In the Far East, untouched by the Navy, this small town has a giant port and is riddled with all sorts of crime that mainly consists of-- you guessed it, pirates. Not only pirates but smugglers and thieves and everything in between, only the bravest of souls steps foot here, you'll hardly find a rich, or decent person here. This is where a large black market resides as well, and where all the gossip and rumors are heard, where nobody bats an eye when people are killed, and when blood runs more then water.
The Capital
Home to the giant, and ruthless Navy and not only that, but the Mad King himself, whom resides in his palace. Crime is hard to get by here, especially with all the soldiers and Navy members about. The Capital is massive, and you better know your way around and prepare to get wet some times because its literally on the ocean. Beware any crime dwellers whom enter the city because the General, AKA the leader of the Navy, whom is worse then pirates themselves, cold blooded, cruel and ruthless is said to reside here as well, and no pirate or thief wants to run into him. Ever.
