Personality:
Having long since passed the need to steal for money or food, Naomi simply steals as a matter of professionalism. It's an art to her, and so she makes a point to be good at it. One of her unbreakable rules is that she never kills, and she claims this is because only amateur thieves need to take lives, but in truth there are simply some crimes her conscience won't let her commit. Her lifestyle has resulted in her becoming very slow to trust others. She has zero sense of honor, and will not hesitate to trick, flee, lie, cheat, or steal to gain the advantage.

Though she's been taught by the best (and more or less only) airbenders in the world, she's only been with them for a short time. She has, however, developed a few techniques of her own, specifically for her career as a thief. These techniques include using airbending to deafen/mute enemies and stop herself from making noise, suction-fields to help her hands and feet stick to walls, or finely-controlled airbending to lift small objects such as keys or treasure.

Naomi prefers to fight barehanded, but wields a plethora of various gadgets and devices. Smoke bombs, cables to swing from, etc.
Bio:
Already a prominent thief long before Harmonic Convergence, Naomi truly came into her own when she spontaneously gained airbending. At first she was exceptionally skilled at hiding her powers, but once the Air Nomads began to send requests for students, she decided it could be incredibly useful. For years she studied under Tenzin and the other Air Nomads. She often asked to learn more about mobility and conflict-avoidance techniques, rather than fighting, which pleased her teachers - they didn't know the reason she wanted to avoid conflict was so she could elude the authorities and sneak into highly secured areas. And then, feeling she had all she needed, she left without a word, leaving the Nomads uncertain and uneasy about her fate. Of course, once word spread of a wingsuited thief that knew airbending, it didn't take long for them to realize they'd been used. As of now, she's highly wanted by both the Air Nomads and the Republic City police force.
