Other Pictures in RP

Hey guys! So I am interested in adding pictures to my posts when roleplaying, due to the fact that I feel it adds a certain extra flavor. Pictures are worth 1000 words and all that jazz. My partner sounds into this as well.


Is making an album on media the easiest way to go? I noticed it needs approval by a moderator; does EVERY picture you add get approved? If this album for pictures gets huge I could see it being a hassle. Does anyone else here use pictures? Is it common? What do you do?

You can also upload pictures directly to posts, and those don't need approval last I checked. You just click "Upload a File." Yes, EVERY picture added to an album has to be manually approved. I don't personally use pictures within my RP posts generally, but to each his own! You do you.

I would generally attach the pictures to the post, too. But if you're planning to use the same picture for more than a few posts at a time, that's when I would recommend uploading them to the gallery. This might just be me, but I don't really like the hassle of uploading the same picture every time I make a post.

I pretty much agree with the above posts. I haven't used the site's gallery considering I can just upload them to a post. Of course I don't make liberal use of pictures. Go to art sites and save images to your computer. Then attach them to posts or upload to a site such as imgur and use the [img.] code.
