[Mortal Sin & Highflyer] Ghostly Encounters

Raymond paced back and forth in the kitchen, muttering to himself while doing so. For the past month a group of people had been working around the clock inside his house, renovating and getting it ready for a new owner. He had never been more furious in his life... Well, death. The last owners had at least appreciated the old decorative feel to the place, but after he scared of the last owner it became increasingly more difficult to find a willing buyer. The real estate agent had stopped telling people about his death and hired a renovation manager who completely turned the place upside down. Raymond kicked at the oven and his foot passed right through it. Contrary to popular belief, it took an insane amount of energy for him to be able to move things or become solid, and if he did that then he be incapable of being visible for a solid 4 hours. So instead he stuck to angrily punching and kicking the air.

Moving into the attic, Raymond stared out the window at the woman approaching, apparently he had missed the memo that today was moving day. He raised his hand and pressed it to the window gently, hoping to get her attention and scare her off before she had the chance to even see the interior. After 30 seconds, he allowed himself to go invisible and floated gently down to study the woman closer.

Amelia had a big smile on her face, it was the first time she would be seeing the new house. She hadn't noticed the figure in the window when she was taking in the exterior of the place, she felt a slight chill in the air but she didn't pay any mind to it due to her over excitement. Amelia made her way up the porch and inside the house, she had most of the furniture moved in from what she could afford and what she brought from her parents' house.

Amelia walked into the living room and laid down on her couch it had been a long day for her and she needed to rest for a bit before she started to get settled into her new home. This day had been one of the best days in her life, she's finally on her own and can almost do anything she likes. The house wasn't the biggest but it was big for a single person to live in the home.

(Sorry for the super late reply >.<)
