The Metaverse.
A Mysterious Realm of Cognition which allows the mind to roam free
Their true colors, exposed.
Only a select few have been able to traverse this Realm;
They are the ones who had rebelled against their fate.
One by one, they struck the corrupt; Revealing the crimes which they have committed.
Yet the world sees them as a threat.
These 'Rebels' go by a name:
The Phantom Thieves of Heart.
The Phantom Thieves, seeing as the world had trapped itself, decided to free it;
Removing the chains that bind it.
Allowing the world to decide it's own fate.
And along with it...The Metaverse.
However, once more, the Rebels of Fate were called upon to another land;
Another place in which nobody knows of their names nor identities.
With only one task assigned to them;
Cleanse the corrupt.
Steal the Hearts of the Masses.

As you know, the DC Comic Universe has extended into a vast, variety of universes; each with a unique set of heroes, villains, and events. So for the purpose of this RP, we would heed no mind to these other universes and focus onto one.
Gotham City
The main setting of our RP. An Island which had grown into a large city; A City filled with Towering buildings, this city's government had fallen into corruption. Crime seems to be on an all time high, with the appearances of Mobs and Gangs all throughout the city, led by powerful leaders with a variety of abilities; Requiring the service of Vigilantes which are present all throughout Gotham at night.
It is home to the World's Greatest Detective; Batman.
Gotham Academy
A Prestigious School in Gotham; You are to live within the dorms of this school as High School Students.
Justice League
Many Heroes exist within this Universe, and had formed an organization dedicated on keeping the world safe. One big move, and you'll attract the attention of these people.
Heroes, as you may not know, have various abilities that would make them tough to deal with. Some can ran up to mach speeds, some can fly, some have super strength, some are really smart, some have a large variety of arsenals and some can wield Magic.
Rumor has it that there is a faction within the League dedicated on Supernatural Activities such as Demonic Activities, Magic, and the like.
Metahumans
Humans with genetic alterations that made them have supernatural abilities; In short, Humans with superpowers. Most of them are either Criminals or Heroes.
Magic and Metahuman abilities are far different from one another.
Magic
Magic comes from a more ancient times, wielded only by trained mages and their successors chosen. Only a select few are able to wield Magic, most of which are Homo Magi, a sub specie of the evolved Human race that had innate Magical ability.
The Persona ability falls under 'Magic'.
