History: She was born a ghost, which technically means she isn't a ghost, but rather a spirit. Though she loves to scare people, she often remains in her tangible form to fit in among portents and often with humans. Giselle is almost never seen without her feathered fan, which she uses to hit people. Who ever said fashion couldn't be deadly? Her job at the administration is to gather information from portents. She is the key link between the administration and the field agents. Because of this, all field agents know who she is. She may not be feared, but that doesn't mean she's well liked. Her immature disposition tends to lead her to rash acts of whacking and warped priorities. Typically, she's her own priority.
