She can lead, she just doesn’t want to.-Maka is also a slightly socially awkward for she spent several years separated from her peers and then several more on her own. +Maka is a hard worker, always going for the things that she wants to reach and not stopping until it is accomplished. +Though she may have to try a new way to get there. Maka is also very light hearted and playful, wanting to believe that people can be good. - She also can’t focus when there is a lot of movement for she wants to know what is going on. [SIZE=14.666666666666666px]Brief Backstory: Maka grew up in the earth kingdom, without parents to guide her. She was orphaned at a young age and grew up in a home with several other kids. The women who ran the house raised them as if they were her own. She had those who were benders trained in the art of bending, and tried to teach them basic skills. She and the others grew up on a farm, using bending and labor. She then started to take on other jobs around the village to start raising money so she could take bending lessons, and slowly she became a master of earthbending. Around the time she was ten, the search for the avatar began. THey tested all earthbending kids around her age. When she went in to be tested it was found that she was the avatar. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=14.666666666666666px]Her identity was not revealed for fear that other nations would try to kill her. Instead government officials took her in the middle of the night and took her to Ba Sing Se so she could finish her earthbending training. She finished about 2 years later. During her time there she learned of plans to use her to defeat the other nations, so she devised plans to leave.She finished her training and then started to make her plans to leave. At age 13 she was able to finally leave. She then went into hiding, traveling the world as far away from the earth kingdom as she could. [/SIZE]

She has not been able to keep a teacher for every time she gets one she has to leave because of some reason or another. Often times she would also be question for how young she was to be on her own. Eventually, after years of trying she snuck back to the earth kingdom, hearing of a group that was looking for her was traveling around and gaining a name for itself. The Wanderers. So from the age of 18 on she searched the world for them, never revealing who she was for she didn’t want to get caught by earth nation government. [/SIZE]
