You find out about your power when you are discharged from hospital.

Name: Marissa Anderson

Personality: Ambiverted and overall weird, has odd habits and is considered to be a person to stay away from. She has moods that change at the flip of a switch, and is generally considered harsh; however, she has a big heart that will open up to the right kind of people.


Sexuality: Lesbian


Relationship: Uhh none, currently.


Why are you at the initial blast zone (There's a school, a train station, cafés and restaurants, a supermarket, busy traffic, office buildings): Just taking a walk in town.


Skill/What are you capable of: She's artistic and intelligent, but not good with people. Quick and agile, but not strong at all. Has little stamina.


Phobia + Explanation: She is afraid of heights.


As a young child, she lived in a house at the bottom of a huge hill. She and her younger sister often played on this hill, playing tag and hiding in the tall grass, trying to find each other through sound. Little did the two know, there was a sheer drop on the other side of that hill. One day, they were playing their little game, where the tagger had their eyes closed. It was sort of like Marco-Polo on land. Marissa called out to her sister, and her voice echoed around the canyon on the other side of the lovely, rolling hillside. Her sister wandered too close to the edge and slipped, screaming as she fell to her death. Marissa ran to her sister's aid, and, to her horror, was a bloody, disfigured mess at the ground below. Marissa had been traumatized, and associated high elevations and dropoffs with death.


Power (Based on your phobia. Phobia of water= water manipulation): She can fly. (Could she have wings? Would that be acceptable?)


Others: She cannot remember the tragedy or her sister, but her fear was emblazoned into her mind.

Personality:

Erik doesn't really like talking to people (he claims to be allergic to idiotic people). He also dislikes really loud and obnoxious people. He's usually quiet and deep in thought, always thinking of his next move. He loves to observe some people and judge them according to how they react to certain situations. Despite all this, Erik has a tender and caring heart as his parents died when he was 15 and he was left to provide for his 4 younger siblings.

He is very much capable of defending himself and others since he had to for his four younger siblings, he's also crafty as he carefully observes his surroundings and looks for items he can use since they're poor and he scavenges, he can also lockpick - desperate times call for desperate measures

Phobia + Explanation:

Hoplophobia - Fear of Firearms

His fear developed on the night his parents died. They were rich since his father was a politician and his mother was a model however deals went wrong as the ex boyfriend of his mother came to their house and hunted the father down. Hoping for a fast and clean kill, the ex boyfriend used a gun and shot his parents dead. Rage filled the man as he didn't stop after one shot but only until the entire magazine was emptied. After the neighbors had called the cops, Erik couldn't even recognize the faces of his parents.

Power (Based on your phobia. Phobia of water= water manipulation):

He isn't affected by bullets of any kind however when he himself comes into contact with them, the power is tripled.

Age: 22

Gender: Female

Personality: Cheerful and energetic, she tends to annoy most people with her positive attitude. She's focused and determined when in the middle of conflict, and tries her best to defend her allies. She likes to be the peacemaker, so if anyone gets into a fight, she's the first to at least try to break it up. She's very caring and kind to others, and she loves taking care of them if they are hurt or just need help.

Sexuality: Heterosexual

Relationship: Single, as of now.

Why are you at the initial blast zone: She was stuck in traffic.

Skill/What are you capable of: She's skilled in healing and first aid, able to mend minor wounds and scars, as well as some more serious injuries. She's good at negotiating, and calming others from their anger.

Phobia + Explanation: Claustrophobia

When she was a kid, her friends thought it would be "funny" to lock her in a small, dark shed at night. They lost the key, and she had to stay there for hours until they were able to get a locksmith. The ventilation was very poor to say the least, and she soon found herself hyperventilating. When they got her out, she was unconscious and by the time she woke up, she was in the hospital. She stopped considering her 'friends' as such, and has since been afraid of tight spaces.

Name: Archer Wolfgang


Age: 20


Gender: Male


Appearance:

Personality: Archer is very polite and usually acts like a gentleman. He is friendly, in a slightly shy way. He can listen to people talk for hours and will always act interested, but he doesn't really talk much. He usually has a smile on his face and he likes jokes and pranking people. He isn't a major jokester, but he certainly has his moments. Sometimes he will randomly get depressed, in which case he will lock himself in his room for a while. When he comes out, he is usually back to his normal, cheerful self.


Sexuality: Straight


Relationship: None right now


Why are you at the initial blast zone: Visiting his old orphanage.


Skill/What are you capable of: He is a very good runner and he did a lot of 'cross country'. He is good at staying positive, no matter the situation.


Phobia + Explanation: Autophobia; Fear of being alone


When Archer was 6 his parents sent him to an orphanage for unexplained reasons, although he has vague memories of them fighting. He hated it at the orphanage and was usually the kid that was picked on. After several years, an older lady came and adopted him then took him to her farm in the country. He was very isolated and didn't meet many children his age, but the old woman was very amazing. He became very attached to her and followed her all over the farm. She made him comfortable and relaxed for once, and he adored her like a grandmother. They didn't go into town much but when they did, he stayed glued to her side. One day he went out to one of the furthest barns to look after some newborn calves, but when he returned to the house he found her dead on the kitchen floor. It turned out someone had killed her, and he felt like it was his fault since he wasn't there. He was sent back to the orphanage and he started having panic attacks and other problems when he was alone.


Power: He has 'guardian angel' of sorts which is invisible to everyone but him. He can control it or let it do its own thing. It will never leave his side no matter what. He can also turn invisible himself.


Others: He is very ticklish.
