(Note, The Card Dealer is almost never seen for long periods of time, so there is NO connection between him and Lucas or him and Lux. The Card Dealer is rarely seen in person but IS well known. People know what he looks like.)
Can only form the right half of the mask. Created as a hard light structure Representing how despite being light powers, he is by no means pure, as such only half of his face is cloaked in white.
Powers/Signature Move: Control over Light
Can create hard light constructs (like green lantern)
Can manipulate light or shadow to make himself invisible.
Can travel at high speeds by manipulations of the light around him.

Power Limitations: Needs some form of light to work with. Even the stars can help to an extent.
Abilities: Very skilled in close quarters combat, very fast, and capable in using ranged weapons (guns/spears/bows). Manipulation of others.

Weaknesses: Pure darkness. Even if it's a clear night, he can gain some power from the moon and the stars. If he's caught in an eclipse, he's especially vulnerable.

Short backstory Born into a normal family with nothing to truly be upset about. Lucas was bored, day to day with how predictable he found everyone. He found enjoyment out of messing with people. He was brilliant when it came to manipulating people. He played both matchmaker and reverse matchmaker in school. He always felt out of place. However, he just went along with his day to day life. Eventually, he discovered his powers over light. He began to see the underlying conflicts between heroes and villains. He saw an opportunity to finally have fun in life. He hired the occasional henchmen, but only briefly before joining the A.S. after that, other villains became the only Assistance he needed.
Basic Personality[COLOR= rgb(0, 0, 0)] (include their motivation to be a villain and their mental and emotional strengths and weaknesses both physical and mental please!): Being bored with day to day life gave them more than enough reason to cause chaos and join the villains rather than the heroes. He won't hesitate to abandon other villains for his own survival, though he usually doesn't need to as he can carry the weight of himself and others. He's assisted the heroes occasionally to spice things up for himself. However his win-loss ratio is impressive compared to many other villains. He may lose a fight, but he rarely loses wars.[/COLOR]
