Welcome to Lunar University for the Supernaturally Inclined. Here at Lunar University we offer a wide range of classes that can be taken at night or during the day in order to be accommodating to all types of creatures. We also have a cafeteria that is open 24/7 and serves a large range of food to suit everyone's appetite, free of charge. At Lunar University we try our best to be mindful of all our student's and staff's needs, so if you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions feel free to leave a note in the admissions office upon your arrival. We hope that you enjoy your time here and that you learn a lot from your studies.

[Scarlet Fires]

The sun shined down on Lunar Kingdom beautifully as the gates to the kingdom were being opened. Today is the day that everyone would be arriving to Lunar University. Everyone would be receiving their dorm rooms and schedules. There would be no class today so that everyone would have time to settle in, however there would be a school party later on that night for students to take time to get to know each other and blow off steam before classes began the next day.


Princess Scarlet and Prince Nathaniel Stood next to their father King Zander as they waited for the students to gather for their father's speech. He gave the same speech every year that welcomed the students and told them about where to pick up their dorm assignments and about the party at the end of the day also how if they had any questions they could ask his lovely children. Princess Scarlet despised how he would make her and her brother stand there in front of the whole school while he gave his speech, especially since it was already hard enough for her to make friends. However, Prince Nathaniel enjoyed the attention, but then again what guy wouldn't like thousands of girls swooning over him.

Shay walked through the gates of Lunar University. He felt rather nervous, and wondered if he would be accepted here. Considering he had been abandoned and given up so many times. He walked to the place where the king would give the speech. Shay looked up at Scarlet and Nathaniel. @Scarlet Fires

Cass yawned as she approached the school, she had been up all night to get here on time...though she did have a few set backs...but now she was here, she had made it. Seeing King Zander smiling down at the arriving kids she shuddered...her demon genes rejected light, she hadn't meant to shudder...feeling like she had done something wrong she pulled her hat further down on her head. She hoped no one would ask about the hat, she never took it off unless she was alone...like she was hiding something. She took notice of the Prince and Princess standing next to their father and she waved

Princess Scarlet stood dressed in her small mint green and gold dress and her knee high boots. She pushed her white hair from her face as she gently stroked Spirits fur.


The giant wolf sat towering over her as he did everyone, happily wagging his tail as pet him.


Prince Nathaniel watched as other students began to gather. He couldn't wait to start the school day. He waved at his friends in the crowd and then at some near by girls who were giggling and pointing his way.

Shay saw Cass walk up to where he was waiting as well. He walked over to her. "H...hi..." He said shyly to her. @wolfborn4

 

[Lark]

As Linc approached the area the King was giving his speech in, he could feel the blood draining out of his face at the sight of all the people. Why had he agreed to go to school here? There were so many people. Swallowing his anxiety, Linc skirted around the edges of the crowd, only turning his attention to the King and his children once he'd found the least packed spot possible. He was so glad he'd signed up for night classes, there was no way he could deal with this many people everyday.

Princess Scarlet noticed the girl wave and she waved back, 'Maybe I will make some friends this year..' She thought to herself before returning her hand to Spirit's soft fur.


The wolf again wagged his tail happily and gave her a gentle nudge so he didn't knock her over.


Prince Nathaniel continued to show off, waving at every group of girls that showed interest in him. He couldn't wait till his father finished his speech so he could go interact with everyone else.


King Vander began to walk up to the podium and ready himself to speak to the crowd that had gathered. "Princess Scar, Prince Nate please come stand where you are supposed to be." He asked of his children.


Scarlet and Nathaniel each took their places next to their father, Scarlet stood to his right and Nathaniel to his left as King Vander began his speech.

 

[Lark]

As the King welcomed them to the school and explained where to get dorm assignments, Linc could honestly think he was going to like it here. All the people might be a problem, but he'd gotten pretty good at going unnoticed, so there was always the option of just blending into the background.


Then he got to the part about the party and Linc started feeling lightheaded again. That was alright, he tried to convince himself, he could just not go. Set on that, he shifted anxiously on his feet, ready to leave, and hoping his roommate was the kind of person who went out often.

"Welcome everyone to Lunar University!" King Vander began. "As you know this is the first year Lunar University has opened it's doors to everyone beyond those who live here in our lovely Lunar Kingdom. We have done our best to try and be as accommodating as possible for all of you here today so we hope you all find everything to your liking."

Shay decided to walk around, though still staying in the area where the king was giving his speech. Some older students walked up to him. Without a word, one of them pushed him and he fell to the ground. The older student proceeded to kick him multiple times. @anyone

"After this you guys will head ove-" King Vander continued his speech but paused suddenly when Princess Scarlet left his side.


Scarlet ran to Spirit and jumped on his back. She leaned down and whispered directions to him.


Spirit stood and while a large bound he was off the stage and quickly making his way through the crowd where he stopped at the students who began to attack Shay.


Scarlet spoke from where she sat both her and her wolf towering over everyone, "By order of the King I command you to stop!" She said with power. @Ldybug123

Aiden saw what what was going on shay. He kicked off the person and lifted them on to their feet. " Leave them alone you idiots." He supports their weight on his shoulder.

The older students scoffed and walked away. Shay remained on the ground, but he looked up at Scarlet and Aiden. @Scarlet Fires @purplepanda288

 

[Lark]

Linc heard grunting from where he was standing. He was sure normally that wouldn't have meant much, but he was careful, and more perceptive than he'd ever thought he had to be since his first slip up. So he turned to the sound only to see one of the students getting attacked by others in the crowd.


Before he could react, the Princess bounded over on her wolf, commanding them to stop, and a boy helped the kid on the ground to his feet. Throughout it, Linc had stood there, eyes wide, feet planted.


Was he really so afraid of people he couldn't even move? Someone had needed help and he'd just stood there. Squeezing his eyes shut, both in anger at himself and shame for his uselessness, Linc whispered, "I'm sorry," not expecting anyone to hear him. @anyone

Scarlet slid off Spirit and stood in front of Shay and Aiden. "Are you okay?" She asked Shay kindly. @Ldybug123


Spirit sat down behind her.


Once the King realized what was going on he began to speak again about a different topic. "It appears we will need to cover school rules." He began. "Here at Lunar University bullying and fighting will under no circumstances be tolerated!"


Prince Nathaniel had also left the stage and cut off the students who had attacked the other student. Guards then came and seized them bringing them back onto the stage to stand in front of the rest of the school.

Aiden kneeled down. " Hey you ok there?" Aiden looked at him with his golden eyes. " Honestly why do people do this stuff." He brushed off some of the dirt on the boy's shirt. " I'm Aiden by the way."

Scarlet jumped back up onto Spirits back and looked into the direction of Linc when she heard him whisper. She nodded at him as if to tell him it was okay that he wasn't able to help before her and Spirit made their way back to the stage @Lark


The King continued once they were brought on stage. "These students will be receiving detention the first three days of class and will not be allowed to participate in today's later activities."

" Good to know." He held out his his hand for shay. He looked over the boy and smiled. " Hey do you know the time that ball thing is gonna be?" He pretty to say the least.

 

[Scarlet Fires]

Both Scarlet and Nathaniel returned to their father's side as he continued his speech.


"I ask that you all take time to read the University's rules in your student handbooks if you have not already." King Vander then continued from where he left off earlier, "As I was saying earlier, once finished here you will all head over to admission's (overview) to receive your dorm assignment. You will then be given time to settle in. Later tonight we will be having a party for the entire school so everyone has a chance to get to know each other and blow off some steam before classes start tomorrow." King Vander then extended his arms toward Nathaniel and Scarlet, "My darling children here, as you've just witnessed, will also be glad to help any of you out with any questions or concerns you have." He then lowered his arms again as he finished up his speech. "I hope that you all enjoy your time here at Lunar University!" King Vander was then escorted by palace guards from the stage and into his office.


Once he finished his speech Scarlet was back on Spirit and through the front doors of the school to collect her dorm assignment.


Nathaniel jumped down into the crowd and began to make his way to a group of his friends.

Shay took Aiden's hand and stood up. "I'm not sure...sorry." He said quietly to him. @purplepanda288

 

[Elikacheese]

"So I'm here" Al said as he gulped down some of his nervousness. He listened, and then fall back to the shadows afraid of everyone around him. "I wish there were more creatures that humanoid looking people" Al said as he hid himself behind a tree, so he wouldn't be seen.

 

[Lark]

Linc was out of there faster than anyone else, not wanting to get caught in the flood of students that wanted to catch up with friends, make knew ones, or were simply trying to get to admissions just as he was.


As soon as there was enough room, Linc was temped to shift into his more natural form, but anxiety and suspicion drowned out the desire. He was sure no one just carried a spare bridle around with them, but after the last time he'd been a horse around others, he didn't want to take the chance.


Finally appraoching admissions, Linc shuffled slowly up to the receptionist, eyes cast down as he stated his name and asked for his dorm assignment. Shuffling back outside and away from the other students seeking dorm assignments, Linc gazed down at the slip of paper, completely unsure of where it was trying to point him.
