They are both at their maximum potential. So Ichigo at the end of Bleach and Naruto at the end of Shippuden.

This would be difficult to say then as Bleach isn't over yet mangawise.


But if you mean anime wise I'd have to go with Naruto. As they ended bleach early, he isn't all mountain exploding levels of power. Whereas Naruto beat what amounted to a literal reality warping god.

On the note of the Naruto/Ichigo topic, since no one specified that they had to win in a battle (which was just implied from the typical circumstances of this topic), I'd say Naruto would become lifelong friends with Ichigo after a few punches


Also, Naruto would eat a lot more ramen. A lot.
