A kind and intelligent person, Litten walks through life with dignity and respect. He loves very deeply and would do anything for those he cares about or for those who his fiancée, Deia Summers, and his friend, Casti Kazcaraid, may care about, including betraying his only remaining family - his father, Oxander Darthe. While he is composed and steady, able to hide his inner conflict from others, he occasionally forgets to control some of his nervous ticks, such as jiggling his legs and tapping his jaw with his knuckles.

Too, he has a deep affection for his fiancée and always gives her flowers and poetry. When he is not away on business, he takes her to dinner or picnics and studies with her, as they are both Merchant Nobles and have family businesses to take over. They both find joy in taking care of others and desire to raise children when they marry.

[B]Backstory[/B]
When he was very young, his mother died, leaving his father devastated. Thus, he was raised by a manservant, as his father could not bear the sight of him and had reverted to what he was before his marriage - a broken man taking over the world and hatching a dark plot to rebuild his family's lost slave empire. While his father planned and networked, the manservant, Zorag Milner, a master swordsman and scholar, raised him kindly, teaching him morals, generosity and people reading, as well as his academic subjects and fighting.

He met Casti when she ran inside his house to play hide and seek with some friends. She was six and he was seven at the time, and they immediately got along brilliantly. For a time in his teenage years, he had unrequited romantic feelings for Casti, which he immediately forgot as soon as he laid eyes on Deia Summers. Three years later, the two were engaged.

His father soon learned of his engagement and allowed it for some time until Casti got caught up with some other adventurers - and the Thieves. It was at that time that Oxander Darthe arranged a marriage between Casti and Litten.

He is good at reading the emotions of both people and animals. Thus, he is good at taking care of children and animals and loves to collect endangered species and care for them until they can be released into the wild once more. He is also good at going undercover and negotiating. He has a lot of experience with trading and business and has developed a propensity to sneak around.

[B]Weaknesses[/B]
He cares too much about others, often revealing his intent and thoughts without meaning to. He loves animals a lot and has been known to steal livestock and pets if they are being mistreated. He got caught once but has not since.

Rapier or spear.He fights nobly when he can and dirty when he must (he sometimes even resorts to assassination).

He has a long time companion animal, Filspar the eagle. They cannot communicate mind to mind, but Filspar understands some of the things that he says and helps him.
