Appearance Notes: Mark is 5', rather short for his age, and it's a constant issue for him to deal with. He's too proud to ask for help grabbing things off of tall shelves, though...
Personality: Mark is pretty quiet, still being self-conscious about his abilities. He can have a short temper at times, but for the most part he's friendly, if a bit introverted.
Ability: Mark can generate fire and bend it to his will. It seems to be directly linked to his emotions, so if he gets too angry the fire can rage out of control.
Limitations: His fire is rather weak, and unless he really focuses or his anger's out of control, he can't do much more than do minimal damage. Because of that, he feels like he's not going to be of much use, and doesn't really practice a lot.
Drawbacks: Using his fire is a huge drain on him, and he's knocked himself out on more occasions than he can count. He's also not completely immune to his own fire, and has severely burnt himself on several occasions.
Preferred Tactic: Frontal assault.
Background: Mark was raised in a normal, suburban family, and when he was younger he was much more outgoing than he is now. He was always taught by his parents that people with powers were freaks and dangerous, so by the time his own powers emerged he was ashamed and scared of his abilities. His parents were less than thrilled, and dumped him off at the school. Mark hopes he'll see them again when he can control his powers, but as each day goes by it seems less and less likely.
