Fear: It used to be that he would have to settle down with someone and get a real job. Now that he was separated from BB completely it is losing his self once more.
Personality:
A free spirit, Peter is. Ever since childhood he was always out and about exploring places people normally wouldn't go. Always looking for the next obstacle to overcome, he is quick on his feet. So much so he was even asked to join a parkour gang in his teens. Not really enjoying the scene as they only Parkour for the 'cool' look, he decided to go his own way. Since he is mostly care free he has a hard time holding down a job and is always scrounging for money, although he does try to go the hardworking way. When he really sets his mind to something, normally what he wants and not others, he can achieve most anything.
True neutral in nature, he will always ask for a reward if he had helped someone. If he has a choice he will usually turn down pleas for help but when tight on money he is all ears. When not jumping around buildings or doing crap work, he can be found sleeping in high areas that are usually a little too close to the edge.
History:
At a young age, he always was on the search for adventure. So much so that in his teens he was asked to join a small band of parkour enthusiasts. Not really digging the environment, he jumped right out of there. The gang did not enjoy being considered lame and has been on the hunt for him. Trying to find work, he stumbled upon a radio station job for a more Electric vibe. Once he was accepted here around his 20's, his love for the upbeat and blood pumping music was born. Later on, after he was let go of the job, he found work as a lab assistant (mainly just getting materials and such for the real workers). There was a project being worked on to enhance work methods with sound. Peter decided he really liked the idea and up and left one day with said technology. Modding it to his shoes, his parkour abilities rang truer than ever.
He now lives day by day, outrunning both police and the Parkour geeks. Although he doesn't have a place to call home he can find small nooks just about anywhere in storms. Otherwise he will make his home on empty roofs for the night. He is in the process of reverse engineering his stolen technology so he might implement it to even more gear down the line.
That is all the information that BB had placed in him during their Co-host time. In all reality Peter was a very promising child. Hard working and briliant. He even helped around the labs where his parents worked on Bio-technology and similar works. They wanted to help advance the cyborgs and spliced DNA technology. They even nearly held the key to force special powers upon normal humans before their life was cut short.
He went to prestigious colleges and ended up working for the government to help make super soldiers. Where one sector was making headway with the physicality of their patients, he was working on the intellect. He made head way but there was on thing still missing. The stress was getting to him so much that he had to invest his free time in his own studies. This lead to the idea of special shoes for himself. He loved music of all kind and just wanted some way to live in the moment. The only way to make it work was.. to make an AI to help regulate the gear. Something to manage the power output and such. This led to BB. One thing led to another and the government found out. In haste to make advancements in the intellectual super soldiers they were ordered to use Peter in an operation to fuse the AI and him together as the AI was always gathering information. It was succsesful but they did not count on him going rouge. Now peter lives out his days in Hell city. He met Shiro and as luck would have it, she knocked BB right out of him. The memories got scrambled and Peter appears to still have lost memories. He might not be the same intellectual boy that he was but he still retained a lot of his ability to create. Who knows what will happen if BB fuses 100% with him again. He just wants a normal, hobo life now.
Fighting style: Street fighting and outpacing his opponent. If he can get a clean hit, he sends his shoes into overdrive to send a blast of sound at his opponent.
Crimes:
-Stolen technology from a research facility.
Abilities: Although human, I'd say his sound gear calls for some clarification.
-propulsion: Can send his body flying farther than normal when wearing boots.
-sound kick: just reverses the sound to a person to knock them back.
Strengths:

Weaknesses:
-Not strong in the upper body area.
-If sound is cancelled out, he is left with his own physical skills.
-Batteries might go out after 20 posts (using them!). Recharge is also 20 posts once they go out.
BB
History:
An AI created by Peter himself before getting taken over by a top secret government issued task. They took Peter against his will and connected the two together to create a super soldier of sorts. One that could compute things at a rediculus speed. What they didn't expect was for BB to take Peter over completely when ever he wishes. He was angry that they had forced his one friend to do something he did not want and so busted the two out using Peters own body. Since this happened, they did not know it was BB's actions and have issued a request to capture Peter and bring him back for a hefty price. This information has lead to BB to feel he is a parasite and wished he was never created. This made him turn to a more crude personality in hopes that someone would just crush him already. It got so bad that he wont just let them kill him outright. No, he needs to have a good death.
Personality: Crude little robot. Such an asshole. Really, who would like this little metal devil? The one person he really does like is Peter though he has a hard time showing it. This is why he took over when he got too close to people. He wanted to scare them away so Peter would be safe from any other possible attack like the government did to him.
