The following are supposed past Chosen Ones. These people might've existed, or they might just be myth. No one really knows.
Aidan (Billions of years ago)
Aidan was the first human Arceus ever created and was pretty much the first Chosen One to ever exist. Aidan was kind, loving and loyal to Arceus who revered him as his lord and savior. Aidan loved helping Arceus with shaping the world and universe but he was lonely, so Arceus began creating more humans. These humans created the first civilization which Aidan led and guided. He taught them all about the world, including the Pokemon, the plants, and the ocean. Eventually Aidan married and had two boys with his wife. Aidan died a very old man and was revered among the community as their elder.
John (Billions of years ago)
John was Aidan's oldest son. He was responsible, kind like his father, and a skilled hunter. He was the perfect heir to take on Aidan's leadership position in the village and Arceus favored him too, making him his chosen one after Aidan's death. John's brother Jacob was extremely jealous of him and only after a few days of leading the people, Jacob brutally murdered his brother in cold blood. Jacob then became the new leader of the village and Arceus's presence was no more. He left without a trace.
Ad (3000 years ago)
Ad was a man who lived in the Kalos region many years ago. It was during a time when royals and nobles fought over land and power. Ad was just a traveling man with no purpose until one day he came across some ruins. There, he met Arceus where he warned him of an upcoming Pokemon war. He wanted Ad to spread his message to the people, and so he did with Arceus at his side. Unfortunately not many people listened to the man, except for King Az who started preparing for the war. Ad fought in the war as a high ranking general and was guided by Arceus in the battles. He's a revered war hero, even to this day.

Chlora (500-1000 years ago)
Chlora was a single mother and medicine woman. She was a bit eccentric and instead of living in the village like the rest of the people, she decided to live in the forest with her son. When Chlora saw a sick Pokemon or an injured Pokemon, she would bring them into her home to heal them and then set them free once they were feeling better. She took care of many wild Pokemon and the guardian of the forest took notice of this and sent her gifts of thanks at her doorstep from herbal medicines to food and clothes for her child. She helped Pokemon and humans alike, guiding humans through the forest and helping Pokemon who needed her aid. Eventually the forest guardian started appearing more often by her house until he was a companion to her who helped her in return for her good deeds.
When Chlora was older and her son was an adult, a pack of hunters were hunting Pokemon in the woods. Chlora, being the pacifist she was, decided to approach the hunters and reason with them. Unfortunately when she tried to talk to them, they did not listen and brutally killed her. This devastated her son and blackened his heart with revenge. Instead of helping humans, much like his mother did, he hunted them. If someone was lost in the woods or traveling through them, he would shoot them with his bow. He was a skilled marksmen who never missed his target. Her son's name has been long forgotten, but he's still known even today as the Reaper of the Forest, a cold hearted killer which made the forest seem like a dangerous and scary place.
Eventually a party of humans managed to capture him and executed him by hanging. Some say that his evil spirit haunts the woods to this day, but some also say that the good spirit of Chlora still resides in the woods as well, and will bless good fortune on those who come across her.
