Abilities:
- Electrical Speed: Mizaki has a rare ability unlike other Denki. This ability is well known to be formally used by past Emperors. For seconds at a time he can transform himself into lightning itself. He will cover short distances from inches to ten feet or so in this form. But he can only do this while in motion. Once he stops he returns back to his former self.
- Electrokinetic Flight: Mizaki can either channel or hold electricity to his weapons, giving them a shocking strike, or he will let out shocks while fighting hand to hand.
- Combat: Multiple forms and knowledge of all kinds of fighting techniques from Raitoningu. From simple hand to hand, to extremely rare and hard to learn Ninjitsu.
- Red Lightning: This is rare, even for Denki and the royal family of Raitoningu. After leaving the capital to find the Ninja training camps, Mizaki learned of this little trait. His electricity was once a bright blue, but for some reason it now glows a blood red. The only other Denki to ever be known to have this colored lightning was the first Emperor to have stood next to the blood tree and the God Okami.
- Red Lighting Conduction: He can call upon lightning strikes from the sky, only they are red and when hitting the ground it looks like the earth is bleeding.
Personality: Ketsueki Mizaki, or just Mizaki is very out going, very happy go lucky when ever he can. He has energy for days and loves sweets.... And any food he can get his hands on. He is also very hard working and still looks at things on a brighter side. Always known to take the bad and make it good somehow. He is loyal, trust worthy and will do anything for his Emperor and Empire.
Mizaki shows great promise with his skills of a Ninja and his lighting abilities. He is constantly trying to better himself in all shapes and forms hoping to do some good for his people. Choosing the hardest paths and trying to excel as best as he can, Mizaki is looked at with high honors and passion.
Even with his joyful outlook on life, Mizaki has a dark side to him. He can become over protective and very jealous. Once he gets close to you...... You can't get rid of him. He will be by your side for life. It's up to you to see this as good or bad.....
History/Bio: Mizaki was born and raised in Atisuto, in a city of art and passion. His family was very small, a mother and a father before he was born... But sadly his father passed away before he was born and his mother passed while giving birth to him. He was picked up by a Gashia house and was raised by more than 15 women. Seeing as some houses refuse to let their Gashia's have children, the small harem found Mizaki to be the perfect sit in for a child.
When he was older he would help out the Gashia house in any way he could..... And when the day came from him to choose his path... The entire Gashia house was there to support him. Mizaki never felt so loved and embarrassed at the same time in his life. But to him he saw this as the God Okami wishing him luck on his path before him. Being born with a large mark and holding abilities close to the royal family, Mizaki felt really special before leaving.
It wasn't until him and his Pod took their test at the Aka Ninja camp did he find out that he was more special than others. For all of those withing the Denki history only one was ever to be known to have Red Lightning. The first ever Emperor of Raitoningu. While taking his single exam Mizaki displayed his abilities beyond his known limits. It was the first time he had ever seen his lightning at full power.... Or he thought was full power. But the lightning was a blood red color and was in dire need of control.
After being accepted into the toughest school for Ninjas, Mizaki worked hard and soon him and his Pod became number one out of their years. Young, full or life, energy and power, Mizaki still to this day tries his best to better himself. He hopes to become a Shinobi one day. A Shinobi is a Sensei that is in charge of a Ninja training camp. They are given honor and access to the Empire's library of Ninja and Raitoningu's history. things that are not released to the public.
His reasons are more along the lines as to trying to find out more about his Red Lightning and hoping to find a connection as to whom his mother and father were.

Mizaki doesn't wear too much armor... He is very fast and has found armor to really just get in his way. So he wears simpler clothing to help keep him faster than his enemies. His clothing is very much well worn in and torn.
