Bullseye:

View attachment 239317

Logan possesses a very rare genetic trait known as the Bullseye. The Bullseye mutation affects a person by giving them extremely enhanced sight and perception. People with this mutation can understand how far away something is from them even at just a glance, see much farther, and react faster than the average human. Although the degree of these abilities tend to vary from person to person, what all people with this mutation have in common is a crosshairs-like marking on one or both eyes. Normally, the powers of these people is strengthened when both eyes are effected by the mutation, but in rare cases a singularly effected eye condenses the power, making it much more powerful than having both eyes. Logan only possesses the mutation in one eye, but, unbeknownst to him, he is a rare case in which the power of two eyes is condensed into his single eye.

Weapons:
Any firearm he can get his hands on. Logan is an extremely quick learner when it comes to firearms. He can understand how it works just after a short period of time using it. Although he can work with a vast array of weapons, he prefers to use his own personal gun: The Black Rose.

Strengths:
+ Possesses the Bullseye mutation
+ Knowledge of firearms

+ Able to deal with emotional problems
Weaknesses:
- Never uses his Bullseye

- Blames his failures on others

- Doesnt like to fight
Sexuality:
Asexual Heteromantic
Personality:
The most common phrase that people use to describe Logan is "spoiled brat". This is at least half true. Logan may be extremely spoiled, but he is a very refined individual. He appreciates all of the finest things that life has to offer and will accept nothing less. Because of how he was brought up, Logan has become accustomed to receiving nearly everything he desires on a silver platter. Because of this, Logan normally finds it hard to find friends, although this isn't a thing that he is ever worried about. Friends to him are just butlers that you don't have to pay for. Maybe that's why he doesn't have many friends. Either that or they just know that they would never be worthy of being his companion.

Backstory:

Logan Warren was born an only child into a North American family that was widely known for they vast wealth. His mother and father were both co-owners to one of the country's largest business firms and had a very strong grip on a good amount of the country's commerce. Because of Logan's situation as the heir to his parents' business, he was given the best of nearly everything that money could buy. Two of the only, and most important, rules that his parents had were that he were to have no pets and that he were to never enter the basement of his family's mansion under any circumstance. They never had to tell him twice about going into the basement, mainly because it was always locked up tighter than a safe hidden in an atomic bunker. As for having his own pets, Logan had his own way to take care of that. He would always sneak out when he could to visit his stray feline friend that lived near his house and bring him food. He even got around to naming him Trevor. Aside from these rules, Logan was given nearly everything that he needed to become the future owner of his family's business. His parents invested in private tutors for essential classes such as writing, mathematics, and most importantly, how to properly run a business. He started classes like these at the age of eight and was even given the chance to learn how to play the violin. His parents firmly believed that nobody could live a proper life without an appreciation for the world's fine arts.

Up until his eighteenth birthday, life was fairly normal for Logan. At least as normal as life with millionaire parents can be. For his eighteenth birthday Logan was able to begin taking over his parents' second business and was finally let down into the mansion's basement. To Logan's surprise, having a plentiful resources in the nation's market wasn't just for their business firm, but for their supply of the International Villains Assosiation. His parents taught him that the Warren family had been in the super villain business for as long as they could remember. In fact, they carried a rare mutation that allowed their family line to continue their villaining day long after they would be gone. It was a rare gene that can be found in few people, but can be passed down successfully with the right amount of medical work, and being the millionaires they are, the Warren family line never had any trouble with this. Logan's parents tried to have him trained properly and teach him how to be a proper super villain, but all the years of spoiling their son finally caught up with them. He never wanted to do any work of his own and always questioned why he couldn't just hire people to do this work for him. His parents slowly began to realize that their son was a lost cause for a villain. Or at least until they discovered a brand new organization that they IVA was funding called OoT. They believed that this would prove to help motivate and push Logan to be the villain he can truely be. Try as he might, Logan was unable to convince his parents otherwise. At least for Logan, he was able to sneak Trevor off with him.
Why You Suck as a Villain:
Logan has a very great sense of hubris because of him possessing his mutation and his personal history. He hardly ever trains because he doesnt think he has to. In truth though, a mutation like his takes time and skill to master. On top of that, Logan feels that fighting his own battles are above him. He believes that he deserves to have other people do things for him.

Villainous Motives:

Logan want to cement himself in the fame that he believe he rightfully deserves. Having come from such a well known and wealthy family in the world of villains, Logan feels that he should be as famous and well known as the rest of his family.
