Help Picture not appearing on Signature?

So when i'm editing my signature, I'm adding in this itty bitty GIF to give it a little bit of charm, and for some reason... The Insert Image only gives me a place to insert a URL Code which doesn't even work, and Insert only allows me to add an inline code. I tried adding it as a still image and that still didn't help.
