Learning new techniques and becoming far stronger than a normal man, Tonba is ready to defend the planet.

- Flash Grenade Punch: Same as Grenade Punch but aimed at the face instead, blinding and deafening the opponent temporarily

Artillery Strike: Leaps into the air and comes crashing down on his opponent
VTOL: Spins his arms and legs at great speed, propelling himself into the air and allowing him to fly.
- VTOL Gunship: Spinning his legs to maintain altitude, he chases his opponent and delivers a Machine Gun Barrage with his free hands sending out waves of force
