Welcome to Sakura Academy, a boarding school located deep in a confidential forest somewhere to the

North of England. We are the only Academy that specializes in the care and taming of Elemental Wizards

& Witches, all while having non-elemental students live and learn along side them. This new program was

approved by the Elemental Council, as a way to help Elemental Witches & Wizards learn and be more

informed of a modern and more humane way to treat those who were born with non-elemental powers.

Most Academies for Elemental Witches & Wizards were created with only the gifted ones in mind, but

here at Sakura Academy, we are the only boarding school in the nation, to have both Elementals and

Humans live along side each other in an equal environment, where they are taught the principles of

equality and other vital important skills that both races will need in order to help create a more

moral, safe, and equal environment for all of society.

The new criteria, that will now be included as a bonus along side their regular studies for the Elemental

Witches & Wizards here at Sakura Academy, will now include all of the following:

How to treat humans and Elementals alike, both

humanely & equally

How to manage your Elemental Gifts and when it is &

isn't an appropriate situation to use them in

How to take responsibilities for their actions

How to make sure the future of our society is

one in which both Witches/Wizards and humans

can feel safe, equal, and can all be successful

All human staff and students here at Sakura Academy will be highly respected, safe, and will be

granted fully-paid boarding and food passes, along with resources for studies. This is a

very valuable Academy, for both students and teachers alike - We are the future of all of society,

and we are taking the first step to create a new generation of young adults that will take the skills

and morals they learn here, out into the real world where they can apply them to help better the

future of man-kind, for both Elementally gifted and humans alike.

The words above make this school sound super nice and a wonderful environment where all

humans, witches, and wizards are treated equal - that might be some people's goals here at

Sakura Academy - but let's face it. High school is still high school, and equality, kindness,

and safety just doesn't exist in a place like that. Especially when the school is basically ruled

by a group of gorgeous yet terrifying group of hormonal and over confident witches and wizards,

known by other students as the Elites.

There are four girls and four boys who are included in this Elite group, and all of them are, of course,

wizards and witches. There has never been a human who has been included in their group.

But since this is the first year humans are attending the Academy, who knows who will

befriend or make enemies with whom. There's a lot that can happen in a year, especially

when humans, witches, and wizards get mixed up.

And as for the teachers and staff, they are also permitted to continue to do their jobs, unless

they are teachers - in which case they can plan their lessons, or something. Maybe get to know

the new human staff and teachers, and maybe pull out a few students from fights, or go monitor

the halls.

Who knows, really.

JUST A QUICK SIDE-NOTE:

This role play takes place in Winter, specifically Winter Break, where previous students and new

students are arriving. Classes will not be in session during the break, which will last about

two weeks - the school put this in place as a way for students to get to know each other before they

begin their education together; but students will still be able to continue studies during this time if they

choose to. Teachers will still be available for questions, & of course the library, labratories, and

other resource rooms will be open for those knowledge nuts.

The humans are arriving a week later than the Witches and Wizards, just so the Elementals

are settled in, and ready for when the humans come. And since this is a Boarding School,

there will be room mate assignments, and due to the new policy, there will be at three to

a room - one student, in which, must be a human. (Teachers and staff of course get their

own individual rooms). I will assign room mates and junk later.

There will be limited spots for both the Elite Group, and the Staff/Teachers, & I'm not really

sure about the other Elemental Wizards and Witches or humans yet - but we'll see.

A tall male with blonde hair sifted through some papers that were scattered along his desk to prepare for the new year. Upon looking, he saw some stapled pages that had news, class rosters, and lesson plans.

Due to it being Winter Break,  previous students and new

students are arriving to their respective dormitories. Classes will not be in session during the break, which will last about

two weeks - the school put this in place as a way for students to get to know each other before they

begin their education together; but students will still be able to continue studies during this time if they

choose to. Teachers will still be available for questions, & of course the library, laboratories, and

other resource rooms will be open for those knowledge nuts.

A chuckle came from the man as he had read the note that the dean had sent to all staff. It was good for him since he had time to create some lesson plans, print off a bunch of things, and collaborate with the new staff members that he heard weren't elementals but human. It piqued his curiosity. Elementals saw each other as the better of the two and for that humans were low. The only difference was that one had powers and the other didn't. But still. If elementals treated them low then would humans despise the elementals?

Shaking the thought aside he finished organizing his papers and looked at his watch. 9:30 AM. The students weren't supposed to arrive till twelve (12) but it was always good to be early than late. Nodding to himself, he picked up the phone and dialed Zenth's number who was a teacher's assistant for the school. As the phone rang, he was hoping the male would answer to ask if he could join the small orientation that the students were informed about in the auditorium.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Katalina Rosen

Packing her things, Kat looked at her phone and looked at the online app for her school. She was going to be in dorm number 101 with two others with one of them being human. The thought made her grimace slightly at the thought. It wasn't that there was going to be a human in the same room, it was that she hated meeting new people. Great. Probably a first year. This made her roll her eyes. Thinking back on seeing first years getting giddy because they had gotten into an academy was sickening to her.

Exiting out the app, she left her hometown onto a plane where she was finally back at the academy. Once she got off she sighed with a slight smile knowing that this was a place where she could use her powers and no one would judge her. Like home away from home. Looking at her phone it was only 9:35 AM. Great. Orientation with Mr. Graham wasn't until 12 and it wasn't even close.

With a shrug, she walked over to the front desk of the main entrance to the building. A receptionist sat with her eyes glued to the computer. That was until Kat stood in her line of vision. "Sorry miss. School is on winter break and applications are closed." The female gave a fake apologetic look.

Chuckling, Kat reached in her pocket to take out her school ID. "I am a returning student. My dorm room is one-oh-one. I believe you have my key." She slammed her card on the desk which made the receptionist flinch slightly.

When the female handed Kat her keys, Kat took her belongings and walked away towards the dorms. She knew where she was going due to the fact this wasn't her first year. But that didn't stop her from reaching into her pocket to get her keys after leaving the reception area and dropping her ID card which she didn't notice.

Upon reaching the dorm, Kat unlocked it and entered making sure it was locked behind her and looking at the room. It had a living area with three bedrooms: one bedroom had a full size bathroom while the other two had a full sized bathroom in between the rooms indicating the two were sharing. It was hard to contemplate which bedroom to take. Kat didn't have a lot of things, but she didn't want to share a bathroom so she took the liberty of taking the larger room. Once she claimed her spot by putting all of her belongings on the bed, she walked around the room to find a full kitchen with a small table consisting of four chairs. Sweet. That meant there is a lounge area down the hall where the students game and hang out. Pushing the thought aside, Kat went back to her new room and began unpacking.

While packing his things for another year at the school, Reno began to think about what he'll be doing for the whole semester. When he finished, he left his room and walked downstairs, all while thinking about what he'll be doing for the whole school year.   'Another year will begin soon once I head to the school,' he thought. When he reached the bottom step, he took out his phone and opened an app that was connected to the school. He searched through it to find his room number, which was 103, and noticed that he was sharing a room with a human. Now this didn't bother Reno, since his friends were human, so he shrugged it off and went out the door to meet his parents out front.

The trip was exhausting, first it was a two hour drive from home to an airport, then a seven hour flight from that airport to another airport in the city where his school is located, and about an hour and a half taxi ride over toward it's main entrance. Reno got out of the cab and paid the driver for his troubles, when we started making his way towards the entrance, his phone started vibrating, notifying him of a message by the school. He pulls out his phone and read the message, which said that there was gonna be an orientation at noon with Mr Graham. He closed the app and checked the time, 9:50 AM, plenty of time to find his room, get his things set up, and crash until it was time to head to orientation.

Reno enters the school and walked over to the receptionist's desk. "Hello," he said, holding out his school ID. "I'm a returning student here, I'd like a key to my dorm room please." The receptionist gave him the key with a bright smile on his face, he thanked her, and walked towards his dorm room. As he passed a few, he heard some noise in room 101. He was about to head to his room until he saw what looked like an ID card a few inches away from the door. He picks it up and examines it, which reveals to be Katalina Rosen's. Being a bit of a gentleman, he knocks on the door to room 101, ready to give her back her ID.

Rina rode down the motorway in his old, battered family car. Tapping along to the beat of his favourite song, he glanced down at his watch. 11:30 AM. No worries. A shroud of mist enveloped the car, and the seemingly endless road was cloaked with fog in the cold winter's morning. Rody, Ri's spirit brother, slouched in the back. Ri had a strong link with Rody, and could normally see him in a normal human form, and hear his voice with ease.

"Are you sure you're gonna be able to navigate in this weather?"

Rina chuckled. "Dude, you're worrying about everything. This is about the humans, isn't it? They're just like us, there's nothing to worry about."

"Won't they be a bit scared of me?"

"They can't see you, idiot! I'll be the freak to them, speaking to nothing."

Instead of retaliating, Rody sat in silence.  He was worried; it'd been a while since he'd met a human. His father always told him evil things about them, about how they waste all of their money and their food. About how they were creatures that needed to be eliminated. Ri always hated that about him; well, that's the reason his parents got a divorce, after all. Rina carried on down the road, until finally, he turned.

-

It didn't take long for Rina to reach the school. After all, he lived in Oxford. He grabbed his luggage, jokingly asking Rody to help carry some. The duo continued, and walked into the grand school. Every time they came back, they almost forgot all about how beautiful it was. But then, Rina had to look down at the not-so-beautiful receptionist. She looked up at Rina.

"Okay, ID please." she said, with an almost monotonous voice.

"Oh, uhh, yeah.. ID.." Rina began his annual struggle through all of his bags to search for his ID. After a couple of minutes of searching, he proudly presented his fresh, new ID to the receptionist.

"Room 106. Thank you." she moaned.

-

Rina jammed the key into the door of his dorm, and the door swung open. There was a small kitchen, bathroom, and small living area, and only one bedroom.

"I'm having the bed!" Rody shouted, as he frantically ran towards the single bed.

"Hell no, you're not! Who's the corporeal being, here? Me!" Ri dumped his bags on the floor and raced to the bed, and somehow managed to push Rody out of the way. Rody looked down in shock, the realization that Ri had just physically touched a ghost dawning upon him.

"Wow... Well, that was something?"

Raiven Alessetria Darktower

Raiven stepped out her parent's car as her butler handed her her luggage, bidding farewell to the driver. Looking up at the school she smiled before pulling a lollipop out and slipping it in her mouth. She approached the receptionist and slid over her ID Card

"Raiven Darktower, I believe I'm in room 104?" She held out her hand expectantly for her key. When she had it she turned on her heel and swanned off towards the dorm.

Opening the door she observed the three beds before taking the most comfortable of them for herself. Glancing at her timetable she noticed she had half an hour before her induction, plenty of time for her to find her way. She smiled and touched her bags, electrifying the metal handles slightly so thy wouldn't be messed with.

Luka Arnett

Luka waved goodbye to her parents at the school gates, her bags trailing behind her and the voices of the students muffled. The building itself was large and impressive. She approached the reception desk nervously and signed her name to the receptionist. The receptionist looked at her, confused. Sighing internally Luka wrote her statement down on a piece of paper.

"Luka Arnett, Room 101" She took the key quietly and headed up the stairs to her room where she noticed someone standing outside. She tapped his side and gestured for him to move out the way. Already the school year was proving difficult and it hadn't been five minutes. She had to leave enough time for her to find the auditorium with her issues.

'Huh, maybe the noise drowned out my knocking,' he thought. He was later broken from his thought process when someone tapped a his side. He noticed that there was a girl next to him, who gestured for him to move from the door way. 'Must be one of Kat's roommates then, better move before things get complicated.' Reno moved out of the girl's way for her to enter her room. Figuring that he'd give Kat her ID at orientation, he picks up his bags and walked toward his dorm room. When he arrived, he places his bag down onto the floor, and proceeds to unlock it. Inside the dorm were three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living area, and a decent sized kitchen. He walks over to one of the beds that's was closest to one of the bathrooms and placed his stuff there, claiming his spot. Figuring that the others will show up, Reno decided it was time to rest up until orientation.

Luka smiled her thanks and entered the room, placing her bag carefully on one of the other beds before glancing at her room mate, she looked busy. She'd introduce herself later, once she figured out if her room mate knew sign language. She slowly unpacked, placing her things carefully in the drawer before retrieving her voice recorder. She would have to ask now, where was the auditorium. Nervously she tapped her roomate on the shoulder.
The elementals always terrified Luka, they could easily make her life hell just because she didn't hear.

@demnkiller

Homura hated fire which was ironic that he controlled it "Thanks uncle I got it. Right don't burn down the school, okay. You've told me the same things last year to. I remember the training we did don't worry I'll be fine" he said before closing his phone door ending the phone call "Alright now to start a year of not drawing any attention to myself.....yea right" he doubted anyone would forget who he was. All the students last year had given him a nickname, the Flame lord, and he hated it. He wanted to be able to get through school and hopefully get a normal job rather than an army or defence agency job like others keep saying he'd be great at. As he walked up the mountain toward the school he saw a lot of cars and vehicles pass him, a lot of them seemed to be carrying students he'd never seen before while the others he recognized right away like Katalina Rosen, the girl whose powers literally oppose his own. He realized quickly that he would be late if you didn't hurry up the mountain so he stopped walking, secured his bags and other items and focused until a flame had manifested on his hands and feet "Alright now we're getting somewhere" he said happily before jumping into the air and using his mental will to intensify his flames and propel him forward. If he had done this without training he probably would have exploded but he had practiced tirelessly over the holiday and was glad he had gotten the hang of it. After a few moments he was right about the school "Now that is a sight to behold" he said in amazement as he looked down at the schools exterior with awe "Now where to go---" before he could finish, his flames had gone out and he was falling toward the ground. He closed his eyes and quickly started to think about intense flames held out his hands toward the ground as if to repel it with his flames. As quickly as the ground came into much more vivid view his flames burst forth slowing his decent until going out 5ft off the ground "Ow that hurt" he said as he got up holding his right shoulder after getting up. He hates using his powers but he also knows he couldn't get by in life without them so he makes due.

After walking up the steps to the Academies main building he walked it and presented his ID to the information desk person "I'm a returning student I wouldn't happen to still have a claim on dorm 102?" He asked nervously before receiving his key and walking toward his dorm. After entering he set down his stuff and began to get everything adjusted to how he liked it. Alright that should do it. Maybe i should head to the auditorium for orientation....not like I need it though" he sighed and left the room and locked the door.

"It's time to get up, sweetie," a soft feminine voice called out from a distance. Nathaniel pulled the covers from up off of him, and perked up. He then turned and looked at the clock. He then groaned and pulled the covers back over him to go back to sleep. "Get ready to go," his mother said nudging him a bit. He slowly rolled off his bed and took a shower. "Today's the day I leave to that boarding school," he said then gathering his belongings. He ate a quick breakfast, humming a tune to a hymn he heard a the campfire last night, with his beloved dog resting by his side. He then headed out with his family to the academy.

Later, they arrived at the school and Nathaniel is feeling nervous. He and his family each other farewells and promises to video chat them every week or bi-weekly. He enters the building and heads over to the receptionist's desk. "U-um excuse me miss, my name is Nathaniel Reed and I'm a new human student here and I need my ID, key, and dorm room number. That woman turned and looked at him for a bit and he combed his fingers through his locks. "OK Mr. Reed, let's see, you dorm room is number 102 and here is your key and ID," she said with a smile plastered on her face. "Thank you very much," he said taking the items and headed to room 102. He looked up and noticed a redhead head out of the room. "Is he my roommate," he wondered. He unlocked the door and entered the room. He looked around and saw three beds, a kitchen, and living area. He saw that someone had already set their stuff on one, so he picked the bed closet a window and unpacked. He had brought a some books on history, language, and fictional, fanatsy, or realistic fictional stories, some manga, a laptop, notebook, and et cetera. He started to doodle when he decided to head down to the auditorium. So he put his stuff away and left the dorm to find the auditorium.

Clair O'Reilly

Clair had arrived to school far earlier than most to both make preparations for her orientation speech and ensure her office was set up accordingly. It wasn't until Clair had these two tasks complete that she went to get her key. In honesty Clair hardly ever used keys , why would she ? If one can simply make a lock vanish briefly , then a key is of no use to them. However as student body president Clair couldn't just go around without a set of keys , it would be unsightly and unmannerly. Therefore Clair was found at the reception desk within the time frame of 11:34 and 11:38.

Of course the receptionist asked for her Id and as per usual Clair had no problem abiding to the rules. Clair's ID card was special in it's own right: it had a golden tint to it with the word president etched into the top using a silver material. Now Clair's ID card wasn't the only exception to the rule , no , the elites also had a decorated ID card. Much Like Clair's the elite card was tinted platinum and had elite etched into the top in a solid black.

Once upon a time it would have just been Clair's card but as with most things the elites wanted something and they got it. Anyway after quite sometime the receptionist handed Clair a set of three keys and spoke with a mocking tone "Madam President your suit is room 101 , your office key is the silver key on the right and the gold key to it's left is that of a master key. Do enjoy your stay...."

After receiving her keys Clair thanked the receptionist and went about teleporting to her room. Just as she vanished she appeared , within a purple haze. Silently. Clair had managed to teleport to a location just a few steps away from her roommates , down the hall and to the left. After taking just a few moments to analyse her roommates Clair began to both approach the two and speak softly. "Ah Katalina. It seems as though we'll be roommates this year , I hope we can try to get along despite the fact I left your little group. I would also like to point out that our roommate here is called Luka Arnett , she is both a human and deaf. If you wish to communicate with her I suggest using a pad and paper or learning sign."

Moving on to Luka Clair signed " Hello Luka , my name is Clair. I'm your student body president and also your roommate , If you have any problems or questions don't feel shy to ask"

@demnkiller @Eternal Dragonchild

Luka smiled in relief before signing a reply " Thanks,  I was worrying I would be unable to talk to anyone here.  It's a relief to know that you can sign.  " She looked over at her bags " I do have one question,  where's the auditorium? " She held up her tape recorder " I use this to record information and play it back louder. It doesn't always work as I'm losing the last of my hearing "

Homura went and checked out the baking classes labs to see if they had made any improvements "Wow this stuff looks new" he said in awe as he examined the new oven stoves set all around the room "They must have replaced them after last year" he said remembering how he had destroyed a fair bit of the old ovens trying to bake a cake or some cookies or a pizza. He decided he would see about getting a stone oven for him to use his powers in when baking. He decided he would head back to his room and change before heading toward the auditorium "Well it's not like I'll need a winter coat, I'm always heated" he said as he made his way up the dorm building stairs. When he opened the door he walked in to find another persons baggage sitting in one of the other beds "Must be my room mate, wonder what powers he has" he said as he hanged his clothes and then decided it would be the neighbourly thing to do and remind Katalina that the orientations will begin in a bit. As he walked to the door he heard an all to familiar voice on the other side, it was Clair, someone he had admired for being able to leave the Elites and still be so liked by the other students. He knocked on the door gently with enough force to make a sound "Girls, Katalina, Clair, it's me Homura it will be a pleasure to attend class with you both again this year" he said politely awaiting a responce.

Reno wakes up a bit and looks at the clock. The orientation was about to start in a few minutes, but he didn't need to worry about finding the auditorium, as it was one of his usual hang-out areas whenever he wanted some peace and quiet. He leaves his room and and notices Homura, a fellow elite, outside the girl's dorm room. Figuring this may be a better time to hand Kat her ID, Reno decided that now was as good a time as any, and approached Homura.

"Hey, Homura," he shouted. "I thought you would have been at the auditorium by now, what's going on?"

@GreyGremory

Raiven left her room with a smile on her face,  time to go catch up with her friends.  She spotted Reno and Homura down the corridor and cheerfully called out to the two of them, removing the lolly "Reno, Homura.  How was your break? Met any humans yet?"  She placed the lolly back in her mouth with a pop.

Luna was packing as she just looked around as she smiled she was happy that she was going away from her stepmother she just smiled as she was getting shy as she smiled she was nervous about going to the new school" big sister i'm ready can we go now before stepmom comes home" she say afraid she just looked at her as she just looked at her big sister she just grabbed her bag she was excited as she hold onto her necklace as she was scared her stepmom will come back" please can we go i don't want her to hurt me please" she say tears in her eyes she was looking around as she saw the car she just took a poptart as she was some what hungry she was ready to go" i wish we were roommates at the school we going to big sister" she say she loved her big sister ruby she looked up to her she thought she was so cool she get protected from her she missed her real mother she hated her stepmom since she got abused most of the time she looked around" you ready ruby" she asked as she just sighed seeing the car outside she liked using her powers she was plaing with her necklace smiling a bit @Leo Radomir

Reno turned and spotted another elite by the name of Raiven. One thing everyone knows about her is that she's into sweets...particularly lollipops. She does have a personality that's bubbly, but Reno tends to find her childish at times.

"No, we haven't met any humans yet," he answered. "Though it is interesting to meet another human inside of school."

Reno ponders about the possibilities of having a human that may end up being picked on by the other elementals.  He knows that some are known to possess qualities that rival elementals, but he also knows that not all of them can handle themselves against one

 "At the same time though," he continues, "I might have to make sure they don't end up being bullies by the other elementals."

Raiven takes the lollipop out again " I don't think I have one in my dorm. Want a lolly?" she asks, producing several from her pocket " I have cherry, tropical, bubblegum, toffee apple, lemonade and blackcurrant "

She looks at Reno "Why worry about them.  They shouldn't have applied if they can't handle the shock" she giggles at her lightning pun before resuming on her task of destroying the lollipop.

@GreyGremory

Reno takes a cherry and tropical lollipop and pops the tropical pop in his mouth.

"I have a habit of making as many human friends as possible," he responded. "Just because I'm an elite doesn't mean I have to act like I'm better than everyone."

Reno fiddles around with the wrapper for a bit before throwing it away. He thought about the orientation happening and noticed that the girls are probably not done yet.

"You think we should tell them to hurry the hell up?" he asked. "Orientation's gonna happen in a few minutes, and I doubt Mr. Graham wants us to miss it."

@GreyGremory

@Eternal Dragonchild

"God damn it," Reno shouted. "You could have just knocked on the door and screamed it."

Reno could still hear his ears ringing after that loud thunderclap.

'Sometimes,' he thought. 'She can really push my buttons.'

@Eternal Dragonchild

A lightning bolt struck the ground right in front of the main building. As the flash died down, a teenage boy could be seen in the middle of the charred circle on the ground. He was hold a bag over his shoulder, and walked through the main door. He was handed his room key to room 103, and he was told orientation would start soon. Arcus just skated on a current of electricity to his dorm, and dropped off his stuff. Arcus then proceeded to walk out of the form, and around the school to find someone to talk too. He pushed his black, sliver, and gold hair out of his face, and put on his head phones. Electricity sparked around them as he listened to his music as he walked.
