The twins were forced to live on the streets because neither side of their family wanted them because they were neither Siren nor Veela. The two had to fend for themselves, because they were left with nothing but the clothes on their back, Morgana ended up watching her brother become a stripper/whore to provide for them, she hated it so much, but knew he was only doing what he could for her. Eventually as time went on, they were able to afford a small apartment with a single bedroom, Merlin made her take the room as he slept on the couch whenever he had his days off, she made a wish on their 14th birthday that something would change. And change it did, the two of them were send letters, acceptance letters no less from a school, but not just any school. Beauxbatons Academy of Magic, Morgana was stunned while Merlin was ecstatic for his sister and for himself because they would finally be able have somewhere proper to live instead of the seedy small apartment they currently had.[/COLOR]
