Personality: Nero is a fairly arrogant individual. He acts much like a "noble" and often feels he's better than other people. Interacting with people he often doesn't hold back and speaks his thoughts. He lacks tact and an often come off as heartless from the way he says things. Despite this, he does care about people and wants to help protect this world more than anything. He often will secretly help injured animals recover and release them back out to the world. However, one of these animals has decided NOT to leave him and follows Nero nearly everywhere. His cat Frisk.
History:
Nero grew up the son of two entrepreneurs. To say his family was wealthy would be an understatement. Nero was groomed to be a success. He was taught etiquette, the art of the deal, how to dance, and many other things. However, the fact that he excelled in these classes and he was constantly praised, Nero became arrogant. He started expecting to be great at anything he put his mind to and when people started to compliment him he began to act as if it was the natural order of things.
When it became apparent that he was an adept, Nero thought it only appropriate. He went to Souldew Academy, but despite having discovered his SP, without knowing how to properly wield it, he was thoroughly trounced by the second year for his advancement test. Frustrated by the defeat, Nero set out to clear that blemish from his record. He learned how to use his power to a greater extent and didn't lose a duel again. He continues to maintain himself as the "ideal" adept despite his obvious personality faults.
As for his vengeance, he's since fought the now third year and managed to overcome her, but only once. He feels satisfied to have achieved this and considers this third year the only person equal to him within the school outside of the teachers.
