Whatever she takes the form of has a whitish tint to it, whether it be whiter hair or a sort of white aura.

Backstory:

Born to a beat cop and receptionist, Noire grew up originally being taught to respect the police, support them during even the direst of times, and to follow the laws that were put in place to protect people. Her father spent countless hours singing some kind of stupid tune that went, ‘Evildoers beware!” followed by lines she couldn’t remember, trying to instill in his daughter respect for the law that seemingly no children had at that point.

Of course, it didn’t work. All it took was the convincing words of a local small time gang leader to persuade her to join up with him and his gang. It wasn’t much at first, just a bunch of pre-teens and teenagers spray painting walls and hanging out in a small shack in the leader’s backyard that the called, ‘The Place’. It wasn’t until the leader, filled with day dreams of ‘going legit’ that they began the serious crimes. Stealing from adult, competing with other small time gangs for territory, and stealing shit from everybody, Noire soon found her own parents disowning her, leaving her to spend most times at ‘The Place’ with a sleeping bag.

Although she wasn’t the strongest of her gang, Noire quickly forced herself to become a sort of strategist for the group, attempting to teach herself strategy and self-control. In any other gang, she would have been kicked out immediately for her poor job as strategist, but she was all they had. Although it took four years, she eventually managed to become a great strategist, learning how to get what she wanted from a conversation and such. Due to this, the small time gang began to slowly but gradually rise through the ranks underground. With each victory or loss, Noire would learn a little bit more, only making her better at her job. Although the leader was still the figurehead for the gang, it soon became clear to anybody who met her that Noire was the real leader.

She was prepared to spend the rest of her prime slowly taking over Hong Kong…until that is, they were busted by a bunch of fucking teachers from St. Francis claiming to be trying to hand out ‘scholarships’ (Kidnapping kids to join their school). Thought they initially tried to fight back, it was a very one sided fight considering the teachers were much more experienced and trained. Although some of her gang mates managed to escape, Noire was one of the first to be caught, and almost immediately being thrown into St. Francis to be ‘educated’…

Yay.

Theme Song+Why:

Beyond the fact that the song constantly repeats her general thought process when meeting new people of, ‘don’t be nice, because then you look weak.’ The constant flow of rather clever wordplays can be seen as a sort of stand in for her intelligence, that paired with the constant paradoxes and hypocritical thinking could be seen as her constant shifting of presentation when trying to get what she wants…
