Hello there! This is the Interest Check for ND: The Attack
Now, just to forewarn you. This is my first thread and work.

"Breaking news folks, this just in... Game Developer Adalard Werner just finished his new project. Project "NerveDrive". We are here among thousands of people awaiting to buy the new Virtual Reality headset, as you can see. This headset is no normal headset. It stops utter mobility in the whole body, to insert the mind into the game. Unable to move, or speak, this completely immerses young teens and adults into this game." The reporter gestures to a crowd of people, holding money in the air and waving it. The crowd is pushing up against a Video game store. "Many of these teens and millennials are from our local high school. Lakeview High. These teens are waiting for the game that comes along with the whole helmet and gears. "Martyred Dreams". A medieval MMORPG that consists of four classes.

Archer. Swordsmaster. Bandit. And the Wanted, Mage. These classes all have different abilities pertaining to each character. Say for example, Swordsman. You control swords, from double to single, great to a fencing sword. Each of the Classes has a very large weakness to it. Like for example, Mage. You can deal damage attacks, but Mages' are more skilled in Healing, then damaged, their healing abilities are stronger then their Attacks. Making it difficult to be by one self." The reporter soon looked at the screen for a few more seconds. "Adalard has not responded to the feedback of the public, stocks are running out. Get yours today!". The live feed cuts out. You stand there, money in hand whilst sitting at a computer screen. Are you going to buy this game? What does it have in store for you?

Few Rules:
1. *YOU MUST* Post at LEAST once a day. I understand if you have family issues, stuff goes down, it happens. But if your absence persists, then I will not hesitate to use the boot.

2. Self Harm, Abuse of any sort needs to be toned down. People have lives and I do not want to hurt other's feelings regarding to something happening in there life, blah blah blah. Fade it out to black if you are to do that. If you are going to do that sort of roleplay, it has to incorporate both the Game and the Real life scenarios.
- EROTIC CONTENT applies to these rules. This ain't a porno people.

2. There can be as MANY of each class as you want.
-There has to be ONE of each class in order to start. I am taking the position of Bandit But there can be more bandits!

3. We're going to have one group that everyone joins. I call this "Team Inferno." The first part of the role play will consist on how everyone met, and what relationship they have. Then Adelard will give Team Inferno a few quests, bosses. He feels as if "Team Inferno" Is too powerful and needs to be toned down.

4. EVERYONE- I mean EVERYONE. Has to meet IN game, and OUT of game. You can develop relationships on both ends.
-Say for example, Otto and Clara. They ran into each other while getting off the school bus. Clara scolded Otto, and that's the end of their interaction. But in the game, they're star
-At some point of the role play, people can figure out that (For Example, "Otto" Turns out to be "James" in the game.) they actually have some sort of relationship in real life with these people.
5. Characters will all level up at the same pace, you can have a high ego, but that level one sword ain't going to do more damage on another level one sword.
6. FIGHTING is allowed.
7. Designs of your outfit has to be approved by me. The classes each say what they wear, etc. You can't change your outfit, unless the characters are given a piece of armor, whatever the heck happens. Then you can change it. Real life, you can change clothes.
8. Time passes by faster in game, for every (What feels like) five minutes, that's one in real life.

THE CLASSES

Archer: This class is pretty much what it seems. You have a bow, and a small dagger. Design of the bow starts off at the usual, wooden with string, Stone Dagger, the works. Archers usually wear cloaks with long sleeved tunics and to the knee pants.
Weaknesses: Close Range shots can't be that powerful, archers panic easily. Close Combat is also pretty dangerous. Swordsmasters and Mages' are very dangerous to fight against for Archers.
Strengths: Archers can shoot on horseback, from trees, buildings, etc. The sky is the limit. Literally. Don't test physics.
Swordsmaster: This class starts out with a sword, stone with leather handles. You can either have a double or a single, pull an Arya Stark and have a long and a short blade. Kylo Ren it, whatever the heck you want, it just can't be THAT powerful. Armor starts out leather, and as the role play goes, you are able to level up and gain better armor. These Swordsmasters have very long and strong attacks, that if you're caught in one.
Weaknesses: Long Range, Archers especially. Don't bring a sword to a gunfight.
Strengths: Close Combat, better if your character takes some sort of sword fighting class, since this game that Adelard has created is very close to it's physics, you can't really use a Wii remote and some buttons to instantly kill an animal, player, etc.
Bandit: Bandits are very diligent, they can climb and run fast. Their attacks are quick, but they don't deal a lot of damage. Bandits wear hoods and don't show their face, unless they choose to have their hood off. Bandits start out with a cloth cloak that runs to the back of the knee with a hood tied with a leather strap, leather chest piece and a leather boots.
Weaknesses: Archers and Mages
Strengths: Quick attacks, speed, and climbing.

Mage: Mages are very wise, they usually know more about the game then anyone. Mages wear a long cloak, that usually goes down to their heels. They have the same armor as a bandit, one chest and boots. Mages have stronger HEALING powers then attacks, so it isn't wise to fight as a Mage unless you put all of your fighting
Weaknesses: Close Range, attacks in general
Strengths: Long range, their magic can also allow an enemy to be poisoned.

Just to Forewarn you:

This Role play will or will not get boring, depending on the people who join. I have multiple scenarios that can play out. I will also be playing as the Game Developer Adelard Werner. He will be making some... Small Announcements during the game. Don't worry it won't get too crazy yet.
ALSO: You can't die in this game, there is a specific reason for that. Your "game" consists of small quests, a bit larger and some bosses. This is also quite helpful since you can ask for quests when bored/writers block.
