Biography:

Evangeline was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her parents, Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen named her after one of the Evening Stars, who was once a firefly. Ever since she was young, Evangeline wanted to be the next owner of her parent's restaurant, Tiana's Palace. Having no siblings, it was obvious she would inherit it, but Evangeline knew only hard labor would be the only way to truly deserve it. She knew how hard her mother worked for it, so Evangeline thought she needed to truly earn it through her own hard work. This made her quite the overachiever and quite the workaholic. Eventually, she was known for her persistence and her need to be perfect because she wouldn't accept the business until she knew she would bring it honor.

In every class Evangeline was in, she was the top of her class. She was valedictorian and class president with straight A's. She learned how to play the ukulele from her father, having her currently play with her Uncle Louis, a gator. She joined extra curricular clubs like cooking, and tutored younger students since she was the best student. She also learned how to speak Cajun French, the language of Ray the firefly who is also the Evening Star's boyfriend, and Italian, the language of Naveen's home country. Evangeline barely knows how to take a break. It doesn't bother her, since she quite likes being the model student. She is determined that all of her hard work will truly earn her the ownership of Tiana's Palace.
