Bio:
Annabella lived a somewhat sheltered life. However, she does know about some things, she knows about PAMU and PAMO, but doesn't really talk about the bad things. Annabella lived in Paris, France, her mother and father owns the old Louvre Palace/Museum and the Palace of Versailles that used to belong to the former king and queen of France. As an only child, she used to feel very lonely at times, but thankfully, her parents' friends always came by and played with her, even one of her childhood friends came to see her and became a sort of permanent resident. From there, Annabella continued with her life, sometimes going to different places around the world and meeting people who would come to the Palaces to see the art. Many would think Annabella has had a very blessed life, sadly, this isn't the case fully.

Annabella's parents, Lila and Dinah, aren't actually her parents. Lila is her aunt and Dinah isn't related to the Sinclair family. Her mother, Persephone, was killed after she gave birth to Annabella, while her father, Richard, wanted nothing to do with the child. Before she was born, he offered to pay for the abortion cost. Her sheltered life is the result of her being protected from those who are trying to kill her. Unbeknownst to Annabella, she is a very important person for the people who are protecting her and her family. Not only for who she is but for what she is. Lila, Dinah, and the friends who came to see her, even her childhood friend, are a part of the Knights Templar and the Priory of Scion. They are charged with the protection of the Sinclair line, also known as the Rose Line. Females born with silvery-white hair and has the aura are considered the Rose Maiden.

While this was kept a secret from Annabella, along with a ton more, she will admit to having a decent life. She loves her mother and father dearly and would do anything for them. While she is a bit confused on a lot of things about her life, she has come to terms with them, thinking they will be answered in the future. Nonetheless, she still has her random adventures, even though she sometimes sneaks away from those watching over her. However, she never fully leaves their sights. There will always be a Templar or a member from the Priory watching, often disguising themselves as normal people, ready to defend the Rose Maiden if needed.

Annabella became a magic user the moment she was born, but this was never really told to her. To her, she became a magic user when she chose from a small group of artifacts they had. They weren't surprised when she picked the Spear and the Menorah, even though at the time, she thought they were toys.

In total, Annabella has a total of three. The Holy Grail, the Spear of Destiny, and the Menorah. But to her, she only has two.

Julia was born an only child in the suburbs on the east coast to two immigrant parents. She had quite the peaceful life- learned English in Kindergarten, had lots of friends, had lots of fun. One could say she was spoiled- her parents were hella rich, and she was an only so she got all of their love. But she wasn't annoying and bratty, and her parents still knew how to discipline children.

"How did I get those fast-walking boots?"
Believe it or not, Julia just found them in her house and assumed her parents bought them for her. She found out how they made her faster when she was playing around with her friends.

"And that golden ring?"
Julia had always had her golden ring, for as long as she could remember. In fact, she never knew it was abnormal for people to go invisibly until she talked about it to her non-magical artifact friend.

"What about Varunastra?"
Varunastra was a strange find. Julia was visiting a beach in Florida. She was searching for her shovel, which she had accidentally thrown into the ocean. She found a shovel- but it wasn't hers. Julia later was searching for her pail, when her hand laid upon her new shovel and it formed into a pail. Julia realized there was something special about this object, and decided to keep it.

So, as you can see, most of the things Julia found were all accidents.

Julia had always known about the ordeal of magic. What did she feel about it? That both groups were pretty retarded.

Distinguished Features:

Firdos has bronze skin which is covered in a fair amount of wrinkles, and his bald head is generally covered with a brown cap. His eyes are covered by a cloth wrapped around his head, and he carries a walking stick. You can tell when he's near because of the constant tapping of the stick. He has a hooked nose and a crooked smile. His skinny body is generally covered in rags of the dull brown variety.
Firdos's childhood isn't all that important to this story. His parents got him out of the country and to the USA when he was eleven because they did not feel like he was safe in Egypt, as the Suez crisis was ongoing at that time. He went to live with his uncle, who was living in New York City at the time. While they did not have all that much money, Firdos excelled in school, so much so that he got a huge scholarship to Harvard university. He was able to work to earn the rest of the money, and fifteen years later, Firdos was a licensed doctor.

He traveled around the world, offering his practices everywhere. He was a competent doctor, and sometime during his life, he accepted a job as a doctor at one of the PAMO concentration camps. While he did not believe in making magic illegal, he was wary of the stuff. He made sure that everyone working at the camp or living in the camp was healthy. The inhabitants of the camps were fond of him, as he treated them equally.

One day the camp was attacked by agents of the MDF, who's intent was to free the inhabitants locked up. During this attack, Firdos was set aflame. His face took the most damage, and he lost sight in both of his eyes. But with a good word from the inhabitants of the camp, the agents decided to take Firdos with them and nurse his wounds. When Firdos was healthy, they offered to employ him. When he accepted, they gave replaced his eyes with the eyes he has now, completely trusting him. But he did not stay long, for he found their methods to be too extreme for his liking.so he left.

Now he travels the world, as both the PAMO and the MDF are after him. He offers his healing services wherever he goes, but leaves before anyone could recognize him.

Powers: The Eye of Ra burns, and the Eye of Horus heals. Each eye must be placed within an eye socket for it to be used, and if you want to use both, it renders you completely blind. The eye of Ra can ignite anything within its line of sight, and the eye of Horus can mend wounds and broken bones if they're in its line of sight. Although to achieve the desired effect, one has to focus intently on the spot that they want to heal or ignite, and doing so takes lots of energy and burns many calories.
Talents:
Firdos is a good doctor. While being blind has severely hindered this ability, he can still diagnose problems and possible cure them with aid from others.

From his two decades of being blind, his hearing has improved tremendously. His hearing is above the average for people his age.

Firdos can speak several different languages. He can speak English, French, Spanish, Egyptian Arabic, and Portuguese.

It is rare for someone to take so much interst in an old, blind man like me.

There is no such thing as an aboslute good, and there is no such thing as an absolute evil. There are two sides to everything.

Katla's hair is naturally a stunning platinum blonde, almost to the point where it appears to be white in color. Her skin is soft and pale with no blemishes; flawless and lovely to admire. Biography
Katla grew up in Kópavogur, Iceland with a relatively normal family in an average looking home. She was born an only child, living with her mother and father in the city by the bay. She had good friends and excelled in school, eventually making it into college and studying animal biology.

The Adder Stone

Katla was walking home one day, the icy air biting at her rosy cheeks and fingertips hungrily. The street was illuminated by a few lone lights, snow passing below them and falling to the ground below. She felt a solid object collide with her shoe as she casually kicked a rock across the pavement. It bounced a few times against the hard surface before settling underneath a street light. But it seemed to be no ordinary rock. It's odd shape caught her attention, and the girl walked over to it before reaching down and grasping it in her hand.

An adder stone... Katla thought to herself, continuing to study it. It was smooth and grey with a perfect circle in the center. She peered through it curiously, scanning the area as if it were an eye seeing an unknown world for the first time. A woman appeared across the street, walking casually with a bag swaying from her arm. She happened to stroll just past Katla's line of sight, and suddenly, her appearance changed.

As if magic.

The woman had been beautiful before, but now she was hideous. Her skin was wrinkled and loose, and her appearance became that of an old woman, no longer young and bright. She looked like a witch. Katla blinked several times to confirm that this wasn't her imagination, peering harder through the hole in the stone. She lowered it from her eye, and suddenly the woman was young again, humming to herself. Katla couldn't believe it.

She took the stone home with her that night, still not quite understanding what she had just seen. It continued to be a mystery to her.

The Ring of Dispel

When Katla was a young girl, her great grandmother passed away. After she died, a beautiful ring with a ruby was bestowed to her as a gift. She wears it on her hand at all times, and because it belonged to her grandmother, it is very important to her.

She did not find out for some time that it was no ordinary ring...

Bio:
Yaro Azar....is a prince. The only son of the Emperor Akito Azar and Empress Sansa Azar, he is to one day rule Japan as the next in line. He uses the Imperial Regalia, passed down from his family since they were gifted to him, historically, by Amaterasu. If the story is to be believed, then Yaro has the blood of a Kami, the Japanese version of a deity. Despite this, Yaro is the absolutely the opposite of what most nobility are- He is carefree, caring, and completely uninterested in ruling or wealth. Yaro uses his abilities to avoid any of his duties whatsoever, opting to be around common people and just laze about, enjoying nature or the sun.

This attitude is born from a young age incident, that still affects Yaro to this day.- Yaro took his duties more seriously, but during an attack on his parents home, Yaro became infected with the energy that is produced from Oni, and killed the invaders. Despite doing this with good intentions, Yaro recognized that this could turn him into a monster, similar to many throughout japans history of warlords. He adopted a much cheerier, easy-going persona, and acts with a joking manner, rather than one of anger or aggression.

Despite this, Yaro still has moments where he reverts to his old mental state. He relies on his families guardian spirits to prevent him from actively killing someone, or hurting them too bad. While many would perceive his actions as lazy, he is honestly doing this to control himself.

Bio: Hailing from Washington state, Chad grew up in a relatively secular household, not holding any religious beliefs and not having any forced upon him; the same for his parents. This helped Chad grow extroverted, since he had a normal upbringing. The results were very effective in school life; Chad wasn't at the center of attention per say, but he knew how to make friends quickly and maintain loyal relationships. Unfortunately, his mother divorced his father when he was in 7th grade interrupted this blissful life.

Surprisingly, this turn of events didn't have an impact on Chad or his father. They both moved on with a sense of normalcy; this did not last. Chad's father remarried to a woman that was a devout Christian. No longer were the days of being like modern people; she passive aggressively enforced her beliefs on her new husband and stepson. Chad was reluctant to change his mind, unlike his father. For many years afterwards, Chad suffered the heavy religious pressure by his parents; each day, he would question something about his beliefs or actions in a slightly more religious way. This resulted in his extroversion to dwindle, making him more of a bland, background character. Despite having a few close friends still, Chad worried more and more about himself and his life.

He sought protection for himself from life's woes; but his prayers would not be answered until the age of 19. Chad's best friend took him on a trip to eastern Asia (with the acceptance of his parents), visiting countries like Thailand and Malaysia. The last country before heading home was the Philippines; Chad's best friend urged him to buy a souvenir to remember the fun they had. Not wanting to seem too out of it, Chad obliged and found himself in an old shop.

The elderly man, presumably the owner, running the place was surprised to see a distraught Chad. He spoke a language that Chad couldn't understand, and vice versa, but the two managed to have enough of an exchange that resulted in Chad buying a kris(a wavy dagger) and a strange amulet necklace.

A group a local teens saw this spectacle and tried to mug Chad; all the teens brandished weapons and prepared their attack. Despite trying to fight them off, Chad was stabbed in his forearm and chest. He would've been done for if it weren't for the kris flying out of it's scabbard and making shallow slices to the teens' legs. They all panicked and ran away as the kris flew back into its scabbard. Bewildered, Chad stood up; he expected pain but found his wounds had mysteriously vanished. Context led him to believe the items he bought had some sort of powers that protected him, just like he'd always wanted.

Since then, Chad has started believing the Taming Sari has a personality; it moves on its own to protect its owner like a pet, of course he'd think that. Who knows if that's true.

He is the child of two extremely smart and rich people, and owners of the largest incorporated companies in the entire world. With connections upon connections, they could set up an order and break down an economy from over the world. They are feared, and yet respected. He grew up slightly alone, being given all the best thing, pampered and pattered with gifts, but due to his parents title, not many people liked to be around him. He quickly grew to know that, no matter who it was, no one would truly be his friend.

He grew to be a silent male, who doesn't like to speak much. An introvert who doesn't explain his things unless he has to. Jupiters Lightning Bolt: His first artifact found, after he went on an expedition with his parents to see what it was like, there was a thunderstorm, with his little sister left outside. He ran out, as the thunder struck above him, magic energy flowing rapidly, it struck him as he grabbed his sister. He awoke in a hospital, completely fine, as a strange thunderous entity that only he seemed to be able to see followed him. He soon learned, that he had gotten ahold of Jupiters Thunder Bolt, why? He had no idea.

Neptunes Trident: He went scuba diving once, and was attacked by something . . . Though he knew not what it was. A monster? He tried to summon Jupiter's Bolt to aid him, but he didn't want to hurt the humans above, so he let himself be dragged away, where he awoke in an underwater city, and was taken care of. He was attacked by a Sea Hydra, a lost monster, and was fund by the Mer people. As the monster attacked once more, unable to summon the Bolt due to some strange sea magic, he grabbed onto the Trident sealed in the middle of the City, wielding it and saving the people. Like the Bolt, it takes the shape of a strange water like entity.

Kronos's Sycthe: This one, he found last, but had always had it. After his grandfathers unfortunate death, his pendant, a strange black pendant, began to glow and burn. He removed it, and it formed into the strange Sycthe, extremely powerful and at first hard to wield.

Likes: He likes to read, no, he loves it. He loves to read, to learn, to know new thing. He also likes to make friends, though, he's never made any real ones. He also loves to swim, though, that may just be a rebound of his time with the Mer People. Debates as well.

Descriptions: Jupiters Lightning Bolt gives the appearance of three forms. The first, being a lightning bolt, about 4 ft long, with a 3 inch width. It's second form, is the form of a spear with a golden staff handle, extremely hard and unbreakable. It is twinkled in lightning, covering the spear and his arm holding it. The last form, is it's entity form. In the entity form, it's just a man of lightning, unable to make any physical difference in our world. In this form, it just follows him around, though no-one can see it but him. He calls it Jupiter.

Neptunes Trident has three forms, like the Bolt. It's first form, is a trident. A large Golden Trident, of which he can move as he pleases. The second, is a simple double edged sword, twinkled with water. And the last, a Water Entity like his Bolt. He calls it Neptune.

Kronos's Sycthe has four forms. The first, is a accumulation of darkness and magic, in the form of a large staff with a tipped blade. The second, is a large black Scythe. The third, is the pendant form. And the last, is not an Entity that follows him. But something INSIDE of him. The Entity is a force of nightmares and terror.

Abilities By Artifact:
- Jupiters Bolt gives him the ability to manipulate lightning and thunder, as well as the ability to manipulate the weather. It has a hidden ability of being able to manipulate Olympus, by allowing him to transfer into and out of it, as well as seal other things in it.

- Neptunes Trident gives him the ability of manipulation over water, as well as Ice and earth. Causing earthquakes and etc. As well as the ability to adapt to any situation including water, and able to speak to sea animals and even manipulate some.

- Kronos's Scythe gives him some . . . Strange abilities. Except for it just being very powerful, it gives him a strange sight, where he is able to see through time. Either he can see something that happened in a place after it happens, but in current time, see through someone past, etc. He can also see about 3 to 5 seconds into the future. It also has another set of things, a strange ability to manipulate darkness, and shadows.

Passive: Water Adaption, talking to sea animals, soul sight, spirit sense

Talents: He is extremely smart, with a perfect memory, and incredible at learning.
Weakness: His biggest Weakness, is the use of Kronos's Sycthe. It causes incredible fatigue, and nightmares. Blood curdling, chilling, livid nightmares. And what's worse is sometimes he finds himself sleep walking. He almost jumped off of his house during sleep walking, until Jupiter gave him a shock and woke him up. He can't hurt those he cares about, it would take a lot to do that to him. And thanks to his constant nightmares with Kronos, his mind is mentally weak. He may be smart, and strong willed, but in reality, in his mind, he is VERY close to breaking.

Bio:
If you had told Chris years ago that he'd be a Bounty Hunter for the Devil, he would've told you that you're full of shit. Chris grew up in a god-fearing household, in downtown Chicago. He was always known for being rough, but had a soft spot for family. He has a little sister, now 17, and a little brother, now 16, along with two parents that taught them that magic is dangerous. He didn't really care, so long as he could keep his family safe, he let people slide by.

When he was 18, however, things took a turn for the worse- On their way back home from a movie, his parents car got in a middle of a gunfight. Gang violence was always a constant, that had never changed, but this was the worst possible outcome that could've happened. Chris watched his parents and siblings be gunned down by the gangsters, and he along with them.

All he could remember, was a warm feeling pouring down his shirt, as he stumbled out of the car, falling to ground. He couldn't cry for help, blood was filling his lungs. All he could do, was pray- He didn't want to die. He was angry, wrathful. He wanted to save his family, and he wanted the gangs that destroyed them to die. As he looked up towards the sky, he saw it rain. He prayed to god, to anyone willing to listen..

And someone answered.

Almost as if out of thin air, a masculine figure stepped forward. He walked towards Chris, remarking on the 'sad fate' that was dealt to him. He asked Chris if he really wanted to die here, or if he wanted to save himself and his family. Chris didn't have time to process what was happening- His family was dead, and he was dying. The hooded man held out a hand, and Chris raised his to grasp it.

Suddenly, the warm sensation changed, and the last thing Chris could remember doing, was screaming out to the heaven's, as his body began smoking and burning.

The next day, Chris woke up with his family in their house. His family couldn't process what had happened, they were sure they died....then the news was turned on- The Damen Silos, home to one of the gangs that had shot them down, had been burn to the ground. The Police estimated at around one hundred causalities from the number of burnt bodies. Chris ran into his room, trying to piece together what happened, when he saw the very thing that got him kicked out of home and disowned by his own family

The next day, contemplating what to do next, the figure appeared again, introducing himself as 'Old Man Lu'. It didn't talk a rocket scientist to figure out I was talking to the big bad himself. He told me that I was to hunt down demons that escaped from his realm, along with any and all corrupt and sinful people in this world. However, he told me if I found one person, a demonness by the name of Almalexia, He'll take these artifacts away from me, and allow me to live a normal life.

Bio:
Love at first sight is bullshit. But lust at first sight? Well, that's a bit more believable, and Tommy is proof. The most detailed description Tommy's mother has ever given of his father is that he was rather tall and that he had blond hair along with brown eyes, or were they blue? In short, Tommy hasn't had much to go on, and that hasn't bothered Tommy much. After all, his mother only remembers vague details about the guy so he can't be that amazing. Anyways, back on track.

Tommy has lived 98% of his life in Norway along with his mother, Elisabet. Elisabet never stayed in the same job for very long, always looking for the next thing, the better thing, and eventually, she ended up as an interior designer. But during those years where she bounced between jobs, Tommy and Elisabet also bounced between homes, not remaining anywhere for very long until she found her "true calling". Sure, it sucked being dragged all over the country, in and out of schools, but Tommy had the three things he needed. His mother, and an endless supply of paper and art supplies.

It wasn't until Tommy got older, and finally settled down somewhere, that he started trying to get some friends. He had the odd friend or two at school, however, knowing that he would just get whisked away had made him rather reluctant to make any close ties. But, shortly after going on the search for some friends he stumbled upon Stefan, Mads, and Andreas. They were all fools in their very own ways, but that was a bit of their charm, and it didn't take very long before Tommy found it hard to envision the world without them.

Getting the artifacts:

"The shard"
Tommy and his mother have traveled much of the world, seen strange places and eaten things they can't even being to pronounciate. Been countless markets that sell cheap imitations and knockoffs, but sometimes you stumble upon what Tommy has started to refer to as "the store". Often it's just a booth, or a tiny shop hidden a bit out of view, but it seemingly holds the seven wonders of the world, if not more. It was in one of these Tommy came across a shard of terracotta shaped like a piece of armor. It was cool, and he ended up purchasing it.

"The ashes"
The ashes from the first witch burning were also found in one of these shops. The story remains much of the same. Tommy saw a thing he thought looked cool and bought it, unknowing of just what his new little necklace contained. But something so powerful rarely stays quiet for long.

After having these two artifacts for a while, Tommy has come to know just what they are. Powerful relics of a time long passed, rivaling even his most vivid imaginations.

A shard from a terracotta general: Upon usage, the shard raises a few terracotta warriors out of the ground. These statues can take a beating and will remain standing even at the loss of an arm or leg. They will follow any order given to them, even if it results in their destruction.
Weaknesses: Although the soldiers can lose and arm or leg without much worry, their heads are their weakness, as they will crumble upon its destruction. The soldiers will also remain inactive unless they have specific orders to follow. Furthermore, the shard is only able to raise a limited amount of warriors each day.

Ashes from the first witch burning: A catalyst to cast flame sorceries, as well as dark magics.
Weaknesses: The ashes use emotions to fuel itself. The charm consumes a ton of energy even for minor things, but if fueled by anger, its powers become frighting and can even lash back at the user.

Passive: Heat resistant, is slightly hot to the touch.
Talents: Drawing, makes some great food, a pretty fast runner, a tactician.
Weaknesses: Tommy is at best, meeh in combat. He can hardly handle a weapon, and up close he is useless.

Bio: Arian was born to a loving non-magical couple in America. His Welsh mother, Megan Nathair, and Irish father, Jack Nathair, were poor, but they got by with love and luck until Arian turned nine. Before Arian was born, their mother was barren and had no normal hope of giving birth. Her husband and her ended up striking a deal with the fairy queen; they would be graced with a child so long as that child never knew either of it's parents first names. The couple moved from Ireland to America as soon an Megan got pregnant. They felt safer on a different landmass just in case Arian ever did learn their names, but it was ultimately futile.

Arian wanted so badly to comfort their parents, to step in and tell them they could put off their birthday until they were ready to celebrate, but fear of being scolded for staying up late kept them from moving. Megan cried frustrated tears, and Jack, attempting to comfort her, pulled her close and said her name. And Arian heard it.

The next day, a knocking on their rickety apartment door awoke the family. Jack got up to answer, and Arian watched from the door to their own room. At the door was a fairy dressed in green. Jack slammed the door in its face and quickly went to Arian's room to grab his child.

They tried to run, evading the fae for weeks, but eventually they were caught. The parents were killed for not handing the nine year old over, for trying to evade the terms of the deal. Arian was taken to the world of Fairies, and put to work. They were put in care of a garden of fruit. If it hadn't been for someone's warning not to eat the food they might have. Never eat the food. But humans need to eat, and two days later they collapsed.
They made their first deal then; in exchange for not needing to eat the food, they would never sleep and had to give the identity of who told them not to eat.

So they grew in they fairy realm, forever gardening. Until they turned 15.
At 15, Arian was lanky and dirt covered. They had been moved to the harder to care for plants, to a part of the massive garden that lacked light and was filled with poison. It left their skin paper pale and feet stained dark green. It wasn't all dark, glowing plants plants lined paths with eerie light. It was in this dim light that they found out that the inside of a crowned red fruit was filled with rubies for seeds.

Towering pomegranate trees were Arian's least favorite to care for, having to be watered with something that smelled so terrible someone capable of loosing consciousness likely would. They had splashed some on themself that day, and taken a fruit in spite. The smell made them dizzy and hurt where it touched their skin, (It left scars.) it made them trip over their own feet. The path they landed on was hard, hard enough to break the fruit. The sweet sour smell quelled the awful one and let them get their bearings back. The sight of the broken fruit was surprisingly beautiful to them. Jewel seeds in a red leather case and ruby blood juice that stained their clothes.

They got rid of the broken one and got a new one to keep as a treasure. (Underworld Pomegranate) The fairies of the garden learned of the broken fruit though, from the stains of their clothes and the actual fruit they had found. Arian had to punished, so they went from the garden to fighting for entertainment. They weren't strong, but they were lucky and clever. They fought for three years with no rest before they beat the last of the creatures, a dragon, and took it's gem. (Draconite Gem) After that they were taken to meet the very fairy queen who was responsible for their existence in the first place.

They made their second deal here. The queen, offered it, the answer to a riddle in exchange for freedom. Arian agreed and was given three days to answer. 'I'll end a man's, tie a beast to it's master, and with me a woman's beauty surpassed her.'
It had taken only a few hours for them to answer. 'A necklace.' Impressed, the queen gave them her own necklace along with their freedom. (The Fairy Queen's Necklace)
But freedom wasn't as they had expected. For the past year they have been homeless and have had to get by using their artifacts.

The dragon Gem allows them to shift into the form of a small dragon, only a little bigger than a large human. The Fairy Queen's Necklace allows them to walk around undetected by pretty much anything short of a god.
Passive: Always awake, unless they eat food, then they have to sleep for about a minute per calorie. They also do not have to eat or drink.
Talents: Pretty good at singing, really good at riddles, good with animals, and dancing.
Weaknesses: Their physically pretty weak outside of being a dragon, never eating or sleeping will do that to you. Allergic to cold iron. Torture is like extra effective since they can't pass out in pain. They don't make friends or trust easily either.

Bio: Wan was born to Aya Chiyou and Alexander Avci. His father was a man who enjoyed wandering around, traveling to various countries and collecting strange objects. It was during his travels that he arrived in China and happened to attend a National level Archery Competition where Aya was participating. From the moment she stepped up with her bow did he fall in love with her.

Unfortunately for his father, his mother was unconcerned with anything but Archery. Despite his attempts to woo her, he was left empty handed. He decided to leave China, vowing that he'd find something to sway her heart towards him.

His mother Aya was a proud woman, one who was very attached to her heritage. The Chiyou family was once a family with a lot of power in Ancient China. The family taught Archery to nobles, princes, and emperors alike. It was even said that they practiced with Confucius himself. Aya was very proud of this history and constantly practiced with the bow, drowning herself in nothing but the bow.

Because of this desire she naturally scorned the advances of Alexander. However, a small part was intrigued at what he would get her. When he returned nearly a year later, she was deeply surprised. He'd arrived with a very antique bow. It was very simple but the wood it was made from was very old, the string of the bow was equally as old. To her surprise, despite it's age, it was still in perfect condition.

The bow was so beautiful in its simplicity that she not only fell in love with it, she fell in love with Alexander as well.

Wan was born a short nine months later. The day he was born, the old bow glowed with strange symbols and the string gently thrummed in response with his first breath, yet no one had seen this.

From a young age, his mother naturally trained him in the ways of Archery. By the time he was ten, his fingers and palms were rough and strong from the strings of bows. His mother appreciated strong hands, just like his father had, though he had no talent with the bow.

As he grew older, he participated in competitions and challenges, yet he hated them. While he enjoyed using the bow, he didn't need to show the skill off. For him, it was just a personal pleasure. For his mother, it was about showing the honor of the family.

When he turned sixteen, he'd had enough of it. No more competitions, no more showing off. He took a page from his father's book and took off to travel around the world, to simply see what life offered...and to get away from his strict mother.

Aya was naturally disappointed in him for this choice but didn't stop him thanks to his father's interference. His explanation was that a bow was only good once it had plenty of experiences behind it.

When Wan was leaving, he didn't expect that his mother would give him her blessings, handing off the bow that his father had gifted her. She hoped that it'd bring him luck.

As he traveled he came across many people and many things. Some things he picked up to bring back to his father when he returned. The Quiver he picked up was one of these strange things while he was in India, though it was more of a gift for his mother. To his surprise, when he first placed a few arrows into it, he was able to draw far more than he put in. The arrows he fired would strike their target and then vanish.

It was during his practice with the arrows that he discovered how special his bow was. When he truly focused using the bow, it was as if the world fell away and all that was left was the target he was aiming at. The bow would glow softly and went he let the arrow free, the arrow would always hit the spot he was aiming at. However, after letting his focus go, he would always feel a sense of wariness, as if he'd spent much longer practicing.

The Crane-bag was a very strange event. He didn't buy it or pick it up off the street. It was given to him by a Crane. While moving through Africa, he'd come upon a wounded Crane, however it was unknown what type of crane it was, it was strangely intelligent and let him observe it's wound. Feeling sorry for the creature, he patched it up and then took care of it for a few weeks while it healed.

One day, he woke up to find that the Crane had vanished, in it's place was a small thumb sized bag. He quickly found that the mouth of the bag could be stretched very wide, but it's true ability lay in it's storage capacity. He found this out after he fell into the bag by accident. He also found out about it's limitations. After using it three times, he couldn't open it again until the sun had went down. There were ways around this, as long as something was only partially in the bag, it would stay open, however, keeping it open for more than twenty four hours would cause whatever was in between the mouth of the bag to be snapped in half. He often carries this bag on a string around his neck.

Over the years, he's had a few conflicts with various groups, those who hate magic mostly, though the fact that his artifacts aren't flashy in their use has proven very useful in staying under the radar.

Bow of Houyi: A simple looking bow normally, it reveals its true beauty when used by Wan. The string sounds like music and the shaft glows with strange runic symbols. Two weaknesses come from using this bow. One is the drain of mental energy when using it's particularly special ability. The second weakness comes into effect when the user dies. At death, the user becomes Immortal, forever trapped on the Moon. It is only when the next user dies does the current one finally vanish.

Akshaya Tunir: A seemingly inexhaustible quiver of arrows. In truth, it is not inexhaustible, placing one arrow into the quiver multiplies it into a hundred. No new arrows can be placed into the quiver until all one hundred are used up.

The Crane-bag: A very special bag only the size of a human thumb. There is a bottomless space contained within the bag and a mouth that can stretch wide, giving it the ability to hold anything placed inside of it. The bag follows the cycles of earth meaning that it can only be opened six times every twenty four hours. Three times when the sun is up and three times once it has gone down.

Seven League Boots (Will be gained later in the roleplay): These boots change their size to fit the wearer, should they be giant or mouse. A single step using these boots allows the user to move seven leagues (21 miles) in an instant. Shorter distances are possible. When in use, the boots drain the stamina of the wearer for every mile stepped.

Powers:
True Aim: When using the Bow of Houyi, the user gains perfect aim. As long as the user can see what they are firing at, they can hit it. Uses mental energy to do so, can cause the user to fall into a coma if used consecutively.
Instant Step: Using the Seven League Boots, the wearer can instantly move from anywhere between an inch to twenty one miles in a single step. Uses stamina.

Passive:
Mastery of Archery: Once the Bow of Houyi was bound to Wan, he gained an increased understanding of archery, where a little bit of practice led to a lot of gain. Even without using True Aim, he can often hit what he is aiming at.
Talents:
Cooking: His mother had spent her life practicing archery and his dad worked a lot. The only person who had the time to cook in between practices was Wan. Because of this, he came to like cooking and became quite good at it.
Heightened Perception: Not only has he been trained to fire a bow, he has been trained to receive their arrows as well. This gives him a better reaction time compared to most normal people.

Weaknesses:
Close Combat: As a bow user, it is better for him to be at mid or long range. Up close and personal, he had almost no ways of fighting back.
Strong Women: His mother was a strong and forceful woman. Against women of this type, Wan finds it very hard to argue against them.
Chivalry: Wan was raised by his father to be a good man and to always offer his help to a woman in need. Because of this, he can't ignore a call for help from a woman.

Bio: Sevelance was born and grew up in Lismore, Australia. As am imoverished child, living under the roof of a submissive and quiet mother and a abusive and drug dealing father, Sevelance had to learn to evade attention via becoming a smaller version of his mother in the house, and spend more time outdoors than at home. However, Sevelance was different outside than inside, while still quiet relied on his small group of childhood companions to steal food and just anything to keep him as well as possible, and in return he defended them, a strong child who knew how to fight and hit, to oppress like his father had "taught" him. He never went to school, and while he wasn't the best fighter at his age in his area, he was known to be the most willing to attack suddenly and with the intent to kill.
During his eleventh year of life, he had spent seventeen days outside, away from his family. When he returned home, however, he found the bodies of both his parents. Knife wounds in his fathers corpse, his mother's body covered with bruises and a tie around her arm, a needle on the table.
He was taken into the custody of a childless professor by the name of Aria Glass. An official adoption, made from the blonde woman from Sidney, he was taken from poverty and survival to a life of potential and relative comfort. While Aria had a hard time with helping Sevelance, when they started out he still left home for extended periods, didnt communicate or betray any feelings, and worst of all fought with kids at school. At first she looked to police for help, only to find him. However, eventually she just looked for him on her own. She knew what his life was like before, what her parents were like, and this effort portrayed that she cared, and would make any effort to love him to her fullest extent. Eventually, he turned around. She began to home school him, and spent all her free time with him. He warmed up like a spring day. He had eventually began to wonder about Aria being still single, and while he hoped of growing up and sweeping the woman off of her feet, he knew that that wasn't possible. So he started studying, observing and asking Aria about how to be a good man, a good partner, and expressed his dream to be married one day.
When he was sixteen, Aria decided it was about time he learned how to drive, and began giving him lessons. It was the most stressed and anxious as she had seen him, but she wanted him to start off as well off as he could be, and he thought it would make Aria proud. It was one moment, trying to pass through a yellow, he made the call. A call that put him right in the way of danger, a pair of faulty brakes on a truck,and they were t-boned. An honest accident on the truck owners part, and a mistake on Sevelance's part. However a flipping car, and the ravaged body of Aria pushed him over the edge. The man whom drove the truck ran up and tried to help, expressing panicked concern, and was immediately attacked by Sevelance, and brutally beaten.
Sevelance spent the next two years incarcerated. Fighting and stewing in misery, a deep black hatred, disgust and abyssal depression forming in him. He was released, and left the country, but not before sabotaging the mans brakes. He didnt know, or care that they gave out and killed the man that time around.
Dealing with a sudden loss of a loved one by nothing more than an honest mistake, "Sevelance" grew very bitter, isolated and disgusted with life and the world around him. He took to traveling, hoping for a sign to lead him from his cursed loneliness and everlasting feelings of being without, lost. He one day, looking to his lost love's gravestone for an annual visit, was visited by a raven, which he followed to a flock. Underneath the circling birds was a hooded cloak, the hood appearing as a detailed and face concealing ravens visage, and the cloak made up of long, flowing, sable feathers. Unintelligible whispers, cold sighs a sweet humming from the artifact led him to a long lost mausoleum, where he fell into an abyssal pit onto a pile of sharp bones which granted him his scars. It was in this mausoleum where he completed the set of artifacts widely obscured, known as The Three Sisters of the Morrigan. Exhausted and bleeding, he donned the artifacts, and that is when things became.. Different.

Powers: Nemain- Any swipe that would draw blood if the wearer were to have blade talons, cuts through the flesh of the victim and forms blade talons, and sharpens the chains on the arm of the wielder using the victims blood. Each swipe that draws blood after lengthens the talons and speeds the user. Also ravages the senses of the victim for each hit landed.
Macha- Any slash that would injure the opponent if the wearer were to be wielding a scythe summons a temporary oblivion scythe in the wielders hands that cuts through the spirit of the victim and disappears almost immediately after exiting the body. Also, if the swipe is accurate and instantly lethal upon the form of the swing rather than the distance to the target, the artifact will teleport the wielder into lethal range.
Badb- Lets the user emit a demonic ravens shriek, pushing anyone whom is filled with fear and fragile of
mind to suicide.
Passive: Ravenous Eyes- Allows Sevelance to accurately detect those whom are close to death on the spiritual, mental, or physical level.
Sable visage- Slowly induces fear.
Talents: Close Combat, climbing, survival.
Weaknesses: None of the weapons can be used defensively or maintained indefinitely.
Suffers at range.
If misses an intended swing for the Nemain, the shackles distort the senses of the user.
If misses a swing for Macha, the pauldron sends a shock of great pain through the user.
If fails to take a life Nemain has been promised, a large amount of blood from the host will be taken for penance.
If misses a lethal swing for Macha, it teleports the host to the target location still, but cripples the user with a spiritual slash.
Badb beholds all evils as dear to her heart, and so now does the user, no matter how conflicted they are about it.

Bio: Not much is known about Alice, at least to the public. When she was born, her age, even her nationality is only a guess. But what is known is her strength, given to her by three artifacts, all incapable of being removed from her.

The Crown of Immortality: She gained this artifact as a young woman shortly before her first marriage. In those times, she'd been a very shy woman, pure even. She'd been resting at home when an old woman arrived at her door. Being a kind person, she naturally gave her a place to rest and food.

When the woman left, she expressed her gratitude by placing a laurel crown upon Alice's head. Shortly afterwards, she passed out. When she awoke, the woman and the crown were gone. All that was left of the experience was a strange mark on her hand, as natural as any other birthmark. However, that night, she was surprised to find that her head glowed with five little stars. Unfortunately that was not the time to be having unusual things happen to oneself.

It was also the first time she died. She was burned at the stake for being a witch when the stars were revealed to her husband.

Ikenga: Much later, a much wilder and more fun loving Alice was traveling through the depths of Nigeria when she came upon the Igbo people and spent some time among them, learning their ways.In that village, there were a few Ikenga statues, but only one was the real artifact. It was much older than the others and responded to her touch. It glowed for a short while before becoming inert once more. The people believed her to be blessed and treated her quite well. It wasn't until later that she participated in hunting that she found that her strength had been increased beyond it's normal limits.

She lost a few lives simply trying to get it under control.

Gleipnir: The chains were a very strange event. She'd actually been traveling through the northern lands, near her homeland when she came upon a cave that billowed with cold air, colder than she'd ever experienced. Entering the cave, she was surprised to find a wolf, tightly bound by a thin chain to a massive stone. Even wilder was that the wolf was monstrous in size.

It attempted to eat her but fortunately the chains kept it securely bound. She happened to find two chain ends resting on the ground not far from the wolf. When she touched them, they crawled up her arms and dug into her back, vanishing completely as if they'd been broken. However, they eventually arose once more, allowing her to wrap them around her arms in the form of a white ribbon.

A few days later, when she returned to the cave, she found it had vanished completely. What she found was a simple, forested mountain cliff where the cave had been.

Alice was captured a long time ago and kept in a small room, bound by chains and a mixture of magical and scientific objects. Her strength and regeneration were kept in check by pain and death, metal pieces stabbing deep into her body to keep her immobile and wear down her lives. Every day, she would die five times, with only a few moments of actual wakefulness in between. Every time she was awake, she would plan, to kill, to maim, to slaughter all those who would do such a thing to her.

She once almost broke free, a single lapse in judgement allowed her to use her strength to free herself from her bonds. However, she'd been on her last life and died. When she awoke, guns were now added to her prison.

Naturally, the people who held her wanted to remove her artifacts but had no way to do so. The Crown was immaterial, Ikenga was a concept once bestowed on a statue, and the chains were came from another dimension, using her body as a conduit. Even if her body was torn apart, the chains couldn't be removed.

She had no idea how much time had passed since her imprisonment, but her salvation came at the hands of the MDF, though it was by accident. They'd attacked the facility she was in for an entirely different reason, however, the resulting attack cut off the power to the devices holding her down and disabled the guns. With her strength and healing ability, she was able to break free. Luckily, this time, she'd had almost all of her lives left.

She didn't escape though, she went on a killing spree. She crushed, ripped, and destroyed anyone who got in her way or tried to stop her. When she finally left, she entered a world that was very unfamiliar to her, leading her to realize just how long she'd been trapped.

The Crown of Immortality: In mythology, the Crown of Immortality is represented by a circle of stars. In reality, the stars only appear at midnight and unlike in pictures, there are only five stars that slowly circle around Alice's head. They are the representations of her immortality. That is the ability of the Crown. It makes it's wearer immortal. The wearer never dies of old age, sickness, or wounds. However, other than old age, the wearer is still affected by wounds and sickness.

The Crown can restore the wearer back to their original, unwounded form. Each time uses up a single star. When the fifth star goes out, the wearer cannot come back to life until twenty four hours have passed. In Alice's case, the number of times she can heal herself is represented by the birthmark on her hand. Each healing takes away a piece of the birthmark until it is gone. Over time, the birthmark will return.

When healing, golden lightning will traverse across her body and missing pieces of her body will dissolve and reform on her once more. Normal wounds do not require a life to heal, however more dangerous ones such as lost limbs or destroyed muscles or bones do.

Ikenga: Once a statue of the Nigerian goddess Ikenga, it is now embodied by Alice, imbuing her with tremendous strength. One major weakness of Ikenga is that the strength must be regulated across the entire body. Putting all of the strength into one attack can shatter the body, particularly the body part using the strength. Alice has to be very careful not to use her full strength, lest she waste one of her regenerations.

Gleipnir: The unbreakable chains that bind the Wolf Fenrir, formed from six impossible ingredients, the chains cannot be shattered by anything. It will only break once Ragnarok has come. In the meantime, a small portion of it is bound to Alice. The chains themselves are as thin as a silk ribbon. A major weakness of the chains are it's length. The full Gleipnir still binds Fenrir meaning Alice can only use a very small portion of it. In battle, she uses these chains to either bind her opponent or as a close range weapon.

Gleipneir appears to be two white ribbons that wrap around her forearms and continue up before burrowing into her upper back. They can be unwound with a thought but require her physical use to do any damage.

Powers:
-Regeneration: She can heal any wounds though life threatening wounds and even death use up one of her five lives for the day.
-Minor Gleipnir Control: Can unwind and rewind the chains around her arms with just a thought.

Passive:
-Super Strength: Contrary to belief, her strength is not an ability she can turn on and off. It is always on. Through years of practice, she's managed to learn how to control her strength to normal human levels.

Talents:
-Fighting: Years of living has led her across the world and experience many different things. What she excels at is fighting, especially at close quarters where she can show off her enormous strength.
-Tracking: She spent a lot of time as a hunter. If there is a trail, she can follow nearly anything.
-Killing: Though she is not proud of it, she is very good at killing people quickly and she won't hesitate to do so when she feels as though her loved ones are in danger.

Weaknesses:
-Loved ones: Though she can't be permanently killed, those she loves can. She can't help but find people she likes and cares about. To avoid them just because they will die is no way to live. At the same time, they can be used against her.
-Death: Though she won't stay dead, death can slow her down depending on the style of death. Five deaths can make her vulnerable to capture as she won't instantly begin recovering. Fatal wounds and dismemberment are the things that take the longest to heal.
-Long Range Combat: Fighting up close is her specialty. Pin her down with long range weapons and she can't do anything to you. Beware of boulders and trees ripped out of the ground though.
-Alcohol: Ironically, despite being immortal and being able to heal from any wound, she can't handle her alcohol, never could. She gets drunk quickly and, surprisingly, can still control her strength, even when completely wasted.

Alfonso is a trouble maker, a millionaire, a thrill-seeker, and an Immortal. Born in the years of the old Roman Republic, Alfonso was always curious about the world and it's wonders. Joining the expeditionary force, He sought to bring the wonders of the world to Rome. In the twilight of his life he traveled to an unknown forest sanctuary, littered with ageless ruins, young plant-life, and countless treasure. The beauty was so great, that greed almost immediately befell the party. Alfonso tried to mediate things, but was knocked unconscious, and by the time he awoke, he was the only one left alive. He felt around his body, and saw he was bleeding. Death would likely soon be upon him.

The Sanctuary now is protected by his own private estate built over it, littered with pieces from across the ages- Paintings, suits of armor, scrolls, a royal jewel of England, the Naginata of Guan Yu, The original of Hitler's Mein Kampf and various other pieces, magical or not. Despite this, he has never claimed their power for himself, stating they'd take the thrill out of living. Though these historic artifacts are lawfully his, many of their countries of origins have attempted numerous times to claim them from him, which he refused to yield them.

One day, during a trip to Scandinavia, Alfonso came across an old book, that seemed to be clad in red skin, and emanated a dark aura. Flipping through the pages, he discovered it was the Rauðskinna, a book of powerful magic. With these tools in hand, things would become very interesting- Alfonso began seeking to risk his life for any and all reasons, simply to see how far he could push his limits. He believes that the only way for him to truly live life was to do anything and everything his body allowed him.

Now here was again, at the dawn of a new conflict in human history, but far from the first he had ever witnessed. His only thoughts are what will happen this time. Either way, he expects a good show. To ensure the fountain remains safe (and a secret) He has taken to collecting every available knowledge he can, taking whatever training he could to ensure it's safety. As she followed the sound she found herself in the basement of the mansion. Which her father told her to never go. But curious about the voice she went anyway. When she walked in side she noticed a curtain hanging on the wall and the voice seemed to becoming from behind. She moved the curtain and was confused to see a mirror. For the moment she thought she was crazy but then a face appeared in the mirror and smiled at her. The mirror apparently had been in their family for generations and it is given to the daughter when she becomes of age and they get to control the magic that comes with the mirror. Even though the mirror gave her all this information he left some important things out. What he didn't tell her was that the family was under a curse and whoever has the mirror slowly become under it's control also their personality begins to alter and then one day they get will get pulled into the mirror trapped forever. As of now Mariele knows nothing about this. But she better find out soon she as already started to change. If she doesn't find out or figure out a way to break the curse she will end up just like her mother.

Bio:
Born to a well off middle class family in New York, Luna had enjoyed a relatively peaceful life for the most part. She only was only five years old when she obtained her first artefact, Angelica's Ring. Her father had bought it off a street vendor while on a business trip to France and brought it home as a souvenir, giving the ring to her as a gift. Being a child of five years, she, like other children around her age, had a tendency to put things in her mouth. Although she was young, she soon learned of the ring's magical properties and used it's powers to cause mischief, keeping the ring's powers a secret from everyone else, including her own parents.

She found her second artefact, Carnwennan, at the age of 10, while on a trip to Wales. While playing alone on the beach with a metal detector, supposedly looking for "buried treasure", the metal detector began to act up, signifying that metal was found. She excitedly dug up the sand, expecting a chest full of gold, only to find a dagger with a white hilt. Though she was greatly disappointed, it was soon replaced by renewed excitement when she picked it up, as she was immediately shrouded in darkness.

Her third artefact, the Babr-e Bayan, was given to her on her 18th birthday. Wanting to find something extra special, her parents had looked hard for a suitable gift, eventually settling on a rather expensive coat which they bought online. Little did anyone know that it was actually an artefact. There was hardly anything distinctive about the coat, save for how comfortable and snug it felt, and could be mistaken for "just another coat". It was only during a terrible accident that she had discovered it's special properties.

One winter night, she and her parents were driving home, talking about how their respective days went, when they were suddenly interrupted. The slippery roads had caused another other car to lose control and crash into theirs. Both her parents were killed, and she was only saved thanks to her coat's powers. The memory of the sirens, blares, and the loud, resounding crash as both her parents were killed, stuck with her. While she has recovered since then, it was after this incident that she developed a severe case of Ligyrophobia.

Bio:In a small town Oni lived in America just somewhere around Nevada, people weren't exactly...fond of the use of magic. Rules were set up that banned it from most areas, and a few others that didn't ban it had heavy restrictions. It seemed almost let social suicide to perform magic in those areas anyway. Still, Onigiri was enraptured by it. He was always a fantasy nerd at heart, but something else about Magic drew his eyes to it. The whole mystical and mysterious feeling to it, the drive people had to get better at it, the power and determination that grew along with it.

It was then a thought popped into his head. If he could do magic...would he finally be something?

And so, at the age of fourteen, Oni had been searching for at least a year and a half for these 'Magical' artifacts he'd heard so much about. But his town was small and filled to the brim with magic laws and prejudice, so trade of such items was basically forbidden. So, he spent his time in the woods digging for them, hoping to find at least one...and that's where he found the thunderstone. That day, After some research, he was able to use its power, and for a moment, he felt like he was actually apart of something. Like there was actually something he could do without screwing things up.

And that's when he had sucked in too much energy from a nearby TV, and in a panic to put it back, accidentally blew up the shop and killing the owner inside. Scared and confused of what he just did, he quickly fled from the scene before anyone could see him, but that didn't stop the consequences. The constant guilt, the sad families, the thunderstone still sitting on his desk. It was just too much for him. And so, he packed his stuff and ran away, finding a ship heading somewhere far from his home and sneaking on without knowing its destination. It was then, due to getting lost and ending up in the cargo hold, where he found Talaria just lying about, hidden under a sheet as if someone was trying to keep it away.

With two artifacts, one cursing him with a guilty conscience, he has been stowing away on the ship for at least a few months, getting good at hiding from the captian's view. But he'll get caught...screw-ups always got caught.

He can then shoot it out as lightning in any shape he wants in any amount he chooses before he runs out. He calculates how much he is able to use through watts.
With Talaria, he's able to fly in the skies, which can go a bit higher than an average airplane can!

Isaiah lived in Tashkent, Uzbekistan with his single Uzbek mother, Guljamal. Isaiah was only a couple months old when his biological father ran out on them, never to be seen again. Thankfully, Guljamal married again, this time to an Egyptian man named Mahu Gayipov. He was a merchant who traveled across the deserts of Egypt and many other Middle Eastern countries. As a result, Isaiah and his mother traveled with him, never having a permanent home and never staying in one place.

Isaiah's first artifact, the staff of Ra, was found while he and his family were crossing the harsh deserts of Egypt. He had strayed far one warm night as they all camped at an oasis. Isaiah found the ancient Egyptian artifact by pure chance, as he was playing near the vast lake. At one point, he was splashing in the water as the staff washed up beside him, wet and faded. Curious, young Isaiah reached out to touch it, and once he made contact, the staff glowed as bright as the sun. Using its light in the darkness of the night, Isaiah found his way back to the campsite, enthralled at his find.

Isaiah was eight when he found his second artifact, the Helmet of Invisibility in Greek mythology. This was given him to him as a gift for his birthday by his merchant father, who had traded to gain the piece of armour all the way from Greece. Initially, Mahu had gotten it for his son because he knew of his son's then favorite pastime hobby; play pretend-Warrior with his friends. Both the merchant and his son were oblivious to the Helmet's magical ability. However, as soon as Isaiah put the Helmet on, he turned invisible, much to his delight. Now he could finally beat his friends, and they would never see it coming.

Isaiah had a nasty habit of stealing that started when he was twelve, and ended when he was fourteen. Whenever he went out to steal, he brought his trusty Helmet of Invisibility, which made the thefts hundreds of times easier.
While in Malaysia, the family was visiting an old friend. Again curious, Isaiah wandered, until he came upon the black market of the city they were in. Knowing there was bound to be something precious there, Isaiah set out to steal, bringing his Helmet with him. He came upon a foreboding looking stall, filled with creepy artifacts and valuable objects. Isaiah was going for a pricey-looking ring. Suddenly, he fell down with enough force to knock his helmet to the ground, making him completely visible. He earned that scar on his neck from that fall. Hastily, he grabbed the first thing he saw; a dark leather belt, intrinsically designed. Unfortunately, the owner of the stall caught him, and was about to give the boy what he deserved. However, Isaiah grabbed his Helm and wacked the man, and while the man was distracted, the boy ran like his life depended on it. Later, he would discover that the belt he had stolen was the Megingjord from Norse mythology, and could double the wearer's strength when worn.

When Isaiah was sixteen, his beloved mother Guljamal became severely ill as they were returning to Uzbekistan. They were in the middle of trekking the desert, the worst place you'd want to be when ill. What's worse, all the medicines that they had with them did little help to cure the ailing mother, and finally, on the 4th of June, Guljamal died, leaving her son devasted.
For the next few months, Isaiah was very deeply disturbed and grieved, growing distant and empty. It took him quite a while to return to his normal self, but is still suffering from the effects. He has since moved out from the comfort of his father, and has been traveling on his own.

She was seven.

She was seven, and she only survived the wreckage of her burning home by hiding under the kitchen counter. For the first couple of weeks after the incident, she couldn't comprehend what had happened to her things, or why her parents weren't comforting her.

Eventually she pieced it together: A magic user with power over fire destroyed her house, killing her parents. And from then on, Harper Reid of Napier, New Zealand, decided she would intensely hate magical artifacts and those that used them.

She hovered from foster family to foster family for much of her unhappy childhood. It was at 17 she discovered PAMU - People Against Magic Users. That was the kicker; she abandoned her plans of going to college for journalism and dedicated her life, almost unhealthily, to containing magic users. She is still young, but rose quickly through the ranks of the organisation for her dedication and drive.

Harper didn't intend to come across that veil that rendered her invisible and untouchable. She was on a raid in some apartments, and she found it, and--Well. She justifies its use to herself, of course: "I'm not using it for personal gain, I'm trying to stop magic. The ends justify the means!" She has almost started to believe it.

Likes: The smell of rain, anything with lime in it, the satisfying feeling of justice served, Dadaism, cataloguing systems, blue lipstick, working late, the colour orange.

Dislikes: Magic, rough textures, unmade beds, flourescent lights, brightly coloured hair, high heels, searing heat, butter (she hates the taste).

Hobbies: Bullet journalling, writing up reports (you laugh, but investigative reports are her creative writing), reading when she has the time.

Fears: Fire, being late, elevators, disease.

Phobias: Haphephobia, mysophobia, pyrophobia, nostophobia.
Artifact: The Veil of Iris

Powers: When worn, the veil makes her impossible to see or touch except by other magic--essentially a ghost.

Passive: None.

Talents: There's not a firearm Harper's heard of that she hasn't been trained in; she speaks English and Māori.

Weaknesses: She is not especially physically strong; her secret (that she is a magic user), if exposed, could ruin her credibility as a member of PAMU.
