Answered Private Workshop Entries Disappearing

Queen Persephone

Goddess of the Grain
Hello!

I just joined super recently, and I was working on some character sheets in the private workshop section, so that I would be able to save them and use them for other roleplays in an easy to find space. After finishing one, I tried to copy and paste it into a PM to use, but I was told I couldn't because it was perceived as spam. Okay, fair. I tried to go back into my private workshop, figuring I'd just link them to the character sheet once it was approved for public viewing, but it said "there are no threads in this forum," despite me saving two character sheets there.

Is this normal? Do they disappear while they're being approved, and then come back?

Hi!

Yes, this is normal and it happens because your account is new.

I can't send a message because it keeps telling me it's spam, why is this happening?
Until new members reach a certain amount of posts they have their content strictly monitored for specific words, phrases, and other factors. If you are trying to send a PM and get this message about spam, there is something within it triggering the filter. If you are posting something on the forums, the Staff will have to manually review it before approving or declining it.

My post says it is waiting for moderator approval, what does that mean?
New members have their content go through a filter which puts it into a moderation queue. A Staff member has to manually review any posts flagged by this system - which can happen due to certain keywords, phrases, or spambot behaviors. As this is a manual process it can take time for content in the queue to be reviewed.

Private Workshop threads can also go into moderation queue and have to be approved manually.
You need to get 10 posts on the forums and after that, you won't have that issue. At the moment you have 6, so just 4 more to go!
