  in the utopia verse, giorgio belli plays as ulysses lombardi, a mutant living in sentinel city and a hitman for the myriad guild (to which he is the nephew of the founder). he can be considered ambitious, extroverted, selectively-respectful, curious, and honest. however, he can also be argumentative, narcissistic, selfish, exploitative, and adulterous. his mutant ability is voice mimicry.*
  
  * he can mimic any voice of his choosing that he hears around him. limitations include not being able to mimic frequencies that are too high or too low without temporary vocal strain or loss and he can't mimic alternative means of communication such as audio recordings or languages he isn't familiar with.
