Personality: Calista, or pride, is everything you'd expect her to be and much more. She does what she wants, when she wants and how she wants and she honestly does not give a damn about what other people think of it. No one can stand up to her or confront her and she knows it. Whether it's her looks that bewitch them or her aura that intimidates, she does not care. After all, she is Queen there is nothing those mortals who had the misfortune of meeting her can do about it.
Besides honestly not caring about anything or anyone but herself, Calista radiates confidence in everything she does. She is quite capable in her occupation and is not just an idiot with a pretty face. She is manipulative, scheming and, in her spare time, loves to play with her little mortals like toys, wrecking innocent havoc in their little lives for her own amusement.
Despite all her negative traits, she is respected by some of her underlings as she is truly capable and talented, not only becase of her Devil-given good looks and body.
Bio: Even in the depths of hell, Pride never really cared. She was the type to go with the flow and do as she was told. She was never truly loyal and, therefore, could never truly rebel against Lucifer but simply, existed. It was only when her little works as a servant of his became boring for her, did she start to slowly and discreetly break away from his command. She loved the power and the control she had over mortals as well as the utter helplessness and vulnerability they felt in her presence. She felt powerful, confident even, and she craved that, but she would never get enough under Lucifer's watch. She was the first to abandon the demon, leaving him and the others behind for a world of her own. Some cursed her for being the start of it all, for being a disloyal animal to its master, but one can not be unfaithful if they were never loyal in the first place.
Human Power: If she meets another living creatures eyes, regardless of species, she is able to petrify them on the spot. This means they lose confidence the longer they hold her gaze. The longer, the harded it becomes for a victim to keep grasp over their own mind and, once they hit rock bottom, she is able to make them to absolutely anything she forces upon them. This works depending on how low their self-confidence is or how stubborn and prideful they started out as. The lower fall quicker but are more likely to break away before they fall under her power. The ones with more pride just don't know when to look away or back down which puts them at more risk of trouble. Crumble before it's too late.
Demon Power: Pride drains the self confidence and pride of a handful of targets till they hit rock bottom. Draining quickens if she physically touches a target as she is making a connection from one mind to the other. Depression, anxiety and self-hate is automatically imposed upon the target. The more she drains, the stronger she becomes, the weaker her opponents become.
Another version of the power that is notably weaker but still effective is when she casts it over a large area surrounding her, effecting all beings within the cast range. Though this empowers her more, it takes more time to drain beings completely.
In both casts, long exposure to her power can lead to suicide of the weaker victims.
Strengths: Her powers are devastating if given enough time, can not be matched in will and confidence, is intimidating to anyone even when she is losing.
Weaknesses: As no effective defense, takes a long time for offense to become devastating.
