Personality: David Vic, a hardened career soldier, often displays a calm and collected demeanor. He buries his emotions deep inside himself, causing some to see him as cold and uncaring. This intimidating air serves as a professional mask. In the rare occasions he's allowed to drop the act, he proves to be a warm, even affable man with a great love for life, and a sanguine sense of humor. His work experience has largely conditioned him to work in solitude, as such it may take some time before he is used to being a part of a formal team. He is generally eager to teach both his methods of combat and infiltration as well as bits of his personal philosophy. Altogether, he is the human connection to the larger organization which treats its members as a resource.
Bio: Born in 1972 to a middle-class family in Oregon, young David was a man who loved to learn about the world, its history and peoples. Not being able to afford university, David instead joined the United States Army, where, despite his bookish interests, he thrived. Proving himself the most capable recruit in all fields during training, he was then moved to the Green Berets. Making a name for himself as possibly the single greatest infiltration agent in military history, David operated in the field for many years under the codename "Snake". This was until a still-classified incident during a mission resulted in several medical complications, relegating him to early retirement in 2005. David only maintained contact with the military by occasionally consulting on new special forces units. He was summoned out of retirement after ten years of building himself back up to train the new Metahuman taskforce unit. Though he does not fully agree with the decision, he still goes along with it, whether that is out of moral obligation or a sense of duty is unknown.

Powers: Will has always had the ability to manipulate metal, although it relies on electrical impulses in his brain and his regular skull was not a good conductor and his range was so short it was never noticed. With the titanium plate, as well as it's location, right over the cerebellum (the part of the brain that makes your body able to move), It expanded to encompass all items that are titanium or titanium alloy within 10 feet of him. He can telekenetically use these as projectiles so he had 8 titanium blades specially made. They're light weight, easy to use and wickedly sharp. He uses them as rotating wisps of blades more than capable of severing limbs and to quickly block most light projectiles and small caliber bullets.



-If the percentage of titanium that was used in a near by alloy is below 30%, he cannot use it. He'll feel like he can, but will only find he can't when his powers suddenly don't work.
- Getting shocked at even a non-deadly voltage could fry his brain due to the metal plating.
- The accident set one eye ever so slightly further back in the socket than the other. It was fixed best the doctors could to save his eye, but his depth perception is absolutely terrible and he has to wear his glasses or contacts in order to read effectively.

Strengths: (2-3)
  • Independent personality- he is completely fine being on his own and working out his own plans by himself and doesn't need much human interaction.
  • Intelligent- Will is a smart man, well smart enough to figure out most puzzles and is incredibly difficult to bullshit.
  • Peak physical condition- He was going to go Olympic, of course he is healthy
  • Overwhelmingly good understanding of his abilities- Due to sheer boredom Will has spent time hammering his focus on learning his new abilities after the accident. He put as much time as he would have into skating into mastering his abilities since he'd likely never compete again. There's very little left he doesn't know he can do meaning he knows his limitations pretty well.
Weaknesses: (2-3)
  • Grumpy, Grouchy, Abrasive Asshole.- He is incredibly difficult to get along with as the accident changed him. He is unable to do what he wants in life so to him, his life is over. It changed him into a cold, rude person who just doesn't like to get along with anyone. Deep down he can still be nice and charming but it's like pulling teeth to get to it. He is also very defiant of authority. No one orders him around, if he does what someone asks of him it is only because he thinks somewhat highly of them. Although, he gets along best with those that are nothing like him. The more submissive, kind and outgoing type.
  • Alcoholism- Following life altering tragedies, sadly the bottle can soothe the sorrows for a little while. Mission at midnight? Good chance he will be three sheets to the wind sloshed.
  • Unstable- Being left alone is not a good thing for Will as his mental health is in complete shambles. His life was ruined, now he sees himself as a freak of nature and a social pariah among the skating community that refuses to allow him to compete. The loss of his dream has led to him crumbling into pieces from the inside out.

Personality:
Will is a sock drawer of emotions at the moment. Deep down he is still the caring person he was before his accident, but right now he's in a rough spot that has been the result of years of self loathing and drinking himself into a belligerent nightmare of a person. He hides his fragile true personality with layers of angst, sarcasm, insults and general ass-holery perhaps to protect himself from any more pain. He is catty, bitchy and kind of acts like a high school mean girl at times. He works to push people away when he really needs them closer. He is difficult to get a long with, abrasive and callous but once someone gets past that he can begin to be somewhat kind... or at least not as mean. Friendship is hard for him, but not impossible, with enough work someone might get lucky enough to crack his hard exterior.

The touchy subject is the accident. He was a professional, a master at his trade. The accident ruined him in his mind and he feels he is useless if he can't do what he loves to do.

Background:
Will was the next promising face of the ice skating world. He was talented, young and going places no 17 year old had ever been before. He was being groomed to go Olympics level one day but suffered a terrible accident in a practice ring. Eariler that day someone had accidentally spilled some water on one part of the ice making it slightly uneven... and Will's skate found the one notch in the ice and sent him into the ice, back of the head first.

His skull was splintered in the back and he was rushed to the hospital, nearly dead, but they managed to keep him alive with no permanent brain damage and replaced the broken part of his skull with a titanium plate. He looked normal and felt great but something was strange. When he got around certain metal objects his ears would ring ever so slightly untill he backed off of it. And then it happened that one day he got so irritated with the ringing he shouted in rage. A near by titanium screw lifted itself off the table and went flying across the room.

Will was shocked but was determined to try again. He found that he could manipulate certain metals, namely titanium and it's alloys which are very commonly found in most industries that a cheap yet durable metal is needed.

Personality: Alesia is incredibly upbeat and seems to only know how to be happy it isn’t unlikely those who know Alesia to fear the end of the world when she isn’t smiling from ear to ear. While she is friendly Alesia is also extremely blunt about things the word “subtle” doesn’t exist in her vocabulary. If she doesn’t like someone or something she will not hesitate to tell people. Being a extrovert Alesia prefers being around people and is actually dependent on having someone to hang out and talk to. It’s this mindset that causes her to latch onto any friends she ends up making. If it wasn’t already clear Alesia has an intense fear of being alone and if left on her own for a extended period of time will attempt to cope with such loneliness by talking to herself, (a clone). Alesia has a strong desire to help others and will often put the needs of others over her own. Need a drink? That's fine Alesia wasn't going to drink that water. Hungry? Well you can just have this sandwich she was saving.

Bio: Growing up on an island Alesia actually didn't have many friends and often found it hard to make friends among the children. She felt incredibly lonely, until one day she while talking to herself in the mirror her reflection talked back. Alesia took a step back to find it wasn't her mirror talking, but another Alesia she showed her parents and they were in complete shock as to what to do. They decided they wouldn't think of the clone any different from the real Alesia, without even trying to Alesia accidentally made the clone vanish. With some practice Alesia learned to create more clones and even began to use them to help her with chores and helping out the others on the island. Many were thankful to her and Alesia found her power helped her make so many friends, before she even realized it she was friends with almost everyone. Then one day a ship came ashore full of men with guns and they began to order around the villagers, the men had chose the island cause it was out of the way from any law enforcement letting them set up a drug cartel there. Alesia who was 14 at the time decided she didn't want her home to become some drug cartel's hideout. In the cover of night she with the help of her clones took down the cartel finding she very easily over powered them with the help of her clones. The ten of them even pushing the ship full of unconscious drug cartel back into the ocean. The praise she reciceved and the warm feeling in her chest made Alesia sure she wanted to do this more she wanted to help as many people as possible.

Power: Army of One!-Alesia can create up to ten copies of herself all of which are only slightly less durable than Alesia herself, when a clone takes too much damage it will fade away. When Alesia and a clone work together their strength is multiplied by the number of clones helping. If she and a clone work together their power is doubled, three and it’s triple, etc. Any clone with have whatever Alesia herself had when she created them this includes, wounds, items, clothing, and markings.

Strength: Alesia can achieve great strength thanks to her clones working with her all ten are capable of lifting a bus.
Alesia is a great people person and is capable of dealing with most people rather well.
Alesia's clones ensure she is never alone in a battle

Weakness: If the clones get split up they all will have the same strength of one Alesia.
Alesia doesn't really have much combat training and thus relies on numbers and raw power to win.
Each clone can be killed if they are given a strong enough hit.

Physical Appearance:
Luke is very tall, reaching 6'3". He is rather thin, almost lanky looking. He weighs about 200 Ibs. His hair is kept in a messy style, and reaches just past his chin in the front and shorter in the back. He has dark blue eyes, though the grey fog of his disability gives them a silvery hue. He is very pale, with sporadic freckles. He never tans, just burns and then is just white again. Due to his passion being music, he never was in to sports. His muscular build being.... Average. Both his parents being overweight with health problems, he strived to be healthy but as far a strength, he didn't care. He has no scars to speak of, other than the loss of his parents.
Clothing: He hates it when his clothes look tattered. Just because he cannot see the world (properly) doesn't mean they cannot see him. He usually wears black slacks with a simple button up shirt. On missions, he wears all black for camouflage reasons. He also wears a locket he found going through his parents stuff. He considers it his most prized possession. It has an image of both his parents in it.
Personality: Luke can be very stand offish, often using sarcasm to keep people an arms distance away. Paranoia over what might happen to him if his powers were discovered has avoided him from making friends or seeking a love interest. Due to this, he is a very lonely man. It is not overly difficult to get him to talk though, the sarcasm and rudeness coming in when he realizes whoever might care for him. He was raised to be a gentleman, and can be very chivalrous. He is very strong in the" ladies first." with a somewhat old fashioned mind, (male takes care of female) he has insulted more than one by just trying to be nice. He loves to show off his musical talent, and is generally cheerful and kind hearted. He tries very, very hard to be selfless. Unfortunately, he has discovered he is afraid of dieing. He would do anything to keep himself alive.
He tries to stay away from sweets, due to the overweight problems his parents had.
However, he has a weakness for cheesecake. He just can never seem to say no.
Bio: Lukas was born and raised in a small town in Oregon, USA. His parents were both artists, working from home. His father was a well known wood worker. Able to carve or build furniture. His mother was a painter. His father was able to make enough money to support all three of them. They were devastated when Luke was born, to learn he was completely blind. His eyes were clouded over, but they could still see the unusual dark blue eyes of his mother. They loved him nonetheless, and were overjoyed when they learned of his natural musical talent. Being artists themselves, they got him into any sort of tutor they could to enhance his natural talent. As a child, he hated it. Now that he is grown, he loves to lose himself in his music. There has not been an instrument he could not figure out yet.

He learned of his powers very young, having always had them. His parents always thought it was unusual how well he moved around, like he COULD see. They were frightened when they saw him playing with the shadows. Creating balls, marbles, or any other toy. They, afraid of losing their only child, conditioned him to hide his powers. He grew, using his shadows to see everything, though everything is just black shapes to him. His parents died when he was 17, on their way to some art show. He chose to stay behind, due to school. It devastated him, and he still struggles with the loss. 4 years later, he has become a recluse of sorts. Living on his own, with no family or friends. He was not prepared to be snatched up and dragged to become part of some special service team. He was an artist, not a fighter. Due to his blindness, he stayed away from fights. His powers have a lot of potential with the right training, which he is unwilling to do. He is easily frightened, though is not necessarily a coward. He just needs a push.
General Powers: controls shadows
-- Further Observations:
Avantages: Lukas Ramon has amazing control over the dark. Not only does he use them to' see' but he can manipulate them to his will. He can construct anything he wants from them, and is able to solidify them and evaporate them. He is able to send bits of shadow into light, as well as use them to' carry' things from one place to another. Everything he creates is completely black. And as long as he doesn't evaporate an object, others can handle them as well. The key is the object must stay in the shadow.
Disadvantages: Luke's ability to see is limited. He can only see clearly in the shadow he is directly connected to, making him see furthest at night. He does not need his walking cane at night, and can even safely drive. During the day, though, his sight is not nearly as good. With shadows he is not directly connected to, he can sense it but his sight is very foggy. As long as there is a crack or gap in a wall, he can see the other side, if it is dark.
His ability to create things is limited by his knowledge. He has to know what he is making. The more complex the item (I.e a key) the longer it takes for him to create. Simple things like a marble he can make instantaneous. If he had to make a unfamiliar key, he would have to be given time to study the lock and more time to make and solidify the key itself. Process could be sped up if given the proper training.
His ability to lift things using the shadows is limited by his physical strength. Everything is about twice as heavy then if he were to pick it up himself. (I.e 2 pounds feels like 4 and so on). This can cause him to completely pass out.
People can handle objects he has created, but he can dissipate it at any time. And if it gets too far away, it just vanishes. Also, taking it into a lit area causes him pain, and he can end up with a migraine.
Given the proper training, he could be very dangerous. He has no desire to explore the full capabilities he has, as he just want to focus on his musical career.
If he was somehow put into a room with no shadow at all, (even his own) he would be nothing more than a blind man.

-Served four 12 month tours of duty, twice in Afghanistan, once in Iraq and Iran respectively.

-Took part in several major operations under United States military jurisdiction, most notably "Operation Firebrand".

-Honorably discharged from the Marines after receiving a gun shot wound to the spinal column, during the siege of Arahara Khandi.

-Recruited by the private military organization "Black Hawks", under the promise of receiving cybernetic braces that would allow him to walk again.

-With the aid of the cybernetic braces, Jordan led an elite team of special "Ghost" operatives, with extensive missions in Bolivia, Saudi Arabia, Russia and the Korean peninsula.

-Garnering special recognition from Black Hawks, Jordan was selected to be the test pilot for an experimental exo suit prototype, specifically designed to combat meta human threats.



Strengths:

- Jordan has received extensive military training both under the United States Marines, as well as the Black Hawks PMC. As a result, he is an expert marksman, and highly proficient with most forms of firearms. He is also quite skilled in CQC.

-Having served four tours of duty with the Marines, and undertaking multiple "Off the books" missions for the Black Hawks, Jordan has a vast amount of experience in the field.

-He is a soldier first and foremost, and as such, knows how to follow orders.

-Possesses above average combat instincts, even among military personnel.

-Has shown the ability to work in a unit, and has no issues utilizing squad tactics.


-Due to the nature of most of his missions in Black Hawks, Jordan has a great deal of experience in stealth and recon behind enemy lines.


Weaknesses:

- Jordan suffers from a standard case of PTSD common among military veterans, and his mood swings can often times be problematic.

-Due to his injuries suffered in the siege of Arahara Khandi, Jordan is a paraplegic, and cannot physically walk without cybernetic assistance.

-Despite having lead his own squad in Black Hawks, Jordan is very much more comfortable when following, rather than leading. While he can occasionally show leadership potential, it is unwise to place him at the head of a team for an extended period of time.


-Due to the nature of the W.A.R. Suit he wears in the field, if worn for an excessive amount of time, it can drain his stamina to a dangerous degree.

-He is, at the end of the day, human. If his battlesuit is overpowered or stripped away from him, he is extremely vulnerable.


Personality:

- Due to his PTSD, Jordan can show anti social tenancies. He has also been known to snap at squadmates for various reasons, but never towards a superior officer.

- Despite his mood swings, Jordan is fully capable of putting his emotions aside for the sake of the mission.

- Due to his past experiences, Jordan often times prioritizes the mission above civilian lives. This particular mannerism can be avoided by the superior officer, as Jordan WILL follow orders.


W.A.R. BATTLE SUIT, V 1.05

-The W.A.R. Battle Suit is a truly one of a kind set of battle armor, developed specifically to combat meta human threats.

-The suit is made out of titanium dipped triweave, hybridized with kevlar and several underlayers of impact gel. The W.A.R. suit is nearly invulnerable to most standard issue combat knives, can withstand direct shots from small arms fire, glancing shots from high caliber rounds, and can even withstand blows from limited super strength metahumans.

-The battle suit is completely air tight with its own oxygen supply, as well as several advanced breathing filters, allowing the wearer to survive deep in the ocean, or even in the vacuum of space for several hours. This also provides a near immunity to most forms of harmful gasses, and even high doses of radiation.

-The wrist computer on the W.A.R. suit is kitted out with several different applications, from a limited remote hacking device, a communications array, standard GPS and even a motion tracker that can scan up to two miles.

-The mask has several different vision modes, including night vision, infrared vision and a heart beat monitor.

-Two four foot long retractable titanium wrist blades are housed in the gauntlets, allowing for deadly close quarters combat.

-A wrist mounted grapple launcher is also fitted into the right gauntlet, allowing for relative ease when scaling buildings.

-The cybernetics inside the W.A.R. suit increases the wearer's strength and speed to slightly beyond peak human limits, though it is still not enough to go toe to toe with some of the more powerful metahumans.

-A prototype cloaking system has also been built into the W.A.R. suit, granting the wearer near complete invisibility when activated (though this cloaking is far from completely flawless, it can still make the wearer very difficult to detect.

-Perhaps the suits most advanced feature; high impact energy shielding, able to temporarily tank hits from massively powerful metahumans. This shielding is still unfortunately in a prototype stage, and can be overloaded by a sufficient enough force or enough sustained abuse. This is a double edged sword, as the W.A.R. suit's shielding can also absorb the impact force, channel it into the gauntlets, and allowing the wearer to use the energy to preform a concussion blast equal to the force absorbed.
