The sprawling metropolis was once a proud monument of progress, now it's little more than a dark stain on Unova's map, boasting the highest rate of crime in any city in the world as well as some of the worst living conditions.
Inhabited by gijinka, the city is incredibly multicultural, with people from all regions hurrying through the bustling streets. Despite being one of the largest cities in the world, over a third of it is in various states of disrepair. This section makes up Castelia's slums, its underground.
It's here where we set our stage, following ten distinctly different gijinka as their fates play out and intertwine. How will they survive both the city and eachother?
