Abilities:
Bow Of Light- Caelius can summon a small bow of light that shoots arrows of the same light like energy, this is a trait he no doubt inherited from his father. He too can guide the arrows but he's not that good at it as hes still learning
Light Wisp- Caelius can summon a small,blue, winged light wisp which can travel medium distances and anything the light wisp see's, Caelius can also see, so long as he concentrates on the wisp, he can also make it explode when he no longer needs it
Decent with a sword- Unlike his sister, Caelius has actually had more than two lessons on fighting and has become a decent fighter, although he probably would not last long against a proper opponent
Bringer Of Light- Caelius can also control the light of an area but rather than make the room darker he can make it lighter to the point of being blinding, to his enemies at least
Cherubic wings- Caelius can summon a small pair of wings on his back allowing him flight, albeit not very high levels of flight, be the wings do seem to grow with him so as he gets older the wings grow larger
Personality:
Caelius is a kind hearted and friendly boy albeit very impatient, always wanting to move around, play with his friends or explore the forests of the area, that being one of his favorite things to do. He's incredibly brave, almost to the point of being reckless. Surprisingly Caelius has no interesting in being King, in fact he doesn't really care about any sort of royal matters for he finds them boring and would much rather be "adventuring" though the forest with some of the common boys from the town, he doesn't like the noble children, he thinks they are weird.
He shares his fathers preference of combat and certainly has bravado but he doesn't really care about the kingdoms state when it comes to politics and war, hes much more concerned about what part of the kingdom he's going to explore next. this of course means he knows little about the political state of things and if, for whatever reason some visitor needs to see him, they are often told "The prince is currently playing in the garden". Another interesting thing to note is that the Prince gives little thought to Lumin or the kingdoms religion at all, he acts as though he does but in reality he couldn't really care less.
History/Bio:
Since he was born just as the war was ending hes had little trauma over it meaning hes had a generally happy upbringing. He got to spend a lot of time with his parents and sister, who he loves dearly. Given that hes a royal child, its not like life has been hard on him but hes never felt like a prince or a king, always being around common children and even inviting them into the palace, this has lead to him becoming rather liked by the people as he never looks down his nose at them.
He's a bit of a trouble maker in the sense that he often skips classes so that he can explore and enjoy himself, often to the dismay of his teachers and those that then have to find him. Hes not really a good candidate for any branch of the military apart from perhaps the dusk rangers as he's pretty good at hide and seek, and in fact he has been known to eavesdrop on conversations so he often speculates on what happens around the kingdom that he doesn't know about.

Green Tunic And Cap- His favorite clothes to wear at anytime of the day, a simple and well made green tunic and cap that are soft and comfortable and allow him to move around as much as he wants

Practice Sword- A wooden short sword that he uses for practice, while it may be only wood, in the imagination of a child it might as well be a gleaming steel sword
