Air Mages
Air mages are the teachers of the mages. They are willing to seek out knowledge, and often help research things that are needed. This information is then typically passed on to the earth mages. They are among the most important, but they are the single most common breed of Mage.
Fire Mages
Fire mages are the protectors of the mages. They are brave in battle, and courageous, and typically willing to dedicate their hearts to the wellbeing of their loved ones. They are dangerous and hard at times, but they will do anything for those they care about. They are the second most common breed of Mage.
Water Mages
Water mages are the philosophers of the mages. They typically have a loose, care-free attitude. They tend to be wise, and always have the answers. They're perpetually optimistic, even when the going gets tough. Usually, they are called to reaolve conflicts between the fire mages. They are the third most common breed of Mage.
Earth Mages
Earth mages are the doctors and healers of the mages. That, or caretakers of the young. Their abilities to harvest energy and resources from the earth itself makes them ideal for creating medicines and cures for ailments. They are the least comon Mage among the common types
Celestial Mages
Celestial mages are the most powerful mages of them all. They are a combination of all the basic elements, and then some. They harvest the elements of fire, air, water, ice, and earth. They can also control time, fate, shadows and light, as well as gravity. They are the ones prophesied to save their race. They are the most rare mages of all, having only one surviving member of their clan.
