The Hageto region. A region with a long past of war, revolutions, and change. It is located far away from any other region and it shows it in its culture and people. In this region there are no gyms, and people fight along side their Pokémon. People fight with weapons (mostly melee weapons, no guns). A central company called Ashcorp industries produces everything for the region. Everyone sees them as being good, but they have a darker interest.

Tournaments

Tournaments happen in almost every single city in Hageto. They are similar to gyms, but they aren't required to compete in the pokemon league. The winner gets a large cash reward, and a high spot in the next tournament. Both trainers and pokemon participate.

Cities

Antimony town: a small town where our adventure begins. It is home to the pokemon professor, and a firehouse.

Oxygen town: A town that specializes in Pokémon breeding and herding. An elderly couple here will raise your pokemon, and you can occasionally hatch eggs.

Carbon city: The location of the Pokémon elementary school. Many homes are traditionally made from wood straight from a nearby forest. The residents are very strict on their rules and dancing is their favorite pastime. The city gets its name from the fact that it branches off into four different paths.

Phosphorous City: more of a large village that is skilled in growing the best crops in the best soil possible. There has been tension with the nearby Oxygen Town when escaping Pokemon have been found eating the crops, so a large brick wall was built between the two.

Helium City: the capital of Hageto, as well as its largest city. The city is divided into four different regions: the residential area, the palace, the downtown area and the airport. Helium City has a long history of fascinating stories, the best ones relating to the first flying machines. In the downtown area one can find Helium City Tower, a prison where Hageto's worst inmates have been locked away. Helium City is only accessible via the renowned Helium City Bridge, which has a secret stairway that leads to the river, which in turn leads to the Pokémon League. A second stairway grants access to the sewers.

Nickel City: a city whose enocomy depends entirely on mining ressources from the mountain, which in turn are used to make buildings. The town is fairly noisy due to the constant construction, but the residents are in excellent shape and among the strongest people in Hageto.

Hydrogen City: a city on the coast that's specialised in ship building. The largests ships in history were made here, including the Ill-fated St. Annes. North of the town is the Lighthouse, which protects ships from the coastal rocks. The lighthouse also hides a secret.

Nitrogen Town: a small town on the beach of the smaller island of the Hageto region. The residents are very friendly to travellers and will regularly supply ressources such as rope, food and shelter. The music of the residents echo as far as the Fjord.

Haunted Castle: this once proud castle standing on the edge of a cliff has long been abandonned to the creepy Will O' Woods. Its three floors are home to ghost Pokemon.

Rime Fjord: a range of ice cold mountains that provides a serious obstacle course for travellers. The ice temple is located at its peak, and the police academy is found at its foot. The natives of the fjord have their own legends to tell.

Chloride City: the buildings of this beautiful city are made from white stones and is fed by fresh water from the Fjord. The residents protect the legends of Hageto with care and ensure they are retold for centuries to come. You will learn a lot about Hageto's legendary Pokemon here. The nearby Lakeshore Castle are the ruins of Hageto's second most important fortress. The lake hides a Pokémon that is unique within its own species.

Tungsten City: the location of the Pokemon University and all those who attend are residents of the many dorms and appartments. There is a large amount of energy found within the youth who enjoy athletic activities. The café, the music club, the skate park and the immense golf dome are found here.

Hageto Battle Arena: a place where many energetic trainers go to compete against one another before taking on the Pokémon league. Very similar to the Pokémon World Tournament of Unova.

Walkabout Zone: Hageto's equivalent of the Safari Zone. Many rare Pokémon species can be found here.

Palladium Town: a small town that consists of luxurious buildings, the greenest grass and a beautiful fountain, all enclosed in a barricade at the edge of the desert. The richest residents of Hageto reside here. The residents are rather snobbish but polite.

Manganese City: a city that abandonned tradition to focus all its energy on advancement in technology. The residents saved space by building the entire city on the face of the mountain. Therefor, the city is built vertically rather than horizontally. The teleportation tiles first encountered in Saffron City (Kanto) were invented here and are still in use. The city gets most of its power from the tides. North of the city is an abandonned laboratory that was once used by the antagonists.

Pokémon League: the ultimate challenge to all trainers. It is located within a giant castle protected by four massive towers. The largest tournament is held here, and everyone is welcomed to join.

Plot

This roleplay revolves around a small group of trainers with one task. Find an anchient artifact before Ashcorp finds it. For years this relic has been lost, and eventually it turned into a legend. One boy (my character) has an odd ability to see into the past, so professor Maple sends him out with a group of trainers to find this relic, and keep it out if the hands of Ashcorp.

I would like to give thanks to Tapejara again for making a wonderful region. I'm not sure if he will see this, but I'm giving credit where it's due.

I'm interested in joining! Though if you're going to start this rp this week, I won't be very active. I hope that's okay.
