Honesty breeds self improvement!

The first pic is like a man with breasts. The second is a man in a dress.

Here are a few tips:

Hair: Put some shine and detail the hair some more, the lines near the ends of the hair are a good touch. And if you are feeling bold, make the hair flutter in the air.

Mouth: Highlight the lips for women.

Nose: Scale the size of the nose a little more.

Neck: Scale the size of the neck a little more.

Feet: Scale the size of the feet a little more.

Eyes: Scale the size of the eyes a little more.

Lines: Try to be a little more curvy. Straight lines reflect men better, rigid and firm, whereas in drawing curves make a woman, err depending on their outfit in the drawing of course.

Truth be told, you can have feminine and unfeminine women, it just depends on what you'd like to draw, sure you can have curves but that can be a minor detail.

The second could be a good example of feminine and the first more masculine, but still has a touch of strict womanly charm, you got that nicely especially with the elf!

Plus it's a good place to start from a male frame, I personally can't draw men worth a darn, but if you start with a build you know and take away from it, e.g. Broad shoulders ( bring them in and smaller), pointed jaw line( round it out make it softer), large abdomen ( bring it almost to and hourglass...if that's what you'd like, sometimes women aren't overly curvaceous xD )

Just work with what you're comfortable with, and expand or subtract from that, depending on what style you ant to go with and how you'd like your females to look! Good luck and have fun!!
