Moru is a very distant grand-nibling to Mamoru Chiba's adoptive parents- they aren't really royalty, but they're aware that somewhere in their heritage, they're related to the Royal Family. They don't think much of it, however- they have much more important things to do. With a love of sports and a shot at Nationals in track and field, Moru has more important things to worry about than how royal their blood is.  A fiery personality, they're friendly and resourceful, and they're almost annoyingly stubborn. They won't take no for an answer, and they're insatiably curious.

When not in class or running, they're off in the library, reading history books and looking over art books, hoping to pursue their dream of becoming an architect, and designing buildings for the Royal Court. A bit of a pipe dream, but Moru isn't one to consider the reality of their dreams, they're one to pursue them until they become reality.
