Personality: Despite her immense age, Phi still has the mannerisms of a child. She is very excitable, ESPECIALLY at the prospect of doing something new, since by now she's done most things. Similarly, she loves to discover new things. Both are fairly rare nowadays, but when they happen, she is bubbly and charming. Even when she isn't in those situations, she's very amicable and caring. She loves looking after and playing with children, rather unsurprisingly, though that isn't to say she's ostracized amongst the adults.
Backstory: Phi has had a pretty normal life... lives? Well... this life was normal anyway. Her past lives have been a mix of uneventful and immensely eventful. She has been around for a very long time. She's fought in wars and watched them been fought, and wasted entire lives just watching the world pass. Eventually she would die and simply be reborn from her ashes, and it would all start again.
This recent life has mostly been spent with the people in the local village, generally having fun with people.
Strengths: Flight, Quasi-Immortality, The ability to exude fire
Weaknesses: If she is killed once, she will disintegrate into ash, and an egg will sprout from that. However, if her egg is destroyed, she is permanently dead. Beyond that, water hurts her. Drinking water is fine, but rain will feel like little pricks. Covering her in water will be agony and diminish her powers, and submerge her long enough and she will die.
