Restoration: Restoration magic was discovered by the renowned doctor, Isaac Lucifer. He was requested by the king to look in to the medical uses of arcane energy, and he accomplished just that. This magic can heal wounds with ease, closing up a cut within seconds. The more potent form can even restore missing limbs or cure disease. The most powerful restoration magic users are effectively immortal, as they can reverse aging, at a cost. Restoration magic can also be used to inflict pain, by draining an opponent of their life energy, restoring the casters youth. It is an extremely advanced technique and known by few. Power: The first form of magic, crafted by the Witch of Atama. It is a simple practice, absorb arcane energy, alter it and release it in a brilliant display of destruction. It can be released via several forms. Fire - the purest form there is, Water - the essence of illusion, Earth - the building blocks of the world, Air - the breath of life, and Chaos - the essence of death. Furthermore, an experienced user can utilize two elements in one spell, creating devastating effects.
VII. Chaos
A forbidden form of power casting that is very difficult to learn. They're able to bring back the dead, but in the way that alchemy is not able to. Only parts of them come back, with rotting skin and missing eyeballs. Necromancers will often travel with packs of the undead at a time. Because of the rise of this form of casting, graveyards are now guarded to prevent a massive spawning of undead.
Alchemy: Alchemy was the first form of magic, discovered by Harry Raymore. The most volatile, and unpredictable form of arcane energy. It is also the most powerful. Arcane energy is needed to start the process, but another catalyst is needed. A sacrifice, the stronger your request the more you will need to accomplish it. Users can bring back the dead, reverse time, or destroy life.Alteration: This form of magic was discovered accidentally, by Theodore Batista. Instead of releasing arcane energy, like in power magic, you instead absorb it. This can temporarily - or permanently alter the human body. It can make you faster, stronger, or have skin as tough as iron. This form of arcane energy was used to create the abominations, a terrifying group of creatures.
