Rules to remember:

-All tenants must be from dimensions where the idea of living in an apartment is a thing. (Ie; no high fantasy or primitive tribes.) Things such as urban fantasy are fine.

No PVP (player vs. player)

-Your ability to change the environment ends outside of your door. This means that you literally cannot destroy any property.

- All tenants must have some sort of power. If your tenant comes from a universe where magic or powers do not exist, they will acquire one as a result of living in Nowhere Heights.

Name: Chunhua and Yanmei Bai

Abilities:
Chunhua can makes plant grow on inorganic surfaces. This can dirt, or walls, or tiles. She cannot make plants grow from a person’s body. Yanmei exhudes a thick, black, oil-like substance from her mouth when distressed. This liquid swallows things that it touches, suffocating and then eventually dissolving it.

Personality:
There’s an obvious tension between the two of them, as if they don’t wanna be around the other. Chun makes an effort to be polite, and even smiles occasionally, though it is abundantly clear that she wants nothing to do with you. Yan is loud, with rarely anything positive to say. Nearly every one of her words is accompanied by a spit of thick black liquid, melting holes wherever she goes.

Home Dimension:
Exeria comes from a dimension that seems to be stuck in the Egyptian/Roman era, although their technology and lifestyle are far beyond ours, it's just the appearance of their civilization is what makes it look more ancient than ours. Exeria himself lived in an apartment while he was in his own dimension. In this dimension, people are made of a more rock-like substance rather than skin. Also, the life expectancy of 300, so Exeria would only be in his mid-life. His home dimension is currently in a civil war, the reason he hated his time there.
Personality:
Exeria is a kind-hearted soul, he avoids confrontation at any cost. Overall, he is a kind person, always putting others before himself, even if he doesn't know them.​

Name: Nikol Kur-Shvetan

Appearance:

Abilities: Nikol can summon her familiar, Likon, to perform simple tasks. Likon can also heat things by essentially screaming at such a high frequency that atoms move fast enough to combust. Nikol works as an Aero-Bike mechanic, and the years of manual labor caused her to bulk up. Yuklad also has a stronger gravity, which is why Likon can fly in Earth-similar gravitational pull and why Nikol can jump higher.

Home Dimension: Nikol is from the Yuklad dimension. It is like a futuristic Earth. There, the Dren (humans, basically) can connect their essence with the familiar's that almost matches their own. These familiars live like animals of Earth, and only become sentient when a Dren shares their essence. The Dren is then named after whatever sort of familiar they obtain (Nikol's name basically means "scale-souled.") Usually, the familiar can speak, and their personality is coaxed along by their Dren, but Likon has never spoken and doesn't have a personality. This caused Nikol and Likon to be shunned by other Dren-familiar pairs, ostracizing her from society.

Personality: Nikol is annoyingly optimistic, always looking on the bright side of things. This may be a result of her exceptional adapting ability and tendency to resign herself to whatever life throws at her. She is not particularly loud, and actually prefers silence, but if you get her talking about whatever design she's working on, you can't get her to stop. She acts as if Likon can understand her and as if any actions he performs are of his volition, even though she's actually ordering him to do everything. This causes her to have a deep, untouched loneliness and a hole in her heart that can't be filled. She will break eventually. Hopefully no one is around when she does.

Abilities:
Rose can turn pure energy into tools, objects, weapons and other items. Rose isn't able to create living people from energy.

Home Dimension:
Rose is from a dimension where everyone is born with one ability. Aside from that, it's pretty much like our dimension.

Personality:
Rose is very kind, supportive and forgiving, though sometimes slightly naive. She is friendly, polite and down-to-earth. This is possibly the reason why she is capable of approaching even the most antisocial people. Rose is a firm believer in hope, having a positive attitude about the future, no matter the bad situation in the present. Rose is generally pleasant and easily exhibits kindness and thoughtfulness to others around her; she genuinely cares about her friends. Rose likes to write and she is very passionate about her work. She likes sharing her work, but the only thing she won't share is her past, you have to be a really close friend of hers to know.

Name: Ujurak “U” Nootaikok


Age: 21


Abilities: Ujurak has the ability to spawn crippling icy winds along with ice from his oral cavity, being able to manipulate the -196°C wind with bare hands. As soon as his saliva touches the warmer air, it freezes into ice, which can be shaped with the proper tools. His lips are the warmest part of his otherwise cold body however, keeping his saliva malleable and the freezing winds at bay unless they are needed.


Home Dimension: In U’s dimention, all stars are red dwarfs, emmunating very little heat to all planets. To adapt, humans on the planet глас17° live in somewhat primitive conditions, overcoming the snow and ice by building an underground society with housing in the form of apartments.


Personality: Having found a strange book in the fire lit catacombs of his home, an english dictionary, U is lacking in the english language, speaking in broken sentences when talking to the other tenants; because of this, along with his intimidating size, he does not like to start conversations. Despite how quiet he can be, he is overly trusting and gullible, yet very kind. He will desperately try to be respectful.



Name: Nikolai “Nick” Crawford


Age: 28


Abilities: Nick has the ability to turn invisible for short periods of time, however for every 30 seconds he is out of sight, it takes one minute to regenerate. The most he had ever stayed invisible is 30 minutes. Due to his species, he also has feline agility, balance, and those sharp kitty claws.


Home Dimension: Very much like ours, besides the part where cats are the dominant species, and have enslaved humans, sending them to work on the cold parts of the planet. So, most of his species have a superiority complex of humans, and he is one of them.


Personality: Nick is incredibly stand-offish and rude, and can be combative and irritable when in casual conversation; however he tries to stay quiet around the other tenants, out of disgust. He will not be afraid to use anti-human quips to show his “Superior Genes.” His job back in his dimension is as a spy, in the P.A.W.s mafia, so along with his small size, he can fit into very small spaces, like vents. However he has no experience with cleaning.
