[The Black Reaper]

This RP is about a group of students that attend the infamous boarding school known as Tokikaze Academy. Why is it infamous? Because it's best know for taking in the best, and the worst, that the world has to offer. From students who have the intellect of someone ten years their senior, to ones who are known for their great physical prowess, whether it be in football, basketball, soccer, swimming, kendo or martial arts, to ones that have a wrap sheet the length of their arm, and just about anything in between. In fact, the only thing that would keep someone from being sent to this school, is if they were relatively normal. Located far outside Tokyo, in a very rural part of Japan, this learning institute is designed to house two thousand students, and is equipped to teach them everything from Calculus, engineering and chemistry, to life planning, the economy and world history.


You are either one of the five new students arriving by train, or one of the five students who have attended the school for a year or more. In other words, there are only ten slots for RP'ers.

Bio-Gin Mohto is best known for two things, the first being his slacker attitude, and the second being that he's the son of the chief of police himself, Yamato Mohto. Having been born into the Mohto family, everyone expected him to follow in his father's footsteps, if not reaching the rank of chief, then at least joining the force, just like he had with his father before him and his father before him, and so on and so forth. However, from a young age, Gin showed absolutely no interest in becoming an officer of the law, in fact, as he grew up, he didn't show much of an interest in anything at all, with the one exception of art. He loved to draw, and could be caught doing so at just about any time, there was also the equal chance you'd catch him napping, as that was the only other thing he loved to do.


That didn't stop his family from putting him through all kinds of physical and mental training though, not to mention drilling all the procedures an officer of the law must know into his head, so that he could bypass police academy and enter into the force with nothing more than a written test once he was old enough to become eligible for recruitment. And while Gin went along with it, he never tried harder than he need to, never showed any passion for any of it, and ditched out on whatever he could, whenever he could. This lazy mindset of his made him the black sheep of the family by the time he turned fourteen, which was when the rest of his relatives urged his father to switch focus from him to his younger brother, Hikaru, who actually did want to grow up to become an officer.


Yamato was unsure of this, but when Gin himself came to him one day, and told him that he didn't want this, that he didn't want to join the police force, that was what made up the man's mind. So he began to train Hikaru, but not before asking Gin exactly what he wanted, and when he answered that he simply wanted to draw, his father understood, and soon after enrolled him in an art school. This didn't work out, as he didn't put enough effort into enough classes, only really trying in a few of them. He was sent to a couple other art schools after that, however, it was always the same problem. Eventually, Yamato didn't have much choice but to send his son to Tokikaze academy, and since the fifteen year old didn't seem to have any problem with going to said school, he was shipped off a week later.


Since enrolling in Tokikaze Academy, Gin's kept a mostly low profile, but just about everyone knows who he is, seeing as he's the son of the chief of police.

Dislikes-Weak people, whiners, anyone who doesn't do as he tells them, backtalk, girls who refuse his advances and homosexuals.


Bio-Takashi was born into one of the most feared Yakuza families, led by his father, one Kuzan Borsalino. On top of that, his mother was a half Chinese, half Italian who had resided in Italy for most of her life, who was also a very influential member of the mafia there. His conception was the result of tryst the two had one night, when she was in Japan on vacation. Nine months later he was born, and when Kuzan found out, he tried to broker a deal for his child, so that he'd have an heir, however the negotiations soured quickly. Angered by this, seeing it as a personal insult towards him, as well as keeping his son from him, he set a trap.


A few months later, he flew her and her father, the head of their mafia family, into Japan, to try one last time to make a deal. Only, when they arrived at his home, they, as well as all of their bodyguards, were massacred, only the baby surviving. This started a war between the Borsalino family, and Takashi's birth mother's family, that would last for a few years. When it ended, the Borsalino family came out on top, only losing a few influential members from the clash, while the other family was all but wiped out.


This gave Kuzan a major ego boost, which the man passed onto his son, as he began to teach him everything he knew. He taught him the way of the family, his own personal life philosophy, anything and everything. He also pampered his son, giving him anything and everything he wanted, so long as he continued to show promise in becoming the next head of the family that is. So, the boy did his best to excel in everything he was taught, from hand to hand combat, shakedowns, heists and weapons training, to learning the infrastructure of their family and the etiquette required for dealing with families of similar or higher status.


Since he showed such promise in every area, he was never denied anything, and when someone did have the guts to deny him, the Borsalino family would either force them to comply, or take them out of the picture entirely. This led to him becoming even more arrogant than his father in his later teen years, but so long as he didn't talk back to him, Kuzan didn't care.


One day though, Takashi took things too far in public, all but molesting a slightly younger girl than himself, and then threatening her with a pistol he was carrying with him when she fought back. He was, of course, picked up by the police shortly after. Kuzan's hands were tied on the matter, as the girl turned out to be the daughter of a pretty high ranking official. With bribes out the ass, and a lot of greased palms though, one alternative to prison time was opened up, enrollment in Tokikaze Academy. Takashi didn't get much choice in the matter, and was shipped off to the school in a matter of days, so as to let the tension fade, and for everything to cool down.


Takashi decided to make the best of it though, using his family's wealth, power and political influence to take over the school, doing so in only a matter of a year's time. From then on, he was king of the castle, he ruled Tokikaze Academy, and no one dared get in his way, not even the faculty.


That was two years ago...

Bio-There isn't really any info on Kuro's past, even the school documents only have his medical history, nothing else attached to his file relating to him before he attended the academy other than that. And when asked directly, the teen will merely say, "The past is the past, there's no need for it in the present."

Bio-Modoka, being the daughter of the illustrious Gonzo Nasukasa, otherwise known as the Prime Minister of Japan, has been treated like royalty her entire life. Therefor, she's always been given anything and everything she's ever wanted, and hasn't worked for so much as a dime in her life. And she has abused that fact since she was eight years old, forcing everyone to do things her way, or else. If they didn't comply, she'd rant about her father being the prime minister, and that she was his little princess, so you had to do anything she told you to because of that. Usually they'd either get in line and comply, or their parents would force them to. The only person that ever dared to tell her no and get away with it, was her own father. And with her vain, messed up personality, it ate at her every time he did. Whenever it happened though, she would simply focus on everyone that would head her every beck and call, and run them into the ground until she felt better.


This vanity of hers eventually got her into trouble, as one day, when a foreign ambassador had arrived at her home, to talk with her father about something urgent, she commanded him to fetch her something to eat, as he and she were the only ones in the room at the time. He was confused at first, but when she repeated herself, he seemed to understand, and tried to explain to her who he was. Her simple response was that she didn't care, and that no matter who you are, you had to do what she told you, because she was the prime minister's daughter, she then proceeded to demand that he get her something to eat at once. All he could do was gawk at her in response, disbelieving of the gall she had to say such a thing.


She was of course upset by his noncompliance, and prepared to order him to listen to her, when her father walked into the room. When he asked what was going on, Modoka whined to him, as if she was entirely innocent in the matter, that the ambassador wouldn't do as she had told him to. He was understandably shocked by her words, and when asked to repeat them, she did, and on top of that she also explained what she had demanded he do. Things didn't go well for her after that, as after Gonzo profusely apologized to the foreign ambassador, he took away all of her things, her jewelry, her expensive knickknacks, her television, her cellphone and her computer, before grounding her. Never having had him talk to her like that before, she was at a loss as to what to do, so, emotion overwhelming her, she threw a fit. Needless to say, throwing a fit was the worst thing she could have done.


No less than a month later, she was shipped off to Tokikaze Academy.


At first, she didn't know what to do with herself at the school. But once word got around as to who she was, she felt the intoxicating power that she once had return full force, as people fell over themselves to please her. Taking full advantage of this, she once again began to order everyone around like lapdogs, and they all rushed off to do as they were told. Using this, she tried to take over the school, and she would have succeeded too, if it wasn't for Takashi Borsalino, who beat her outright for the spot of ruler of the school. Knowing who he was and what family he came from didn't exactly deter her, rather it was the memory of what happened when she tried to boss someone around with a great deal of power, political or otherwise, that kept her from trying. Learning from her mistake, she forged a truce with him, that while he was the boss, she was the next rung down the ladder, which gave her influence over everyone in the school. The only one with more authority than her from that point on, was Takashi, and she could live with that...for awhile.

Bio-Not much is known about her past, other than that she's an orphan and a prodigy, which was why she was allowed in at such a young age, having attended her first year at the school only a month after her thirteenth birthday.
