#No Paranoid- the Stand can use its harp to perform songs which have an extremely calming effect. No matter how sad, angry, or depressed someone is, Planet Caravan's harp playing will force them into a state of peace and tranquility, which lasts for roughly 3 hours.
#The Black Night Sighs- the Stand also has a raher limited, but still dangerous ability to manipulate frequencies. With it the Stand is able to cause earthquakes by releasing soundwaves into the ground, and by adjusting the tune of sounwaves and vibrations, it can also cause sound nullification, and counter-vibrations. The law of nature states that everything has a vibration, nonetheless, the Stand can only use counter-vibrations on objects (cancelling their frequency and thus, destroying them), with one exception. If Planet Caravan touches a living being it can do something akin to countering the vibration frequency of the being's heart, thus causing the heart to stop functioning. This process takes more than 30 seconds, as Planet Caravan requires some concentration to pull it off, time in which it cannot do anything else, thus making it vulnerable to attacks.
