Name: Bhuvu

Race: A race of jellyfish like creatures, they're small and grey and often times do not have any eyes apparently seeing through other means, they have many arms which also seem to work as legs, they're native to water but can also live on land if needed.

Leader(s): Many minor scholars rule over Samsara

Planets: one planet by the name of Samsara

Government: Oligarchy

Population: 50,000

History: A mysterious group of properly that appear to have been around forever not much is known about their ancient history but in recent history they're known for making their sole planet of Samsara open to all and often times helping new races that share this galaxy with them.
