The default title changes depending on the number of posts you've made. I believe "One Time Luck" only appears when you have exactly 7 posts.

The titles depend on your post count. The general ones would be New Member, Member and so on.
But there are some hidden easter eggs in there like the one you just saw
You can always put a custom title too, then it won't change.
