Chase walked away with Serenity and held her close. "Are you okay?" He asked hesitantly in his husky voice.


He hasn't spoken since the breakup, so he was pretty quiet while he spoke.

 

[Narumi]

Serenity looks down and nods lightly as she stayed close to him, gently slipping her hand into his whilst giving it a squeeze. "I-I'm sorry" She says softly. "For everything...." She mumbles, close to tears.

 

[Snowfeather]

Chase pulls her closer and squeezes her hand. "It's okay. All better now." He whispered as he kissed her head once.

 

[Narumi]

Serenity went through the day, she felt much happier being around him then when she was lonely before, she talked to him as normal, like things were gettig better. She was rather glad things were working out. "Wanna go to the mall after school? Just me and you?" She asks, softly.

Chase felt better. He held her whenever he could, spoke whenever he managed to. He was with her, and he was happy. He smiled. "Why not?" He whispered. He kissed her forehead and held her tightly around her waist. "Anything for my princess."

 

[Narumi]

Serenity smiles, she had held his hand the entire way to the mall. She had bought them ice creams at an ice cream shop and made sure not to take forever in clothes shops, buyi her own clothes and letting him go to his own shops too.

Chase had a good time. He held her hand and sometimes got brave enough to kiss her cheek. He loved to see her running down the ailes and looking through the racks. It made him happy. When they came into one of his stores, he was feeling more like himself. He tried on some jeans and she even forced him into a suit. He admitted, he looked damn good. "I like this one." He said as he posed in the mirror. He was wearing a dark blue suit. Serenity was holding a few bags and then smiles. "You look great in it" She complimented and smiles again. Since they were nearing the end of their school years there would be a prom/graduation party in a few weeks. She had already bought an outfit for that.

Chase smirked. He changed back and then bought the suit. "Anything else? Perhaps Starbucks?" He asked as they walked out of the store. He carried the bags since he didn't want her to.

 

[Narumi]

Serenity nods and smiles softly. "Sure. What would you like? I'll pay" she says softly to him.

Chase shook his head. "No, it's on me." He said as they walked inside. He told her to sit and then asked what she wanted. He nodded and then walked over to the counter. The cashier smiled and giggled as he spoke, trying to flirt with him. He was NOT interested.


Blake walked inside and stormed over to Chase. He shoved Chase and he fell. "What the hell mate?!" Chase yelled as he got up. Blake growled and tried to grab him, but Chase dodged and picked him up by his shirt.

 

[Narumi]

Serenity watches and then was slightly shocked when she saw Blake. Why was he here? How did he know that they were going to the mall? She watches to two and quickly pretends to be much more interested in the napkins, not wanting to be sucked into the entire drama,

Blake tried to kick Chase but even at his weakest, he was still stronger than Blake. Chase put him down and shoved him. "Leave off." He growled.


Blake hesitated, but stormed out of the cafe. Chase turned back to the shocked cashier. "Thank you love." He said as he took the drinks. He motioned for Serenity to come as he walked out.

 

[Narumi]

Serenity picked up her bags and then stood up, wandering off with him. She looks over a him and then links arms with him gently.

 

[Snowfeather]

Chase looked in front of him, his face hard and his strides long. He slowed down when she linked their arms. He sighed and relaxed. "Sorry love." He whispered.

 

[Narumi]

Serenity shook her head and kisses his cheek lightly. "It's alright" She says gently. Soon enough, once they had driven back to her house, she kisses him gently on the lips. "See you at school tomorrow, I hope you studied for our final exam, it's going to be a big one" She says softly to him.

Chase smiled and then almost fell forward. He looked over at her. "Crap..." He said as he hit the steering wheel. He sighed. "Well.... I'm screwed.." He muttered.

 

[Narumi]

Serenity smiles. "You can come inside, my parents won't mind. I'll help you study" She says softly.

 

[Snowfeather]

Chase shook his head. "No it's fine. I'll improvise." He assured her. He kissed her forehead before sitting up straight.

 

[Narumi]

Serenity blushes and then nods. She kisses him on the lips once more and then for our of the car, waving goodbye as she rushed up to her house. She was glad they were getting along a lot more now, things weren't so great when they weren't together.


The following morning, Serenity began to prep for school. She arrived early, so she could study in the library.

Chase smiled and drove off. He went home. He sat up until 3 am and studied as best as he could, but in the end, even 1 + 1 didn't make sense. He drank some more of his red bull and gave up.


The following morning he woke up just in time to get to school. He didn't fix his morning hair and just put a beanie on. He dressed and got on his motorcycle.

Serenity thought she did well in the test. She was always well educated, and often did well on tests. After the test was over she felt a lot more relaxed, school would be over in a few weeks and she would finally be able to move to her new house. Her house was bought by her parents.

 

[Snowfeather]

As Chase walked out of the classroom he groaned. Dylan came up behind him and laughed, hitting his back. "How did it go?" He asked. Chase only groaned again.


Dylan laughed and walked away. Chase came to his locker and opened it, but it was immediately slammed shut as a girl pressed up against it, biting her lip seductively. "Abigail.." He growled. She giggled.


"Yes baby" she asked, acting innocent. Chase only shoved her away and opened his locker.
