented into him when he was young, caused Seb to have hallucinations at first, his visual cortex was very much active, little does he know that his hallucinations slowly turned into reality, filling the room with lights and animals. He was able to project his own mind to the people around him, almost like holograms.
The use of LSD drugs in this experiment is very crucial because it alters the user's perceptions and creates hallucinations, which makes it easier for Sebastian to create those holographic thoughts of his and to strengthen his mental powers. It helps his brain ease up a little bit. Sebastian doesn't know exactly how the doctors got him to have psychokinesis because well... He was unconscious. But, he did think that the doctors did something to his brain to help it manage the LSD drugs due to the stitches he felt at the back of his head. He was an unusually depressed and sad person despite the heavy amount of LSD the doctors made him consume. He sees what the drug does to people, it turns them into an optimist, it makes Seb wonder if he will ever turn out to be like those failed 'experiments'.

History: Born blind to a poor mother. Her mother left her outside an orphanage at night. She was plucked as a baby by a scientist passing by and immediately put into experimentation. As she was taken as a baby, she never had a real name, just ID Z152 and was called Z for short.

She has synthetic, red eyes implanted. She only remembers life in the cell, so her whole existence has been stuck in a cell being experimented upon. The idea that anything else exists never occurs to her so she takes everything in stride as this is “normal” for her and never occurred to think of escaping.

Powers/Mutation: Her synthetic eyes can fire lasers. As she ages, the laser only grows stronger, to the point it can cause 3rd degree burns immediately upon impact. After a few seconds, the laser can begin to cut through metal. Using her power drains her energy and she will pass out before 10 seconds of use.

Appearance: After loads of plastic surgery from the best doctors money could buy alicia illiel looks nothing like her original self. Her pristine pale skin and blonde hair are not her natural colors yet she wears them rather well. By all accounts the doctor looks as if she were in her early to mid 20's and was fit as one could be.

Personality: Dr. Illiel is a tad eccentric, if eccentric meant wholesale insane. After decades of delving into the inner workings of the universe itself at the cost of all her relationships and all her social life she has become noticably detatched from social standards. Even going so far as to prefor expiriments on her own children in the pursuit of what she claims to be "the true seat of mankind". For her life is a race to achieving mastery over the universe before it snuffs the flame of mankind out for good. Anything and everything is permittable in pursuit of that noble goal.

History: Born into wealth alicia was one of the few who grew up with the luxary of the suns warming rays. Her father was a wealthy benefactor whose family had helped to fund the development of the sky city she called home. However all wasnt well in the lofty heights of the luxary towers. Little Alicia was not as sweet and princesslike as her parents would soom come to know. After making excellent marks in school and making into the top universities Alicia reveived her doctorates in Physics, Medicine, and Neural sciences, though it was physics that she excelled in the most.

She quickly attained her own laboratory at her families expense though they paid it happily. However it was her experiments in quantum tunneling and wormholes that wound up raising the alarm for many. After a consensus from fellow scientists determined her project was too dangerous, as any slip up could see the enture city and possibly even the entire planet consumed by a singularity. Her blatant ignoring of their warnings and the eventual death of one of her lab assistants in an accidental spagettification wound up being the shot that sank her career. People began to call her mad, the cities officials shut down her labs and her lifes dream began to crumble.

When her mother came down with a debilitating terminal illness a few months later she saw it as her ticket to success. As her mother withered away she began to plot the murder of her father. When she finally passed she struck poisoning her father with a lethal amount of sleeping pills after she had given him a few in his drink. With them both dead and a well typed suicide note left on his social media she had become the sole heir to her families fortune.

Shortly afterwards she was approached by xander who sought both her expertise and funding. Seeing this as her opportunity she agreed and began her new life shortly after taking some of her eggs and fertilizing them in an artificial womb before funneling nearly all of her wealth into the project R through various cover companies and fake charities finally undergoing vast amounts of plastic surgery from the top doctors. She began her new life As Doctor Quantum.

During this time her eggs matured and became the two projects W023 and B023 which she named Alphonso and Lorenzo. Continued experimentation and occasional motivational bursts of affection have so far proven successful in pushing her Quantum teleportation project further than ever before and with her dedication she is more than willing to allow herself and her "children" to perish in the hopes that Xanders rebellion will succeed after all his would be an empire in which mankind could grow to conquer the universe.

Powers/Mutation: Crainial holodata pad implant- an implant on the left temole which allows alicia to access her personal computer servers with her thoughts and hand motions. Because of this she has no monitiors to hack her data from And is said to store her data on "organic" servers further securing it from hackers.

Appearance: both boys are tall and thin with an athletic build. Lorenzo can often be found with a smile and a cheerful attitude where as Alphonso is more reserved and analytical. Despite constantly having them confiscated Alphonso manages to somehow get his hands on cigarettes on a fairly regular basis. Whereas Lorenzo is always seen sporting the headphones his mother gave him for his 10th birthday.

Personality:
Alphonso- The older of the two twins by three minutes, alphonso is notably less excitable than a child his age should be. He is rather calm and laid back even when faced with pain and discomfort. He seems to get a kick out of goading others into reacting rather than doing so himself and is very good at pushing peoples "buttons". Furthermore he is annoyingly talanted at drawing attention to himself seeming to literally radiate what many have discribed as static energy. Mostly he views himself as an edgy rebel who toes the line only occasionally stepping past it. He has on many occasions stated that having "powers" is "Meh".

Lorenzo- The younger of the twins seems to be the polar opposite of his brother, he is full of energy and often super excited. He can usually be found grinning from ear to ear but has been known to crack under pressure and even cry. On occasion he can get serious and displays a similar pain tolerance to his brother but even then he is far less focused and rarely gets to be as dark. He is very fond of other people and seems to go out of his way to het to know others. While usually docile he does tend to get easily aggitated when others suffer around him and will fight on others behalf.

History: Being born into a laboratory isnt all that bad if you ask these two boys. They were lucky enough to not need much surgeries or torments to gain their abilities and have actually spent alot of their time in the project facilities just being bored and bounching balls off of walls or pacing circles in their room as they listen to music. While Both have expressed wanting to see the world outside of the facility and even the surface world neither have ever made an attempt to escape and with rather good reason. These boys actually love their mother, a concept which many find odd given the fact that she put them in this situation.

Yet from a young age Alicia would tell her boys about the utopian world she wanted to build and how they played such a big role in the plan. This seemed enough to bring them into her plan gladly. Though they have grown differently as time progressed they never stopped seeing themselves as a good thing to the world. As they got older though the lessons got a bit harsher. Tales of mankinds original squandered history and the seeming current establishments rush to repeat the mistakes with their unfair class divisions has caused the boys to fall further and further into beleiving wholeheartedly in Xander and thier mothers plans for rebellion and then eternal progress.

Thus the boys have grown to show the results of a different form of coercion, and while Alphonso has begun to have his suspicions against the project, lorenzo has fallen even Deeper into project even being willing to thwart attempts to escape by others thinking he is doing the right thing. Neither of them has been able to fully master their abilities yet however the recent year has shown stellar progress...when Alphonso isnt shooting things into the wall at high speeds on purpose that is.

Powers/Mutation:
Strange Black hole/White hole Generation- on their 4th birthday all of Alphonso's Higgs boson particles were extracted and replaced with an artificial molecular construct substitute, these additional higgs boson particles were then injected into Lorenzo in addition to a stabalizing agent. The end result is Lorenzo being able to drastically increase the gravitational field in front of him to create a small singularity roughly the size of a basketball. This singularity can absorb any inorganic matter, or energy. Energy and matter absorbed retain their form and shape within a strange digitally constructed and monitored pocket dimension where Alphonso can then release it at relativistic speeds. Currently neither can access their powers without wearing a special harness that connects them to the pocket dimension. However lately the diminsion seems to have shifted and more of the digital data seems to be being consumed by unknown organic sources.

Jonah is hard to miss unless your in snowy or icy environments. Though his shape changes based on his whims he tends to favor a large humaniod golem form standing 14ft tall and weighing close to fifteen tons he really commands attention.

Personality: F-923 is a very curious creature, more often than not when it encounters something it is trying to understand what that something is using the limited senses it has provided for itself. Usually very docile F-923 will display bouts of aggression when subjected to loud noises though these are beleived to be fueled by fear rather than anger or pain. It seems to like adorning its frozen form with shiney objects or brightly colored materials which it promptly freezes to its form. It seems comfortable in its enclosure though attempts to communicate are limited at best and F-923 seems to display no interest in learning to communicate more effectively.

History: Jonah Riesling was an unfortunate young man born into the slums and slatted for an early death thanks to a condition he was born with. So his mother was very quick to sell the child to project R. He was selected for an expiriement exposing the infant to a newly discovered microbe which had been genetically modified. Jonahs life as can be measured by modern technology ended that day as the microbe consumed the infant breaking down the remnants of his body into pure H2O.

The project was soon to be deemed a failure until one of the researchers discovered the Microbes had mutated. They now seemed to depict neural pathways similar to that of a human brain, furthermore they had gathered into a gel like clump the size of a human brain. The expiriement continued with them exposing the blob to more organic matter which it converted to water while absorbing everything else and further adapting.

Soon the Microbes began to demonstrate kinetic abilities, recorded as the water began to cling to it and feebly reach out to things around it. The sudden discovery startled the scientists watching who then introduced energy into the microbes in the form of an electic shock. While initially damaged the microbes further adapted by absorbing the energy and creating a sort of heat sink effect where all the energy was extracted from the pure water around the microbial mass. Over the course of just a few years contuned exposure to energy and biomass has resulted in the microbes exponential multiplication. Going from its initial weight of maybe 5lbs and the size of a cantelope to well over 14 ft tall with shoulders nearly 8ft across and limbs thicker than a large mans torso, not to mention a weight nearing fifteen tons.

Due to a recent incident involving a peice of multi million dollar drilling equipment becoming frozen into f-923's body Subject has been restricted to its quarters. Concerns of the subject growing to large for its containment unit have spurred a recent removal of biomass from the beings diet. Though in both the confinement and biomass removal the creature seems indifferent.

Powers/Mutation:
F-923 is capable of limited hydrokinesis being able to control only the water it secretes when it absorbs matter. If it is broken it can simply melt itself and reform so long as the microbial core is intact. By consuming biomass it can convert it to new water, this includes plants, animals, and humans. It heats and cools its water by absorbing energy applied to the water thus freezing it, and reapplying it as thermal energy which melts it. A complex combination of this heating and freezing is how the creature moves in a somewhat hydrolic like function. This freezing and melting is a very fast process occuring quickly enough for it to catch fleeing animals just by touching them or spraying water at them. It is even capable of boiling its water if need be but it seems to have issues doing so. F-923 seems to prefer his ice form to his water one mostly because its hydrokinesis is no longer powerful enough to move its large volume without it being more solid. Damage to the microbial mass at its core seems to cause it pain and can temporarily render it stunned, however unless the damage is consistant or enough to utterly destroy the mass it will regenerate.

Other: careful precautions have been taken to prevent the microbial mass from absorbing another human for fear of a potential boost to its intellect and to its kinetic abilities.
