personality: He is stern and strives for justice but can get his hands dirty due to his experiences. Though most people wouldn't take him seriously, do to people not respecting him he prefers not to lead but want hesitate to give his two cents. He is a brave individual and will not back down from a fight out of fear but will not let pride control him. He is a lot more at ease when he drinks and is the opposite when he doesn't.

Devil fruit/skill:
Kachi Kachi no Mi(Former): Allows the body of the user to harden and heat up body temperature at will. "Kachikachi" is the Japanese onomatopoeia for stones knocking against one another to create fire, a reference to the heating up power of the fruit. He is an adept user in hypnosis.
Skills: He is a far more adept martial artist having his brain combined with his grandfather, he still is an avid user of his palms and many other blunt attacks such as his elbows and knees but he has built onto that style by making attacks capable of cutting using karate chops and his finger tips to pierce through objects/opponents. He also has become a staff wielder with masterful skill, he cares a black staff with him. He is a capable surgeon with the help of his grandfather and his eye.
Mechanical Eye: His eye allows him to see better and a father distance, the eye also allows him to shoot a beam of energy as well as hack machines but he isn't all that great when doing so.
Background(Early life): When Bora was young he was instantly apart of a gang of bandits and his family was apart of it and were well respected in the gang. Though he was a child he knew that killing and stilling were wrong and that mainly came from his brother who was a trouble maker in there bosses eye's but a vigilant in most others opinion, he stole from the rich only and killed only those who deserved it. This was fine as long as he shared his profit, growing up seeing all this Bora refused a weapon and refused the orders of the boss, out of respect for his family he was ordered to be exiled. Though they refused and his father was tortured while being starved to death, his brother escaped in tears and in shame, and his mother and sister were most likely sex slaves until there suicide. Which was supposed to be for him as well but he survived the bullet wound and was enslaved and forced to stay and he not only filled his brother position but he did it better not killing and only took what he need to creating a year long plan which destroyed the entire organization every known affiliation they had was hunted down by the marines and disbanded. Life as a Pirate(B.D.): He sailed out onto the sea to find his brother, who was guaranteed to be a pirate in the New World. A few days out at sea he was confronted by one of the strongest men in the world, the yonko and captain of the Jade pirates, offered a deal to provide everything needed to get to the new world including the crew, being in such a situation he had no choice but to accepts and he headed to were he would begin his adventure on Ryokota Island gathering his crew he set out to Rotwood island were he met chaos a all out riot between marines and the New Buggy pirates, and the Stein pirates being caught in the mix with Ken the Stein pirates navigator being kidnapped having to be saved from Belle of the New Buggy pirates. One thing leads to another, Panda fight, the crew departs and runs into a sacred beast named Zygeana, Bora and Pb the quartermaster enter while Ken, Starfire the swords-woman, and Andrea the cook stay on the boat. Bora and Pb enter the creature in search of a treasured flower in the process they meet a Yonko by the name of Urek he wanted the treasure and they accepted, going there separate ways Bora search is a success but he could not reach the flower so he asked for help from Urek who seemed to think Bora would just bow to him. Bora decided that he would get it himself and with the help of Boss he used a special ability that not even a admiral nor a yonko could predict Urek landed a punch on fake Bora who took a lot of damage and in the end Bora only hurt himself not only did he deceive Urek he harmed himself damaging his brain and the damage that affected his illusion self actually registered as a hit he was in quite a lot of danger.
Life as a pirate (A.D.): Pb got Bora out a little to late and he died and was retrieved by squad 7 a group of science doctors under the orders of Daichi. Several days pass in surgery and several things were discovered, Bora nearly died he was only brain dead with some internal organ damage squad 7 simply replaced the damaged parts of his brain with cybernetic parts. They also learned that even more than what was predicted that Bora brain processed like the late commander of district 7 as well as shared the same blood, turns out dr. stein had a secret lover and had a daughter, the mother of Bora. They made several adjustments to Bora's brain to add in Dr. Steins knowledge in hopes of bring him back to life. After everything was all done Bora awoke, and with Bora awoke doctor stein who only Bora can see, he then returned back to his crew.
