Hear I will break down each of the listed legendary's powers/abilities for all you so that you don't have to try and find them from yourself. (I am aware that there are some pseudo legendaries missing from this list. The reason for that is because the ones missing do not have any real special powers that make them unique)
Moltres: Can control fire, shed embers
Articuno: Chills the moisture in the air around it, causing it to snow
Zapdos: Causes thunderstorms, can control electricity, gains power if struck by lightning
Entei: Runs really fast, every time it barks a volcano erupts somewhere, blast fire that consumes all it touches
Suicune: Walks on water and purifies dirty water
Raikou: Can fire lightning bolts and fly by creating storm clouds
Ho-Oh: Can create rainbows and resurrect the dead
Lugia: Can give calm and rise to storms, create winds powerful enough to tear down cliffs.
Mew: Can float, become invisible, and create colorful orbs to protect itself with
Mewtwo: Levitation, telepathy, mind control, materialize psychic waves,
Kyogre: Controls rain and water
Groudon: Cause droughts and volcanoes to erupt
Rayquaza: Calms the weather
Latias: Refract light to either appear invisible or change appearance, use telepathy, Sight Sharing (allows itself and others to see what Latios sees)
Latios: Uses telepathy, Sight Sharing (allowing Latias to see what it sees)
Dialga: Can warp time to stop, speed up, and slow down
Palkia: Warp space, can create alternate realities
Giratina: Travel through dimensions (minus time and space), create portals to different dimensions
Azelf: Can take away one's will to fight, control one's will, enter an individual's body, spirit can leave the body without dying (willingly), teleport itself and others
Mespirt: Drains the emotions of anyone it touches, its spirit can leave its body without dying (willingly), can teleport itself and others
Uxie: Erase one's memory, its spirit can leave its body without dying (willingly), teleport itself along with others
Regigigas: Can create golems out of inanimate objects, bring them to life, and control them
Cresselia: Soothe nightmares
Darkrai: Cause nightmares
Reshiram: Create fire, move the Earth's atmosphere, change the weather
Zekrom: Cause several thunderstorms in a single area, create an anti-gravity field
Kyurem: Creates powerful, freezing energy
Landerous: Helps soil gain nutrition
Tornadous: Can travel at 200 miles per hour, whip up storms, blow houses away
Thunderous: Shoot thunderbolts
Xerneas: Share eternal life, release its life into the living things around it when its end is near, creates forests
Yveltal: Has the power to absorb life
Diancie: Creates diamonds
Lunala: Use moonlight as energy, open Ultra Wormholes
Solgaleo: Turns sunlight into energy, opens Ultra Wormholes
Jirachi: Grant wishes
Shaymin: Telepathy, purify polluted air which gets broken down into water and light (is released in a violent, explosive burst)
Arceus: Can create a new member of the Lake Trio and they Creation Trio, regenerate things that is has destroyed
Keldeo: Walks across water by using water jets that it produces from its hooves
