Why you're in the slums:

Kerry was born and raised in one of the less desirable areas of the city, but found she was suited to the lifestyle even from a young age.

She had a natural street smart that always stopped her from getting into too much trouble, despite her constant seeking out of danger and excitement.

Despite living in the slums, she dreams of living an honest life, and believes her herself to be firmly heading down that ideal path. Kerry reasons this with the mentality that at least she isn't 'robbing the shirts off people backs like some folks.' She sets aside much of the money she wins from her fights to getting herself out of the underground, and will protect her stash with her life, as it holds the fate of her dreams and aspirations.

Aims a uppercut or knee enforced with harder rocky skin at the opponents chin. Meant to rattle the opponent, hopefully knocking them to the ground.

Generally trash talks and boasts, goading the enemy into attacking recklessly.

Spits up a glob of corrosive, but fairly weak poison, used to get enemies to back off. Kerry can also secrete it from her root-like hair stands, making lashes from them even more dangerous.

Encases a fist or foot in a powerful, green energy. Causes hits to become even more powerful.

Personality: Nicholas is a very quirky male, with a range of personalities all depending on the overall atmosphere of a place. He is very easy to provoke, and is quite hotheaded. When provoked, he can get quite fierce and dangerous to those he's around. Despite these short-tempered flaws, he is quite easy-going and carefree most of the time. Quick-witted, he tends to be able to get out of tough and sticky situations. Reasoning of Being in the Slums: All that the Zamoras remember is being alone as children in the slums, with no parents or other family. The two had grown up as orphans, and had to fend for themselves even at such a young age. When they were both around toddler age, they had been taken in by an orphanage. Soon enough, as they approached their early teenage years, they escaped to fend more for themselves, as the children at the orphanage were all older, and found the two as nothing more than two kids to take out their anger and troubles on. The living conditions weren't all too nice either. Soon enough, they couldn't take anymore of this. Rebecca proposed leaving, and that was really the best that they could do to leave the place. So, after dark when everyone was asleep, the two of them left to live out in the dark of the city suburbs. This forced them to become thieves, because they had to do what they could to merely stay alive, not because they were greedy or looking to become criminals. When Castelia City's economy fell, so did all the pleasant atmosphere of the once bustling city full of bright lights and equally bright aspirations. As rejected gijinka swarmed the underground city, the two Zamora children found it harder and harder to get by. They soon enough had to resort to violence to barely even live. Because of this, they have become practically brutes and cruel individuals of their former selves.

Personality and Background

Personality: Flip is rather deceiving. He comes across as nice, but will back stab you in an instant. He has never been close to anyone (except for on time) and doesn't remember what it's like to have a friend. He lives off of stealing people's money, and fleeing before they can get him.

His deception skills are impeccable and he will often change masks or outfit temporarily, so he isn't caught. He will use people for his needs at the moment, but avoid them or get away from them afterwards. He is a bit charismatic, which is why people often agree to go with him or do what he says. He has a way with words, also making him a good public speaker when needed.

Why you're in the slums: Flip ended up in the slums after being abandoned by his parents. He had nowhere to go, but to an Elekid Gijinka who happened to be in the slums. Flip was a Natu at the time and wasn't very strong. However, he had abilities and Elekid had physical strength. Together, they ran scams and lived off of what they stole or hustled people out of. They were the best of friends and were the best at what they did.

One day, a couple of Machoke didn't like what the two smaller Pokemon were doing. They surprised Flip and Elekid, cornering both Pokemon. Flip could easily escape, but couldn't reach Elekid to teleport away. Elekid told Flip to leave, so Flip listened. He hasn't seen Elekid since and regrets the decision every day. He vowed to never make another true friend again.

Ever since, Flip has continued running old scams he did with Elekid. He has become stronger, but feels like a part of him is missing. He still holds a sliver of hope that Elekid is still alive. It has been over five years though.

Pokemon Traits: His beak is part of his body, not his mask. His mask fits around the beak. He has wings underneath his robe and can use them by simply spreading his arms. This causes the robe to fly off his arms and drag behind him. His bandanna like object is also part of his head.

Teleport

Can teleport to a familiar place, but must have a good picture of the place in his mind. He has a few specific places he can teleport to. The farther the distance, the more he struggles.

Confuse Ray

Sends invisible waves of energy at someone else and it influences their thoughts, having a range of different effects based on the person. Some go into a frenzy, others seem as if they are drunk, others fall asleep.

Protect

Can put up a powerful barrier that takes a very strong Pokemon to break, using psychic powers. However, this takes a large amount of energy, quickly draining Flip.

Ominous Wind

Flaps his wings with a lot of force, calling upon dark forces. Is more powerful in darker areas and weaker where there is more light. Gives Flip some large boosts in power, but decreases in energy.

Air Slash

Raises his arms and swipes them down with incredible force. He uses a combination of the wind created by his wings and psychic powers to nearly cut the air. Is powerful enough to break a chain link fence.

Future Sight

Flip can do one of two things with this. He can get a good idea of what might happen in a certain situation that is nearby. He can also focus on a certain location and cause a delayed explosion. However, this can backfire and give himself away if others know better. It can also be the perfect diversion.

  Personality: Hastur is cruel and cunning, only ever looking out for himself. He can be incredibly violent and loves fighting. He doesn't really care about why he fights, so long as he gets to go wild. This means he's just as likely to start a fight for no reason as he is to jump into the middle of a fight that has nothing to do with him. Once he starts fighting, it's incredibly difficult for him to stop until he's destroyed everything around him. He never feels any sense of remorse for his actions, even when he harms bystanders.
  
  Why you're in the slums: Hastur was born and raised on the streets of Black City. He loved fighting, and he thrived in an environment full of powerful individuals. From organized battles to underground fighting rings to gang wars he had to right to be involved in, if powerful people were fighting that's where he'd be. When the city authorities came down on an organized fighting ring Hastur was participating in, he was primed to massacre the lot of them. And then the sleeping gas hit him and he was out like a light. He woke up in a small white room filled with lights. Apparently some scientists had done a few tests on him while he was out, and now they wanted to do some more now that he was awake. Unfortunately for them, he didn't particularly like taking tests. Hastur blew apart the lab, not caring about anything or anyone that tried to get in his way until he eventually found the exit. Oh, and he thinks that's when he picked up his pain in the ass tag-along. Whether he knows or cares that he's in a totally different city now is up for debate.

  Strengths and skills: Hastur is strong and fast, relying on muscle memory and his own instincts to move his body. He's got a lot of street smarts and his improvising skills are top-notch.
  
  Weaknesses and flaws: His biggest weaknesses are his own pride and stubborn confidence in his own strength. There are many times when he's seen a trap coming miles away and still continues to walk into it without a second thought. It just isn't in him to back down from a challenge.

  Personality: Reina is so kind and so gentle, the embodiment of purity. It's a wonder how she can even exist in the same world that spawned Hastur. She's a pacifist who can't stand to harm another or see harm done to another. Her strongest trait is her incredible capacity to empathize with others. If she even sees another in any kind of pain, it's as if she's the one in pain, and she'll do whatever it takes to heal that pain.
  
  Why you're in the slums: Reina's first memories are of the lab she grew up in. Every day was full of test done by people wearing white coats. Usually the tests just involved a few shots or her having to accomplish some task, but sometimes the tests were... worse. Apparently the scientists were reasearching immortality or something. She spent years there, until someone made the fateful mistake of wanting to do some tests on a Hydreigon gijinka. With nowhere else to go and the possibility of seeing the world outside the walls of the lab calling her, Reina decided to follow Hastur when he escaped. She's stuck close to the Hydreigon gijinka ever since. She's the one to always step in to try and stop him when he begins to rampage, often resulting in severe wounds for her.

  Dislikes: people who wear white, crowds, anger and hatred
  
  Strengths and skills: The whole immortality thing has its perks, namely her being able to recover from the should-be fatal wounds left by Hastur every time she jumps in to stop his rampaging. She can feel the emotional states of those nearby, but she doesn't completely understand a lot of what she feels from people.
  
  Weaknesses and flaws: Reina isn't good at talking to people. Due to her incredible healing, she doesn't put any thought into her own safety and instead puts herself in harm's way for others. She doesn't really know how to fight even if she did have a reason to want to hurt someone.

  Pokemon Traits: Reina's body very soft and easy to damage, but no matter how much she gets hurt her body just keeps regenerating itself. Wait a minute, if her clothing regenerates along with her body, does that mean that she's actually... *shot*

  Reina's body rapidly regenerates, healing severe wounds in a matter of seconds. Healing would-be-fatal wounds or healing many wounds repeatedly is extremely exhausting.

  Reina's eyes and those of her target glow a soft light-blue. If the target is more injured than she is, she heals them and takes their damage onto herself. If Reina is more injured than the target, she'll transfer her damage to them and heal herself. There's also a second way she uses this ability, where she makes it so the target actively feels everything she feels and vice-versa as long as she keeps the link up.
  
  - Dizzy Punch-
  
  Reina gives someone a weak shock through contact. Their body starts to feel numb and then they lose control of their movements and senses.
  
  - Skill Swap-
  
  She transfers her body's rapid regenerative properties to someone else through contact.

  When Reina is struck by certain attacks, to her attacker she appears to turn into them right as the attack makes contact. The attacker suffers the effect of their own attack.

  Reina closes her eyes and a bubble of altered space expands out from her. All movement inside the bubble is slowed to a crawl, while Reina becomes incredibly fast. Due to the difference in times, things slowed inside the bubble only see a blur when looking outside the space, while things sped up see everything outside the bubble in slow motion and with increased clarity.

Personality: Tricky secretive vindictive patient oddly strong sense of right and wrong but a odd sense of justice.

Why you're in the slums: To put it simply Yuria cursed the wrong person and would not lift it even when that caused her to be kicked out into the slums from her previously better dwelling . The longer story is that she used to "bless" some of the very well off members of society to have the luck they wanted in life. One of these well off men wanted more than a charm and a spell and tried to force himself upon Yuria. She of course cursed him for this with nightmares delusions and paranoia. When the man came to beg for her to lift the curse offering just about anything Yuria refused to accept anything and the man returned several days in a row only to have her refuse and him eventually get frustrated and get her tossed into the slum. The bright side is she knows he is still suffering and has most likely gone mad by now.

Likes: dealing out justice, causing curses and nightmares, reading, and others suffering

Yuria becomes incorporeal then vanishes into thin air, she then reappears normally behind someone and attacks while she slowly becomes physical again allowing her to bypass her targets protection , physical or otherwise.

Shadow ball:

Yuria conjures a ball of pure darkness those hit by this sometimes find that after they are hit they get hurt easier.

Curse:

Yuria chants a curse and offers her own vitality to cast a curse upon someone, the target constantly feels like something is burning their very soul away. The only way to escape the curse is to flee.

Personality:

Ever since moving to the slums, Shannon has been trying to adopt a bad boy, tough guy kind of persona. It works, so long as you're not talking to him for more than a few minutes. In truth, he's kinda... Dorky. And more than a little paranoid. Don't sneak up on him unless you want a quick kick to the shins.

Why you're in the slums:

To put it simply, he lives there by choice. Shannon's occupation and skills mostly find him working for people in high places, people in the richest areas of Castelia, as he's predominantly hired to forge important legal documents and copy contacts. It pays well.

He took to living in the slums for his own protection, after someone scammed with one of his forgeries tracked him down and sent people to assaulted him. Shannon soon found out the slums deterred most who where out for revenge, and so began to live there permanently.

Has a knack for literature, clear thinker.

Easily exhausted (an effect from his smoking, probably gets puffed walking up a bunch of stairs), inwardly jumpy and untrusting,

Extra: Started smoking when he first moved to the slums in a effort to add to his persona. He quickly became addicted, and smokes more when nervous. And yes, the name is no joke.
